STEPS TO SEA
Addormentarsi al suono dell'oceano! Casa singola ristrutturata di recente. Mezzo isolato dalla famosa spiaggia per il surf di El Porto. Cammina verso ristoranti, negozi, caffetterie e pub! O barbecue e rilassarsi sul ponte. Casa a 2 piani con una tana e 2 bagni. C'è una camera da letto e un bagno su ogni piano. La tana è al piano inferiore con un ingresso separato. Perfetto per famiglie, coppie, amici! Situato in posizione centrale, a soli 10 minuti da LAX. Surfs up !!

The location was great, walking distance to the ocean and a great surf spot. The house was clean and easy to check into and out of. Very kind and communicative host.

The place was clean, comfortable and very well located. We had everything we needed. Eileen was absolutely lovely, extremely helpful and communicative. My complaint is about the area, not the accommodations. None of the reviews mentioned that the short walk to the beach is actually down an extremely steep hill. All roads leading to the beach look like San Francisco - was not expecting that. Just beware if you have any mobility issues. Parking is terrible everywhere so everyone walks. If I were younger and had better ankles, it would have been better.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a short walk to the beach. It was spacious and comfortable. If you are up for walking, it is only a mile and a half from the Manhattan Beach Pier and downtown. Close to lots of restaurants and yet quiet and chill. Our host, Eileen, was amazing and was on top of all communication. Highly recommended and would book again.

We enjoyed our stay by the beach, being able to walk to the beach and restaurants/shops each day. We had a little issue during our stay, but the host was very responsive and got it addressed within a couple hours. We would gladly stay there again sometime.

This is a lovely beach cottage. Two blocks from a gorgeous beach and close to some really good restaurants. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating.

Great property for a family getaway in an excellent Manhattan location!
Plenty of room for my family (three kids under 13) and a short walk to the beach.
Amenities within walking distance and the property manager is fantastic.

This property was a perfect location to the beach and about a 25 minute walk to the heart of all the restaurants, galleries, stores, etc. in Manhattan Beach. The property manager was very accommodating and and always available to answer any w. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again in the future.

This was a great place to stay that was right by the ocean and close to many great restaurants and entertainment in Manhattan beach and Hermosa Beach. Clean house and had everything you’d need during your stay.

Conveniently located cottage
This is a simple cottage in a great location - easy walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Parking is a little tight, so large cars/SUVs might not fit. The owner, Eileen, is very easy to communicate with.

The upstairs bedroom and kitchen are nice but The kitchen area and living room need new paint, The furniture should be replaced in the living room and the floors upstairs and downstairs are very dirty. Also the back barbecue deck area is a mess with filthy lounge chairs and debris everywhere. Had trouble with the downstairs shower and tub getting hot water and the upstairs lock on the door doesn’t open with the key. The good thing is the short walk to the ocean and accepting pets, which is very important to me

This beach home is an absolute dream a two story oasis walking distance from the waves. It’s less than a mile from great restaurants and boutiques. The neighborhood is welcoming and the host was the absolute best ! Will definitely book again and again !

Great little place by the beach
We stayed at Eileen’s place for a few days after Christmas. We had a wonderful time. We loved the walk ability to the beach and it was nicely decorated. There was only one drawback- the parking. It is very difficult to park in front of the property bc the parking space is so small. If you have a small car then this shouldn’t be a problem but a larger car like an suv or minivan make it very difficult. It was so hard to park I didn’t want to take my car out of the spot so just stayed around the house.

Furniture needs to be upgraded as well as it is stained and a bit gross to sit on. The place has so much potential to be nice. Can’t beat the location also.

Cute North Manhattan Beach House
This cute little beach house is perfectly located in North Manhattan Beach. Just a few minutes walk to some of the top restaurants in the South Bay. And of course a block and a half to a most gorgeous stretch of Beach. The Host is incredibly friendly and immediately responsive. Definitely a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at your place in lovely MB. We really enjoyed how close it is to the beach (a two minute walk). Great location, comfortable bed, and nicely decorated - we'd love to stay here again.

Perfect Beach House!
Lovely hone with everything you could need for a beach getaway. Great setup with 2 separate floors 1 for the kids and the 1 for the adults. Plenty to do within walking distance-beach-shops-restaurants. We will be back!

Excellent house and location
Very clean and relaxing home walking distance to beach ( 3 minutes), and restaurants my wife and I had a wonderful time in this house. had all the comforts of home . Grand kids enjoyed visiting us they had a wonderful time. and we definitely RECOMMEND staying here and we will be returning again. good for two families for it is very spacious with the upstairs and downstairs . Thank you again for letting us stay in your home and making our vacation fantastic !!!
