What is the general standard of the apartment I saw in the pictures and it is fine. However, the kitchen utensils were old and you didn't feel like using them to prepare your food. It really should be listed first. Very poor water pressure in the bathroom.

On closer inspection the Apartment was dirty. It was thick with dust, dirt and dog hair. The Apartment was lousy with Pharaoh Ants. The water situation was ridiculous when trying to shower (we tried different times of day). The water was cold, with 10 second spurts of hot, and cleansing teeth was even a joke with minimal water tricking from tap. The bathroom and hall stunk from drains, and on daily returns the whole Apartment smells musty. Boiling a kettle could take 20 minutes, and instead of the dirty ceiling vents taking moisture from air in bathroom, it would throw out dirt all over the bath. Cockroaches were also a very unwelcome guest.
