The location was nice. Anna was super friendly. The pool are was somewhat warm.

Our ac did not work in our room. Thankfully it was cool enough we could keep the window open and we brought our own fan.

Room was exactly what we expected, very clean. staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great and the lady working breakfast was very kind.

It was such a sweet, homey vibe. They had the lobby decorated and the staff were sooooo nice to us. You could even smell breakfast cooking in your room that morning. We were on the second floor and it was an open balcony looking over the lobby. We loved it!

Convenient location. Room was clean and met our expectations.

TV/cable did not work. Unable to address due to bus load of people all checking in together. Other guests reported the same issue. Room deposit was unexpected especially since the explanation for it was "to deter guests from wrecking our rooms".

The pastries were crumbly dry, and few options. Each day’s breakfast had only one entree. Not the place to cut your budget.

Breakfast. Carpet is very worn, walls are scarred, and painted with another color, and the shower’s drywall needs some work. I also got put by the ice bucket, an in working outside door propped open by the lock, and the wash room. Our sleep was interrupted alot.

We booked and paid for one room, two nights for two adults through Booking.com. When we checked in we were advised there was a $250 deposit hold for a damage waiver so we put that on a separate credit card. That credit card was charged again for $203 by the manager on the day we checked out. We tried to inquire with hotel as to why we were charged again and at first we were told it was because Booking.com didn’t pay them. We checked with Booking.com and were assured they did pay. THEN the hotel told us that we booked another reservation ( For the same nights that we already had stayed there for ) This was not true. The BBB of eastern Tennessee rating for this hotel is a F ( surprise surprise ) If you read other reviews, you will see others that have this type of issue by this hotel. BEWARE, do your research before you book here!!!!

The breakfast was good. The location was good.

The pool could’ve been hotter. It was ice cold, and our table could’ve been cleaned in our room a little bit better.

Everything! I was there for a very sad reason, my surrogate son's memorial, and that beautiful place made my stay much better.

There were 2 issues, but they were quickly resolved. The 1st was that my door key didn't work but the manager took care of that promptly. The other was that I found a bed bug, but it could have been brought in on my shoe too. I let the manager know.

I loved the whirlpool tub in our suite.

The place was outdated and the staff doing breakfast was eating when we were eating and there was hardly any food put out. Had to ask for alot of items.

I booked through Booking.com paid it in full then when I got there the girl charged me again and I told her and showed her then next morning cking out I told the manager she said oh I’ll put it right back on ur card and still not got it glad I had some cash on me. not a place to stay

Modern appearance. Seemed clean. Beds were good.

No hot water for shower on Monday morning. Heater was very noisy. Broken window taped together.

The location was good and the lobby was nice.

Door to balcony wouldn't open. Half the outlets in the room didn't work. The floor between the beds hadn't been vacuumed. You had to get pool towels at the front desk instead of having them by the pool. The pool was not heated.
