Resta vicino al mare, con vista sulla baia di Cagnes sur Mer fino alla baia di Antibes. Ampio trilocale 76 m2 climatizzato con balcone 10m2. Ampio soggiorno con pavimento in marmo e grande tavolo da pranzo. Due camere matrimoniali indipendenti separate da un ampio spogliatoio. Bagno con finestra, ampia doccia e lavandino, WC separato, ampia cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, frigorifero, congelatore, forno a microonde e quattro piastre in vetroceramica. 6 ° piano con ascensore (prima dell'ultimo piano) e parcheggio privato nella residenza.
Accesso a Nizza e alla vecchia Nizza dalla stazione ferroviaria di Cros de Cagnes 2 minuti a piedi, numerosi autobus a 2 minuti dall'appartamento e l'aeroporto Nice Côte d'Azur a 15 minuti in auto e 30 minuti in autobus.
Numerosi servizi e tempo libero per un soggiorno estivo, culturale e vicino al parco naturale del Mercantour.

This apartment suited the two of us perfectly for a week. The location was excellent and view across the Med wonderful.

This was a great condo for our family in Nice. It is right across from the beach and the view from the balcony is spectacular. It had everything we needed for an excellent stay in Nice. I would highly recommend it. Walking distance to everything you need. Great cycling and running right from the door. The whole family really enjoyed our stay here.

Spacious and well stocked apartment very close to the sea and nearby supermarket. 15 minutes from Nice airport. Could have had clearer directions to the property eg name of the apartment block but would go there again. Beach is very shingly so take swim shoes. Probably not so great for little ones but we loved it.

Perfect location for shops/restaurants/seafront and longer forays into the interior. Quiet block (we were here out of season) with dedicated parking space. Apartment well-equipped and comfortable.

We stayed here over Christmas 2021 and may well try to stay again for the same period in 2023; so clearly we are very happy with our choice. It is a super location with excellent local facilities; the flat is spacious , pretty well equipped and comfortable.
However, we feel that it would be helpful if a few things were dealt with soon, such as (1) window in bathroom does not shut properly and neither of the front windows lock properly (2) the washbasin plug does not work (3) the shower drain needs regular cleaning of hair so that the water drains away properly (4) the lock on the toilet door is broken (5) more than 2 mugs in the kitchen would be good.
The lack of pictures on the walls still makes it feel less cosy than it should and, finally, will the emplty Grand Mariner bottle still be there next year?

Both the owner and Gislaine, were wonderful. The property itself is a little dated, however very clean, spacious and nice view makes up for it. Can be a little noisy from the street, but if you want to be that close to the water, you have to sacrifice some things for the location and view. Great poximity to plenty of restaurants, airport and more. Overall all a trememdous value with a wonderful owner and location.

Location Location Location
The apartment was as described. What made it so special was the location. Spectacular views over the Mediterranean from the patio. At least 4 Boulanger in a two minute walk. The boulevard was a few hundred feet from the entrance of the apartment. All in all it is a very special place.

A wonderful stay
First of all: the view is even better than in the pictures! :)
But everything else was absolutely perfect as well... and even though google maps didn't lead us to the right spot (it was about 50m away) , Gislaine found us and took us to the appartment.
The two bedrooms had enough space to put a babybed next to our bed. We really enjoyed our stay... either on the balcony (with sunshine from breakfast to the late afternoon) or on the beautiful beach promenade, which is just 50 meters away from the building.
We will definitely come back some other time. Thanks for having us! :)

Fijne ruime flat met een ongelooflijk mooi uitzicht- une vue imprenable. Goede bedden. Veel privacy maar met het veilige gevoel van een gardien. De gardien is heel vriendelijk maar dringt zich niet op. Precies goed. Fatsoenlijke, aardige mensen in de flat maar - heerlijk- wel op afstand. Prettige ontvangst van madame Ghislaine ( ook precies goed) en prettig contact met monsieur Blanchet, de eigenaar. Kortom een topflat!

Calme et proximité
Accueil et séjour très agréables. Appartement situé à proximité des plages, des commerces, des restaurants, tout en étant calme. La place de stationnement est pratique. Beaucoup de lieux à visiter à quelques kilomètres seulement. Nous avons passé 15 jours de belles vacances.

L'appartement est calme et très bien situé pour visiter la région.
Depuis le balcon, on peut admirer le lever ou le coucher du soleil sur la mer. De nombreux commerces proche de la location et accès facile aux transports en commun pour aller sur Nice. Super séjour sous le soleil!

Fin ferie i Cros-de-Cagnes
En rigtig dejlig og funktionel lejlighed med en fantastisk udsigt fra altanen. Venlig udlejer, desværre var kommunikationen besværet af sprogproblemer, da udlejer kun taler fransk. Vi klarede os dog med et oversættelses program, som vi havde installeret hjemmefra. overordnet en meget fin oplevelse, med masser af spændende udflugtsmål. Vi var dog ikke imponeret af de offentlige transportmidler. Der var meget lange ventetider på busserne, især nr 400. Det vil være godt at have mønter, når man købe togbilletter

A great holiday in Cagnes-Sur-Mer
A perfect location for beach and public transport .We so enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and also in the evening as the moon shone across the sea .All four of us would love to stay again .Fantastic when we had a lightening storm one night .

Top Wohnung in Top-Lage
Die Wohnung war eigentlich noch besser als beschrieben.
Alles war perfekt und es fehlte an nichts. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine Kaffee- und Expressomaschine und sogar ein Sonnenschirm mit Liege. Das Sahnehäubchen ist natürlich die große Glasschiebetür im Wohnzimmer zum Balkon mit dem wunderbaren Meeresblick. Der Verkehr auf der Promenadenstraße war zwar etwas laut, aber so ist das halt im Süden. Vom naheliegenden Flughafen in Nizza hört man allerdings gar nichts. Die Übergabe war perfekt. Dank,an Madame Campolmi. Immer wieder gerne und eine 100% Weiterempfehlung.
