Se le comento que había huéspedes ruidosos y no nos hizo caso,al contrario nos comentó que nosotros nos encargaramos de callarlos

no me pareció que el baño no funcionaba bien y había un postre en el refri que alguien había dejado osea que no revisan bien al realizar el aseo, también otra cosa que en la plataforma dice un precio y en el lugar cobran otra cosa, y por último tienen estacionamiento pero en ningún momento me ofreció el lugar para guardar el carro, a lo mejor me fue mi error no mencionarlo pero yo creo que sí pregunto adónde puedo dejar el carro por cortesía mínimo era bueno ofrecer estacionamiento.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was kept very clean. The room include Netflix and free Wifi. Location was perfect for us, but would not be for your average tourist.

The staff was nice and the room was pretty good.
Although everything was OK, it wasn't really what I was expecting. I thought it would be a kind of hotel, but when you arrive there is no signage, just three, hard to see "RCH" letters painted on the door, and it's more like someone's home or building which was turned into a bed & breakfast. There was also no hot water when I arrived. Had to turn up the water heater temp on the balcony. And you don't get a key; you have to knock and get buzzed in, which can be a drag if you're in a rush and/or no one's around. Was also strange to have cameras pointed at while on the private balcony.

Bed linens were dirty and unchanged. No hot water. Cold at night. Noisy room at street level. Hidden charges and fees that hiked the booking.com fee from CA$48 to CA$80. Definitely not worth the money. Totally disappointed and felt ripped off on our first night in Mexico. Cannot recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer care. After 18hrs of travel from the UK and awake for 25hrs. Fany walked me to a nearby shop to buy dog food as soon as I arrived. I was treated like a friend visiting. Great care, and conversation thru Google translator. Relaxing, quiet, calm place. Fany cooked a lovely breakfast.
I wish I had stayed longer.

The staff were so friendly and helpful in a time when myself and my father needed it (we got stuck in Mexico due to our flights being cancelled)
They gave us everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok.
The place is so clean and the beds are so comfy! Hot shower was amazing.
