Brilliant stay, house was cosy, clean and comfortable, garden is beautiful and the views are fantastic. The owners Amanda and Keith were really friendly and so sweet to our 2 young children. Loved the evening walks through the meadow. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Fantastic hosts who were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Beautiful property and gardens in which to relax. Perfect location to explore on foot or take a drive to the coastal treasures of Eastbourne, Burling Gap, Bexhill and Brighton. Some fabulous local places to eat out too.

It is in a peaceful location and garden space is very good.

Soft was not comfortable. Pillows on the beds too hard, take your own! Dogs not allowed upstairs, what!!!! Our dog would whine all night.

The gardens, view and location are amazing! Access to the all the gardens with a gate leading to the forest behind the house. Walks from the house and other walks a short drive away. Cosy and warm. The very friendly owners who live next door are ready to help. We couldn't get the Freeview part of the TV to work, but the owner found it was because the cleaner had put the aerial in the wrong wall socket!

Pillows a little bit too big and firm for me, but others may like them. Could do with more teaspoons, a large serving spoon and slotted spoon. Also another oven glove as only one provided. I am sure that the friendly owners who live next door would have provided these if we had asked, though.

Great location overlooking the South Downs and short walk to the coast. Very friendly owners who live next door - nothing too much trouble. Wood-burning stove a good plus with kindling and logs supplied.
