This was a very beautiful property. Cleaning fee was a bit high for 1 night. The communication was great though and very friendly, clean, and suggested dining venues with great options. Lakes are close and whiskey row was close too. Awesome night.

Pretty nice place in a good area, plenty of space for two with a very nice view from the living rooms. If you’re just hangin out watchin tv I hope you like SpongeBob because that’s one of the only cable channels that works lol. It is in a kind of basement of the house so there are people walking above you. Feels like a house under the house.

The views in the listing photos doesn’t do this place justice! It was breath taking, and very relaxing! The property was clean, classy, and comfortable! It’s also very close to downtown Prescott, with lots of cafes and restaurants along the way. The only thing I’d say is a negative is the parking instructions. Both my husband and I were confused and felt like we didn’t know where to park. It said don’t block the trash cans, park on the rocks as best we can, but don’t park on the decorative driveway. Maybe the wording should be changed? Idk but I wasn’t going to remove a star for that, maybe we were air heads. We would stay here again!

The experience was top notch. Beautiful view & comfortable facility. There are 12-15 steps on the side of the building that one has to use to get to the door, that I wasn’t fond of. I have 2 bad knees & if the stairs were listed before I locked in the dates, I just missed it. The steps were difficult for us to maneuver but we made it happen and loved the stay. I would definitely recommend this location for those who are not physically handicapped.

Very clean and quiet with spectacular views. This is a mother-in-law suite to which the main house has access to. The stairs they show in the pictures are the only access to the suite. If you are disabled there is only one other entry to the property which you will not be able to navigate if you are in a wheelchair or crutches or have difficulty walking. Other than that the property is a very cute.

This was a great place! It is very spacious with beautiful views of the mountains. Unfortunately for us, the weather was too cool and we did not get to enjoy the two secluded patios overlooking the hillsides. Open concept kitchen and living room with a huge couch and a new large screen TV. Very comfy king size bed. Ginormous walk-in closet. Great shower with excellent hot water pressure which I love. This is a lower level unit with the Owners living upstairs. They were immediately responsive to the few texted requests that we had....sadly we never got to meet them face to face....hopefully we will next time we stay here! A big bonus to this place....it is quiet and secluded but it's only minutes from Whiskey Row downtown and we loved The Palace Saloon!

Extremely cordial and friendly email/text communications, and it is with sincere regret that we leave a less than excellent review for these nice people. We were so grateful that they let us stay 2 nights with such short notice. The good things are that the furnishings are generous and comfy...a beautiful LARGE TV. The parking and entry are dicey. We worry about liability for these folks. The kitchen has newer functioning appliances. It's the bathroom! It's tired. Everything including the floor can be replaced with a modest budget and help from Home Depot. We sincerely wish Kelly and Jon well as it is clear they are well intentioned.

This most pleasant walkout rental has beautiful views from the living room, and two lovely private patios with gorgeous views. Comfortable, clean kitchen with modern appliances, pleasant bathroom with shower-tub, and private, and spacious bedroom. Very nice furnishings. I will return, if I can.

Home was clean and cute with amazing views! As the owners do live in the duplex level above, me and husband did not mind. The rental felt very separate and private from. It was very peaceful and in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. Yes, I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was so pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the view. As other reviews state, you can hear some noise from upstairs, but it was never disruptive to us and way better than all the noise you get in a hotel! Everything was as described and the hosts were super helpful.

Its a nice place but the parking situation is awful and be careful the first step you go down is a doosie! If you want paper towels or tissues bring them I could not find any. Dont turn on the outside light we did went out for the day came back after dark the door was literally covered with bugs, my husband opened the door I ran it and scraped my knee on the chair because the room was dark and i didnt see it. Overall its a nice place I wouldn't rent it again

Prescott home with a beautiful view!!
What an AMAZING property this was. I was in town for a training and wish I could have enjoyes this property more but I WILL be back. The house was very clean, location to Prescott was great, 5 minute drive to Whiskey Row, ample shopping in the area and great communication with property manager was great!! I typically get a hotel when in the area (several times a year) but if this property is available I will stay there each trip :)

Needs to be updated
Very clean. Property needs to be updated. Bathroom was the most in need. Shower was awful as the shower head barely sprayed and had mold in it. Biggest complaint was the noise from upstairs. Owners live upstairs and heard them walking around as late as 2am & as early as 5am.

Our short stay was very pleasant.The unit is very well equipped and the host Kelly was very helpful.The 2 outside sitting areas are very comfortable and have a spectacular western view over the valley and the mountain

Pure Imagination Festival Weekend
Great location to Watson Lake was key for us. Setting was lovely with Prescott views. Ease of checking in was simple. The lodgings were nicely appointed with plenty of room for the two of us. Should we return to Prescott would definitely stay here again.

This space was much larger than I expected, and the views were outstanding. Immediately you’re thrown because you arrive into the bedroom, but beyond that the living room and kitchen space I would describe as a Great room. The views from that space were nice with the oversized windows. The patio that sat next to the main door to the space was also pleasant with rocking chairs and a table for drinks. There was only one need for communication with the owner and they were very prompt with a return text. The only gripe I would indicate was if you would like a late check out communicate that the day before you check out, not the morning of. Unless you’re okay with being charged the late check out fee. Other than that we would love to stay at this property again in the future.

Wonderful Getaway
As soon as we entered the living room we were amazed by the spectacular view of the mountains, and the snow fall the next day was beautiful. The place is furnished nicely, very clean, well stocked, and the bed is comfortable. The owners responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely go back.

The Views…the comfort Perfect
My husband and I did a quick getaway to the mountain TOP home. We had a wonderful stay, the home is everything as stated on the listing. The owners are delightful and responsive when needed. I only communicated with them to Thank them for a great stay. The views are 5 star, you can see the entire valley and mountains. The home was so comfortable and had all the amenities that you would need. The bed was so comfortable, I actually slept in! Outdoor seating is very nice. One day it was extremely winding, but we didn’t miss out on the views because the HUGE living room windows overlook the valley, so we were warm inside, and still enjoyed the vista. Thank you for a wonderful time, and we will be back.

Very nice place
The property was well appointed. All of the furniture was very nice except for the bed. The listing said that this was a new bed but it was one of the most uncomfortable beds we've slept on. A good memory topper of decent thickness would work wonders. The view was great! There was a storm during the night preceded by a tremendous and almost nonstop lightning storm in the clouds. We had a great view. The listing stated that this was a ground floor property which it was but what was not stated is that it is the bottom floor of a 2 story house. This was not a big deal except that the stairs leading down to it are very awkward and difficult to carry down anything heavy. This place would be difficult to access or even inaccessible to anyone with physical disabilities. It is only accessible from 1 side and not 2 as the listing stated unless you want to climb down a bank of large landscape stones. It does have 2 patios which were very nice and as I noted before, the views are great!

We decided we needed to get away from the Phoenix heat and so we stayed in Prescott. This location was very close to Whiskey Row where there was a rodeo and market going all weekend. We even rode our bikes (walked some the hills were a little more aggressive then expected on beach cruisers.) to the Market. It was very nice and a great get away.

Mountaintop Experience!
What a great little get away on the top of a mountain in Prescott. We live in PHX and to get out of the heat for the weekend was a treat and to be so close to downtown Prescott's offerings and Watson and Willow Lakes. We WILL be back!
