Questa unità da 3 br, 2 bagni al 4 ° piano ha tutto ciò che desideri: nuovo divano, nuovi mobili, nuove Smart TV, nuova argenteria, biancheria da letto, asciugamani, decorazioni e molto altro! Everything was awesome! Perfect location and extremely convenient. We all had a great time and the condo had everything we needed. Parking was great, beach and pool access are perfect and there was plenty of food and drinks on site. Loved it, thanks!

Very nice condo and very well decorated. Both king beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked, just in case you forget something. All the beach stuff you need if you can’t bring yours. Large TVs , which is nice. Would definitely rent again.

I LOVED THIS CONDO! Beautifully decorated, spacious and super clean. And the view is awesome! Even though it rained we still had a good time just relaxing in the condo. David is awesome. We will definitely be returning to this condo. It's my 2nd home now 😊

We had a great time! The condo was super comfortable and homey. We really loved having the beach towels and beach toys so we didn’t have to lug ours from home. The kitchen has everything like home. The host is very responsive and gets back to you quickly if you have questions. Overall we loved it!

The condo was very nice with newer appliances and great layout. The Master Bedroom was great with a huge bathroom. Loved the Wide Patio!! The view was great. Overall, everything was better the expected with the unit. Only negative was the elevator and pool entrance from the West side of the building was closed because of the renovation of the indoor pool. Not enough elevators for the overall capacity of the building. Great experience and again the condo was spacious, upgraded appliances, nice beds, CLEAN and great view from the patio...

Very effective and consistent communication with rental owner. The condo was perfect for our family and even came with beach towels, chairs, and various other beach accessories. very clean condo and kitchen had everything we needed.

This property was super clean, very comfortable and was perfectly located by the beach. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and would definitely recommend. Just follow all the instructions for check in and parking etc, and you will be fine. David was responsive when we reached out with any questions.

The condo was great for our trip. Fully stocked kitchen, perfectly clean, and beautiful views! I cannot say enough about how CLEAN the place was (sometimes hit or miss with rentals, so this was something I noticed immediately). We were in town for the weekend to compete in the Ironman race and this condo had everything that we needed. The host provided ample details for check-in and his communication was perfect!

The condo is nice, and it is nice being able to use beach chairs and beach towels that are at condo. The 2 main bedrooms are nice, the 3rd bedroom is tight for big teenagers. I would stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying here. They have a lot of extras that other places don't have, beach towels, toys, chairs and floats. We were there at Christmas and it is hard to pack all of that stuff + presents. If you have a baby, which we don't, but they have everything you would need too. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. They need a cookie sheet and some mixing been bowls though.

Not what we were expecting….
Our family was in Panama City Beach for my daughter’s National Dance Competition. We had never been there before. The first thing I will say is we will NEVER go back to PCB and especially the Majestic. Even though the beaches and the water were beautiful, you couldn’t see them because of the millions of people/tents/chairs/umbrellas/coolers etc. on the beach. It was a dirty and overcrowded beach. We have traveled all over Florida and PCB is not a place I will choose to return to. The majestic was run down, filthy, and just disgusting. The pool area was a cesspool I would never step one foot in. The bar area—what a joke. Clearly ANYTHING goes at the Majestic—we smelled weed every time we were on our balcony as if the person next to us was smoking it!! The condo was mediocre at best……for the amount we paid for the week, we expected SO MUCH MORE. Little things were wrong….knives that did not cut, no hand towels, nothing but an old broom that worked to clean the floors, mold in the shower, filthy cushions on the patio chairs, a couch that you really couldn’t sit on without falling to the floor. Again, definitely not what we thought we paid for. The one positive was David, the owner. He was EXTREMELY responsive to any question/concern that we had. However, it wasn’t enough to ever bring us back to this part of Florida.:(

Majestic Towers 403
The property is just wonderful!! We loved having the convenience of the chairs, towels, and toys available, the teens loved the Starbucks on site, and the beautiful pools were a hit with everyone. Very tastefully decorated and a great location. My family had a fantastic time at the beach and would definitely love to stay here again.

Fantastic Condo
Condo was exactly as advertised. We loved being on the 4th floor. It was right next to an elevator and the walkway over to parking garage was on 3rd floor. So if elevators were slow we could take the stairs. Owners provide beach chairs and beach towels which is awesome because we didn’t have to pack those. Owner was very fast to respond to any questions we had. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Pool was awesome and poolside bars also fantastic! We will definitely book again and already referred family to stay here!

Absolutely best property!
We travel to the coast several times a year. This was our favorite property yet. The condo is spacious for our family of four, and could easily have handled several more guests. The Magestic complex is very well maintained, pools are beautiful, and common areas are very clean. There is 24 hour security and always available to answer any questions. The location is great, easy access to restaurants, shopping, and a Walmart less than a mile away. The elevators are close to the unit. The walk to the beach or pools is hardly anything. The den and master bedroom both open to a well furnished patio, with an amazing view of the gulf. Kitchen is equipped with appliances, cookware, and tableware. More than adequate to prepare meals. We will be booking this property again very soon!

Have stayed at the Majestic before and this unit was far superior to the others. Very clean and had smart tv’s in every room. Great location on 4th floor near elevator and stairs. Tower 1 has more condos and I would definitely recommend a unit like this low and close to stairs avoiding long waits for the elevator. Unit came with beach chairs, towels, and toys for the kids. Owner is great at communicating. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect for our family of 5!
Exactly as described and shown... impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. For our family, this condo was absolutely perfect! BEDROOMS: The master is amazing, it has a comfy king bed, opens to the gulf front balcony, has a large bathroom with large closet. Our 15 year old had his own room with a comfy queen bed, nice size closet, access to hall bathroom, and TV. The bunk bed room is smaller and houses the washer and dryer in the closet, but the bunks are comfy and there is a TV... our 2 little girls loved their bunk room! KITCHEN/LIVING/DINING is open concept so you can see the beautiful scenery as well as chat with each other while cooking, etc. The kitchen is stocked well enough for vacation and appliances work well. There is plenty of room for dining with a few chairs at the kitchen bar and a really nice dining table with 4 swing out seats. The living room has a nice size couch, chair and big TV. BALCONY: the balcony seems large compared to those at Edgewater Resort! (I think it is just wider?) The owners have really done well with it: There are 2 lounge chairs, a table that can seat 6 for dining outdoors, and a chest full of beach/pool goodies (our kids enjoyed the swim rings and noodles in the pool)! With all that, there is still room to move around on that deck - it is good! CONVENIENCE is maybe one of my favorite things about this condo! Quick and easy to get to the 403: Go inside Tower 1, take a right, get on elevator by the indoor pool, go to 4th floor....403 is right by the elevator! It takes about 1 minute to get from the room to the indoor heated pool, game room, outdoor pool/hot tub, market, bar, etc. And Beach Access is EVERYWHERE! You just don't need to go far to get wherever you want to go! THE VIEW is honestly amazing! From this balcony there is no obstruction from the ever changing sunsets. We check the sunset time and just plan an hour to enjoy watching the sky --- never disappointing! ONE NEGATIVE has nothing to do with this condo, but rather with the property: The hot tub for Tower 1 is next to one of the back doors that auto lock at 10pm but during regular hours doesn't shut all the way - the fact that it is partially open causes a lot of wind to suck through that space which makes it super windy at the hot tub. Majestic should fix that. Great experience. We Will Stay Again!!

Great location and set up
It was great to be able to stand on the balcony and see my family and friends on the beach. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms worked great for our needs. I highly recommend this property!
