Good breakfast.
Beds were not as comfortable as I would like for it tom have been. I was VERY dissatisfied when I checked out and the bill was $10 higher than when I booked the room. I booked the rooms at a price of $98 and when I checked out it was $109 plus taxes. I went back and asked the clerk about it and she said that Booking had it listed for $109 but my wife and I both know that when we booked, it was $98 because we even commented to one another of how great a deal it was. It's not that the extra $11 breaks us but to book at one rate and then when you get there and check out its another, is BAD practice. Question is, will that be what happens next time we use your services? Not sure I will use Booking for my next travels.

the breakfast was really good. Love the eggs and the sausage for breakfast. The apple juice was very good and delicious.
Also love the oatmeal it was good the add on on the side.
More towels by the pool but other than that it was a very good. Nice and clean and people was very helpful.

Had to wait on bacon because the cook “left”. They were out of fruit.
Rooms were not ready at check in time. Had to wait for about 30 minutes for one room and about an hour for the second room.

I really liked the customer service. The staff at the Fairfield Hotel we exceptional. They took really good care of the customers.

The staff was amazing and super friendly. It was comfortable and clean.
The only thing i can complain about is that the rooms didn't have full length mirrors 😕. I got ready but couldn't see how I looked.. but the front desk lady said I looked beautiful! So sweet! But need to put full length mirrors in the rooms and it would be perfect.

The hot breakfast. The late check out. The cleanliness of everything expect the pool.
The dirty dirty pool..the reason we rented this hotel for my birthday getaway was the pool No microwave and fridge didn't work.

I wish there had been a door between the lavatory and the entry hall. A dim light would be nice in the bathroom for those of us who need to get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom without turning lights on and disturbing our travel partners.

They was working in the hotel remodeling or fixing things also they didnt tell us the WIFI password or if they even had Wifi

Elevator to small, elevator door to small. Breakfast shutdown one hour to early. Mattress and pillows were of low quality. Building was ill designed and material and quality of building was screaming cheap.

The chuckwagon breakfast is really good and fun!! I think they offer it on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Breakfast is in the restaurant the other days and is good too.

Great water pressure in the shower
Pool is out of order. They claim due to Covid-19 but I was told they just don't want to fix it. Breakfast was horrible! Powdered eggs... Hotel is currently going renovations but has been red tagged by the city for not having proper permits.

Property was under construction. Property was run down. Not what I was anticipating. Not up to Marriott standards for sure
