Overall, we enjoyed our stay with 2 families, especially the large space in the kitchen and living room and outside area with garden lounge and pool. Most kitchen utensils and accessoires were available and the fridge was big enough to store all our food incl. freezer. An Intermarche is a short drive away, so is the city center, gas station, boulangerie etc. The airport and Nice are 15mins drive away and there's parking space for 2 cars. We couldn't stay outside much because there are many mosquitoes. The bedrooms all have AC and the 2 master bedrooms downstairs have access to the terrace. Towels for both personal use and beach towels were provided. Plenty of space for storage and hanging clothes. One thing we didn't like was the room set up, as it made it difficult for us to split up - one bedroom is right in front of one modern bathroom, which people from the other bedroom have to pass to use the bathroom. The other master bedroom has a bathroom without any doors / curtains, which has to be shared with 2 people from the backside bedroom. This shared bathroom does not have a toilet, which is a tiny chamber in the floor across the backside bedroom.
Upstairs, there is a small bedroom, which gets hot during the day, which our elderly aunt and uncle stayed in - it is connected to a large bathroom with bath tub and laundry machine. The bedsheets smell funky (like they've been stored in a cupboard for some time) and are super thin, not the best sleeping experience we've had.

Fantastic family home in quiet neighborhood close to many attractions
Cagnes Sur Mer is a delightful town with a medieval center, a modern downtown, and a beach boardwalk community, between the busier centers of Nice and Antibes. Philippe's home is just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, train station, 5 minutes to a full service supermarket and bakeries, yet in a quiet dead end street perfect for a family gathering. The house itself was perfect, with a great kitchen complete with every needed item for cooking and enjoying the property. Outdoors there are numerous comfortable seating areas perfect for finding shade at any time of the day, as well as awnings and tented areas for dining. The pool was perfect for cooling off and playing anytime. It was unseasonably hot in June but the air condition kept us comfortable day and night. Everything was as pictured and we could have stayed all summer. Only minor issue was the difficulty finding taxis or ride shares - It was difficult to get a taxi or ride share and several canceled on us abruptly making it a challenge to get around reliably with our luggage however with perseverance we all got the transportation we needed. This is only an issue for airport transfers as the location is perfect for all other tourist activities. Cagnes Sur Mer itself is charming and well worth the time exploring off the beaten track of the French Riviera which can be somewhat overwhelming and overrun. Access to the train station was quite easy with a short walk down the hill and along to a small train stop that was 10 to 15 minutes away from the larger towns along the French Riviera. Philippe was very prompt and accommodating, responding to questions and recommendations for area restaurants and sites. He even came by to clean up the pool and sweep the outdoors to keep it looking beautiful for the course of our stay.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, perfekt gelegen um die Cote d'Azur zu erkunden
Wir haben insgesamt eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. 2 Familen mit 2 Kleinkindern, einem Baby und einem Teenager. Alle hatten genug Platz und Philippe der Vermieter war so nett und hat uns Babyreisebetten und Babyhochstühle gerichtet. Es war wirklich alles da was man benötigt. Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine,
Shampoo und duschgel, Kaffee kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine, Spülmittel, sogar Getränke waren kühl gestellt. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten eine lange Anreise und waren wegen starken Verkehr erst sehr spät angekommen, doch Philippe war so nett und hat sich trotzdem so viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu erklären. Er hat uns über alles informiert was man wissen muss. Er hat uns auch seine handynummer gegeben und wir konnten ihn immer erreichen falls wir fragen haben sollten. Er kam auch nach 3 Tagen und hat den Pool gereinigt, es war alles sauber und perfekt. Es gibt 2 Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Es gibt einen großen Pool, einen Grill, Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern und ein Kamin. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, mit dem Auto konnten wir so viele Städte an der Küste entlang erkunden! Wir waren sehr begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen !

Fantastique maison
Séjour très agréable. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et nous ont fait confiance pour la remise de clé (out). Nous sommes ravis de la maison avec une décoration chaleureuse et conviviale. Plusieurs chambres décorés avec goût et climatisations réversibles. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et il nous a été agréables de faire un barbecue un midi de décembre avec une petite pétanque.

Great place to stay
The property is as described on the web site. It is in a quiet location but shops, restaurants and public transport are all within walking distance. There were 6 adults and 2 children we only hired one car, and in fact the 4 that travelled by public transport from the airport arrived at the property before the 4 in the car. Philippe the owner was there to welcome us and show us around, also suggested places to visit, including Antibes, which we visited and was very nice and to be recommended. In fact the train is an ideal way to travel up and down the coast as the service is very regular, therfore a car is not necessary unless you want to explore inland. All in all it was a very enjoyable ho;iday.

Very comfortable villa with lovely tranquil garden.
We were a family group of seven adults and a baby. This villa was perfect for our use, extremely well eqipped and with many extras. Everything was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty of seating for everyone both indoors and outdoors. The garden area is particularly well designed, with various seating areas, a large covered dining table, attractive lighting and a surprisingly deep pool. The pool has a shallow area and there is a separate plunge pool. Water aids and pool equipment were also provided. The supermarket is 5 minutes away via a back gate, and trains/buses about a ten minute walk. We didn't have a car but had no problems walking down to the sea or exploring the area. There is a frequent train service from the local station, Cros de cagnes, making Nice and other resorts easily accessible.

