Everything was fine and good but...

What i didn't like was the the fact I got charged for 2 extra nights which I did not authorized it. When I already paid in advance for one night on Wednesday of that week. Checking in on Saturday I only authorized $30 of deposit fee because my friend didn't have enough funds in her debit card and she paid cash for her 2 nights. I allowed the hotel receptionist charge my card for the deposit fee only. Later that Saturday morning like 2:00 in the morning I get a notification from my account stating that Holiday inn deducted $107.60. The following day i made the complaint and the receptionist said "I'll fix it on your way out when you check out". Later that Sunday morning like 230ish i get another notification stating that Holiday inn deducted $118.53. At this point I'm at home. I called holiday Inn to make another complaint and they told me over the phone that they reversed the payment and their was a glitch in the system. I should receive my money back in my account within 24 to 48 hours. That was Monday it's Thursday still haven't received anything in my account.😠😡
