Location
No breakfast like the website states, no remote in my room and when I asked for one they said they didn’t have any, therefore unable to watch tv. No housekeeping came to my room the entire stay. The room smelled of mildew. The ac didn’t go out of ECO mode.

We always stay at this property every summer we visit OC MD. This time We got large room with two queen beds, sofa, smart tv, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. Clean bath. Love it.
We got the room back of the property near pool where parking a mini van was a hassle because parking place was small and we had hard time parking our mini van.

Location was the only good thing about this place.
Very dirty place, asked reception to get us another room that room was dirtier. Asked if someone could clean there was no one available to clean. Asked for a refund which they refused. Tv was locked by another guest with a pin they had no other tv the first night the second day they changed the tv which was also locked. WiFi was nonexistent most of the time unless in the right spot. Would not recommend to ANYONE at this place.

2 blocks from the beach
Very dirty carpet, outdated decor, horrible pillows and mediocre beds, loud guests on top floor (can hear stomping and music/talking), people smoking outside our room with the smell coming through (beside the office) outside light by office shining through cracks of curtain prohibiting quality sleep. Also, the dispensers of soap/shampoo in the bathroom were broken/empty. The total stay was 3 nights and not once did anyone come to try to clean the room or give clean towels, we had to seek out a staff member by evening for new stuff. All of this terrible service (or lack of service) while having on my reservation for the room, I specifically requested a top floor room with no smoking due to having a child on the trip. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Bathroom door didn't lock and the front door had a hard time locking and unlocking. Walls are pretty thin.

No channels, blinds was messed up, tv had a password couldn’t figure out, paid for balcony and didn’t get one,

Wifi was spotty, signal strength would be good then get very weak, speed was OK but could be faster needs more kitchen items (pot holders, and more items like bowls etc), price could be a but cheaper, if improvements are done then worth thr current price.

Nothing did not stay the place was moldy, bugs on wall, sheets and comforters had spots and hair particals in it
Rooms were moldy, bugs on the wall right by the bed, comforters had stains and hair partials on sheets was not like the pictures on the website was supposed to have a small kitchen only had a microwave
