The apartment had a great balcony terrace and well equipped kitchen

beds were uncomfortable. Pool was so cold nobody wanted to go in it

Nice relatively modern apartment. Nice pools. Good working wifi. The main entrance to the building was chip-card protected so no random people can walk in the building.

It took them 14 days to return my 250 EUR deposit. Not very good if you want privacy. The host was friendly but a bit chaotic. We had to sync over the phone, there was no reception open.

Overall the staying in the apartment was perfect. The apartment is good located. Furnished and equipped with everything you need. Actually, if you plan to cook the kitchen absolutelly allow you for that - fully equipped. If you travel with kids theres no problem to receive baby cot. The communication with the host was good.

The level of the paying for locking the keys inside - understand the need to engage somone to come, but in my opion the price could be lower.

Apartment was clean spacious for two, facing the right way to get the sun most of the day had a good sized balcony. The location was fairly central

The apartment block was shabby looking and depressing. This is not a holiday complex but blocks of flats. Long dark corridors with no motion activated lighting. the pool our end was shut. The open pool was cold the loungers were hard no cushions provided. No welcome pack no information pack. An unnecessarily large deposit required. The agent was not helpful when contacted re our queries

we like the complex and the location (micro climate of los gigantes) . the apartment was full of comfort even dish washer .....

Nice and spacious with large sunny balcony.Very well equipped especially for longer stay.

Wish swimming pool was heated!
