everything was perfect and as described, The Host is amazing, friendly and super helpful, the house was perfect and with 10 people it didn't seemed cramped, bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, enough seating at the table for meals, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, the pool was amazing complete with the spa, it was hard to keep the kids out of the pool. the location was perfect, it's close to many attractions. the host gave us ideas were to go and were to eat.. none of it disappointed. She helped make our stay great! no bad advice. When we make another trip west, we will stay here again.

We had 10 friends stay to celebrate two birthdays. The house was so clean, beautiful, and spacious. The host was kind and helpful and made us feel right at home. She gave us early checkin and left us a gift of some wine and a veggie tray in the fridge. The hot tub and pool were heated and cleaned while we were there. This home is perfectly located 10min from universal studios. It was literally 10min from so many things we wanted to do. This is the first place I’ve stayed that I can 100% say I will be back.

We stayed as a large group for one of our daughters who was getting married in LA. Angela was very accommodating and easy to work with. The house is historic and beautiful as advertised. Is in the beautiful Hollywood Hills where you can walk to many things and across the street from Griffith Park.Well stocked kitchen, bath, extra sheets, towels and plenty of pool towels, they even provod laundry soap, etc.. One thing to note is the downstairs master bedroom suite is not in the main house. It is a separate house which is like a pool house behind the garage. It is still a regular suite, but no bedrooms downstairs in the main house, all 4 are upstairs. I did not glean this from the listing on VRBO and maybe I missed it, so if this is important to you, just an FYI. Overall fabulous stay, would definitely recommend and stay again! The host was more than accommodating with anything we needed. The house is clean with multiple rooms to pick from. The pool and spa are heated along with outdoor living space. It’s one place worth staying with everything a short distance away.

We had a group of 9 friends visiting Los Angeles for the Halloween weekend and stayed at Angela's gorgeous house. The house was very spacious, clean and certainly at all the features as advertised in the pictures. We spent a lot of time in the backyard pool and jacuzzi which were very well maintained and private. The location couldn't have been better as it's located within a 10 minute drive to Universal Studios, Griffith, and all the amazing Thai food restaurants. Angela was such an amazing host as well. She's super responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. Would wholeheartedly recommend this amazing experience!

We had so much fun staying at Villa Seranno for the weekend. The house had space for all 10 of us and the amazing host Angela left us pastries and wine that were gone by the first night. We went on a walk in Griffith park right across the street and my 15 month old was able to play at the playground. It was a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. Angela was very responsive and the house had everything we needed! Lots of great restaurants and grocery stores so close. We had a great time!

My party and I had the best time at the house. It had everything we needed to accomadate my group of 10. We swam, had plenty of room to spread out and were able to come together for family style dinners and games. The location is wondeful. A skip to the Griffith Observatory, short ride to West Hollywood and many tourist attractions. Our host, Angela, was so lovely and sweet. She had great communication and even went above and beyond to assist us. We will definitely be back to stay at this home again.

This home was exactly what we were looking for for our girls weekend. It was clean, spacious, and the backyard was like a little oasis. The location was perfect as we were just a short Uber ride to all the fun things LA has to offer. Angela was so nice and communicative throughout our entire stay. 10/10 all around

Stayed with my family of five (2 adults, 2 13 year olds and a 9 year old). This is the perfect house! Centrally-located, in a very nice neighborhood. Two great food stores in walking distance. Across the street from the park.
The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

We chose this property based on the wonderful reviews, centralized location, and pool. Our expectations were met across the board. Angela was right there if we needed her, we didn’t spend much time in traffic, and everybody loved chilling out at the pool after the day’s adventures. This is the spot if you’re looking to check out the LA tourist attractions.

The host very sweet and accommodating. The pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy and the house had plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. I would highly recommend this home because the neighborhood is gorgeous! Right down the street from hiking and the Griffith observatory.

We were in LA for our sons law school graduation. This house was the perfect spot for our family to gather and celebrate. It’s walking distance to a wide variety of great restaurants and shops abd right across the street from Griffith Park. After hiking up to the observatory it was wonderful to come back and jump in the pool and hot tub. Angela, the host, is very easy to contact and so welcoming. She greeted us with a delicious German chocolate cake. We hope to stay in the house again.

The property met all our needs as a family. The property manager went above and beyond to get us a high chair for our infant grandchild, going shopping for it the evening we got there and delivered it the next morning!!!!! What customer care!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The neighborhood and street are so lovely and right across from Griffith Park. It was a relaxing and fun long weekend with friends and family. There was plenty of room for all of us- we only ended up using 4 of the 5 bedrooms, but could have spread out more if we wanted to. The house is spacious. The kids loved the backyard pool and hot tub so much, we spent most of our mornings and afternoons there! Angela is very responsive and welcoming. Overall a fantastic stay! Amazing home and perfect for a low key girls weekend. Easy to find, ample parking, and central to great restaurants, tourist spots, and event venues. We had a car and able to park on property but also found it easy to call a ride share too. Angela was an amazing property manager. She was so responsive, fast with replies and very clear with house rules & details. She went above and beyond for our group, gifting us a cake, giving us local recommendations and making sure our experience was great. The house is super safe and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The home has plenty of space and sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked and everything worked as expected. Having access to laundry and full size bathroom downstairs was very convenient. Pool and hot tub were very clean and easy to operate. This is a residential neighborhood. Neighbors are quiet and respectful and I appreciated the quiet hours after 10pm. I can’t wait to visit again!

This home is the perfect Hollywood classic in a very upscale quiet neighborhood. It is also very convenient for many Hollywood attractions. We stayed for my 10 year old son's birthday and visited Universal. Angela is a great host, she was there to help with everything we needed and even had a Birthday cake delivered to the home before our arrival in honor of my son's special day!

A group of friends stayed here while we were all attending a wedding in the area. The house was very clean and spacious, with many comfortable communal areas where we all could sit back and relax. The beds were comfortable.

We were very pleased with our stay in Angela‘s house. She greeted us upon arrival with some potato treats and explained everything we would need to know about the house in detail before leaving. The house was perfect for our group to be able to relax by the pool and BBQ before our shows at the Hollywood Bowl.

Great time in the Hollywood Hills
We spent a great holiday with our 2 children, their spouses, and 4 grand daughters. There was ample space and the pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of sightseeing. The neighborhood and Griffith park were great for daily walks and exercise.

Comfortable house in nice location
Great backyard with nice hot tub and pool. Angela was a responsive host. She lives next door and was kind to leave a delicious cake for our group. It is a comfortable space for large groups, can fit 10 if you’re willing to share beds. There are aero beds available but you have to pay extra for those. List of instructions/rules is longer than most rentals. I appreciate it’s to cover all the bases, but makes for a long read and being consciousness people, we wanted to make sure we didn’t miss anything. Located walking distance to Griffith Park, which was a plus. My group had a nice time there!
