Price haggling. No Wi-Fi. Lousy internet.

It was in a convenient location. The mall was right outside the hotel, and it was by two main streets and a subway station.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The walls were also very thin so you could hear a lot around you, especially from the rooms right next to you and above you.

Location to our friend’s home. Staff was very professional and friendly. Exceptional choices for breakfast. Convenient shopping.

The room was sparse. Put together like a college dorm. Poorly fitted. Mattress was too firm.

Great location, in a shopping mall with restaurants and a WalMart express. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They accommodated my request to move to a better ventilated room.

Rooms are not ventilated: Wall to wall glass windows that don't open + Bathrooms without fans + ductless AC = you will get back to a hot room at night with stale, stuffy, humid air. Our first room even smelled. We moved to a room without a smell, but the same air problems were there.

The rooms was very clean and location is great

The breakfast area is very small.

The hotel is located in a great spot in the city in one of the most tradicional and, at the same time, modern areas. Located right next to a shopping mall it is close to anything you may need and transportation is right across the street. I would suggest it for a stay of a few days in the city.

it was quiet

check was not a good experience. the breakfast horrible and not free overchaged for eggs..did not eat breakfast the second day as it was unacceptable for even an animal. the location in a mall and have to use a taxi to and from the hotel each time...expensive place and no service...the included breafast scam the worst i encountered ever go elswhere even if this is a free offer...worst unfriendly staff

Walking distance to Mitikah mall and Palacio de Hiero. The hotel is right on top of a mall where there are shops lile Starbucks, walmart and other food shops.

The hotel doesnt accept USD as payment and also the breakfast was very limited (no eggs! Just bread, fruits,cereal and coffee) considering the price per night