Detta trevliga hus ligger i ett lugnt och trevligt område med privat parkering bakom grind.
Huset har bra luftkonditionering och flera trevliga platser att sitta och äta vid, ligga och sola eller läsa böcker direkt invid polen medan barnen. Polen är mycket trevlig med olika nivåer så att även de som ännu inte kan simma kan vara i polen samtidigt som de som vill simma kan göra det. Köket är väldigt trevligt och välutrustat och det går utmärkt att laga mat åt många personer på en gång. Det är bara ca 5-10 minuters promenad till ett litet köpcenter med möjlighet att köpa all mat som behövs för vistelsen samt en bagare som bakar gott bröd och gott fika varje dag.
Huset ligger i ett lugnt område och man stör inte av några grannar eller ljud vare sig på kvällen eller dagen. Ett extra plus för att det finns flera luftkonditioneringar i huset vilket kom till nytta när det var som varmast. Vi kan starkt rekommendera detta hus till andra vare sig det är en romantisk resa för ett par eller en familj med flera barn.

Very Happy
We were very pleased with this villa. We felt at home from the start when the owner welcomed us and explained everything about the villa, the local area and places to visit. The villa has everything that you need and the kitchen is well equipped. It was very clean and well maintained. If the weather had been better we would have loved to use the pool but it was very early in the season so maybe next time! Thanks.

Joelle and Philippe's spacious, comfortable and well-equipped villa proved to be the perfect holiday location for our family of 6: a 9 month old baby, her parents, auntie and grandparents.
It is quietly but conveniently situated, with easy access to bus routes and the railway station at Cros-de-Cagnes, and just a few minutes walk from Intermarche. Like the villa, the garden has everything we might need and is a pleasant place to relax, swim or play boules. Unfortunately, in March the weather was not warm enough for us to venture into the pool.
Joelle and Philippe were very helpful throughout the process and ensured the whole age range was catered for. When Philippe met us on arrival, it was obvious that he wanted us to enjoy our stay both at the house and in the surrounding areas. He made numerous suggestions as to places we might like to visit, showing us relevant guide books and maps which,together with the public transport timetables, assisted our planning. We made good use of the buses and trains which enabled all of us to visit the area as a group. We also found Cagnes-sur -Mer and Haut Cagnes well worth a visit. Although the airport is only a 10 or 15 minute drive away, we were not bothered by any aircraft noise.
Just one tip for future holidaymakers: when the ticket office at Cros-de-Cagnes railway station is closed, ensure you have a bank card with you because the machine does not accept cash.

We spent a very nice week in this really charming place within a quiet friendly neighbourhood. The house is decorated in a relaxed southern french style and we felt very much at home. The pool and the different terraces offer lots of spaces for nice get together in the evenings or during daytime. We were 8 persons and enjoyed cheerful meals together at the large table. The kitchen is equipped with a gascooker and everything necessary. Cagne sur mer is a very nice little town melting directly into Nice.Running errands or shopping and enjoing several restaurants is here possible. The beach is stony, but the water is as cristal clear as in Nice. In about 10 minutes walk you will reach the trainstation to Nice, Monaco or Antibe. Nice downtouwn is only a couple kiloteters away about 15 minutes by train. Let me point out another great thing about the house.
... and not to forget Philipe. He is the greatest host you can imagine and very attentive. For example he made the house babysafe before we came. He speaks perfect English and explains evrerything you have to know and he has lots of fantastic tipps for trips or shopping in the area. And if anything should go wrong, he comes quickly to help. Thank you again Philipe, we hat a great time. It wasn't just a house, it was a home in France for us. We surely come back.

Fantastic
Our family of 4 and another family of 4 had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful villa for 5 days. Joelle and Philippe were perfect hosts and met us when we arrived to show us the workings of the house. The house was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The location is central and we took the train into Nice which is hassle free and no problem at all. Being able

Very warm welcome from Phillipe with a tour of the villa and local amenities
The villa was well equipped for 9 people to relax, eat and dine in comfort. The pool was refreshing and the seating carefully arranged to offer both sun and shade. The location of the villa was perfect for local amenities with convenient access to buses and rail. We also enjoyed a game of pétanque. Lovely holiday

Excellent accommodation and fantastic Owners
This is a fantastic property, very well laid out - has a well stocked kitchen and excellent Living/Dining area. The Pool area is excellent - there is a BBQ area, lounges area, sitting area - absolutely fantastic. The bedrooms are good sizes, and for the amount of people it sleeps, ample bathrooms. The owners were excellent, very accommodating and despite our flight being delayed, they waited until our arrival and very carefully explained the workings of the house, the travel to get you around the surrounding areas, not to mention the location of the nearest Bakery and Supermarche. I really cannot recommend this property enough, it is an easy walk to the Railway Station taking you into Nice and Monte Carlo. I give this 5 Stars without hesitation.
