Outdated TV's. Filthy floors that left feet dirty after walking on for first 30 minutes there. Was told would have per person starter toiletries, there were none, along with having to purchase detergent and garbage bags - things that normally are always provided at minimum at monthly rentals we have been to. Back sliding door did not properly lock and was only secure if used wood stick in bottom, never told about had to realize it midway through month. Could also use update on couch/chair. Maintenance man was an amazing help and really provided the best customer service. Location cannot be beat, and pool area was amazing.

We’ve rented different homes and condos in Key West for ten years. NO, property or mgmt co. Has met a five star rating in that time, or even came close. Clean, is an understatement. Both bathrooms were spotless (you just don’t find that in the Keys). No “condo” smell. Everything worked. Looks like the furniture has been there since the condo was built. All clean and in great shape. Tiny bit small for two couples for an entire month. Excellent for us. The pool, hot tub and grounds are beautiful. Best location we’ve ever had. Walk out of the complex and you’re where you want to be. Walk anywhere! Great staff at KW Vacation Properties. Good communication and very helpful. Would we use KWVP&R again? Absolutely! Would we stay in this condo or Banyon Court complex again? Is that a serious question? Does Key West have roosters? (Certainly!) Thanks for a great stay!

The townhouse had everything I needed for a month's stay, two very nice bedrooms, washer and dryer. full kitchen, nice living room, cable tv, internet, A/C and fans, etc.

I would definitely stay here again.

This year January 2019 the ice maker stops working on Saturday and it is not fixed as of 10 days later when we depart. The washer goes down on Sunday and 9 days later is not repaired or replaced when we depart. My wife accumulated 92$ in laundromat fees as well as a huge inconvenience without recompense or apology. “Waiting on the parts” was the mantra. I’ve been a real estate broker for 39 years and I would have handled this rather than languishing. Lost my business and obviously lost my referral.

It was one short block away from the waterfront where we could watch sunsets, cruise ships, and boating of all kinds. It was easy to walk to many activities and restaurants. The proximity to Duval street meant you could hear the bands at night. However, the windows were good quality and blocked much of the sound when closed. The size worked well for 2 people. An occasional guest would work but I would recommend one of the slightly bigger units (2 1/2 bath, small dining area) if you plan 3-4 people for your entire stay. The small outdoor patio area provided a shaded spot to eat or have a drink. It overlooked an area where utility vehicles parked, but had nice foliage on the sides to block neighbors and the pool. The pool was quiet and a great place to relax. Management staff was very professional and responsive to any requests. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this property.

The community pool was outside the front door and the neighbors were very nice. It is walking distance to most everything, including the sunsets! However, the toaster and coffee pot appeared to be 'seconds' or 'left-overs' from another unit. There wasn't even any salt and pepper. No cleaning supplies were available, except for a vacuum cleaner. There are only two bathrooms: one upstairs and one downstairs. Not as quality as one would expect for the price of the unit.
