I didn't like the pillows, and the in room coffee pots I would prefer a regular one

Front desk staff were so kind

Medication left on floor tht my toddler almost swallowed obviously not even vacuumed. Bikers convention allowed to rev engines in parking lot and play loud music til 3:40 am. We were using this as a sleeping spot during our long travel. Didn’t sleep at all with two kids who didn’t either. We paid extra for breakfast and they couldn’t find where our room had tht even though we could show them my booking.com email confirmation. Spent almost 300$ no sleep no breakfast it was awful !!!!!

The location was great.

The rooms were not like the pictures on line.. The pictures showed the property was renovated but, that was definitely not the case. I definitely over paid for the room..

Itvwas closed to where I needed to be.

Staff wasn’t friendly at all. upon check in , Felicia waited on me. she did not say hi or greet us at all. I told her I had just checked in using the app and if I still need to see her. She checked her computer and said she couldn’t find my reservation. Gave her my confirmation number and told her again I just checked online. She answered oh that why I can’t find you! if she had listened and paid attention to what I said initially, then we can eliminate the confusion. There were 3 of us in a room. On most time, we were given cookies. This time, there was no cookies. Overall customer service is rather poor. Needs improvement.

Our only complaint was about the ac being messed up. The room was kind of stuffy when we arrived, turned the ac down as low as it would go, and never got cooler in the room

very nice accommodations and close to ETSU for graduation

There was only one trash can in the room and the bathroom door handle did not work. we stayed two nights but were only supplied with enough towels for one.

I love that there is a heated indoor pool for the kids.

There was a broken surge protector in the room that had the fridge and coffee make plugged into. That had wires exposed. Making it dangerous when having 2 kids under .

The breakfast was very good. The restaurant burger bar fantastic!!! Service top notch!

Need to keep the coffee hot that is served in the lobby
