Worse hotel experience I’ve ever had

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

Very musty odor. Some maintenance issues that were probably not reported by previous guests. Had to mess with the plumbing every single time the toilet was flushed. Bathroom sink was very slow draining.

The bed was so comfortable we overslept and missed breakfast 😂.

I love the decor and the cleanest of the property. The staff was friendly and had a home feel to it.

I wish breakfast had more choices.

The pool was great. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are a nice size.

No coffee pot in the room. No bedding for the pull out sofa. Trash cans very small. No early check in available. was told no rooms were ready until 3 pm on the dot. Entry ways to the building in the back are very small and doors key locked which made it difficult with guests and bringing pets in and out. The entry and room doors are also very heavy which also makes it difficult to get in and out with children and/or pets. Closet did not have both doors to close. There are no luggage carts available in the back building. The staff at check in were not very welcoming.

Room was nice, big, comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was great except for all of the road construction. There was no exit from the highway, We had to go past and make a u-turn, which was not a problem, Just wish they could have mentioned it.

The hotel was going thru renovations. There was no mention of it on their website or Booking.com. The tub faucet was broken and had to be turned about 20 times to turn on.
