Located right in the historic center, just 150 meters from the beach, the flat consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, a lounge / kitchen with double sofa bed, wifi and air conditioning plus bathroom. It is located in a side street that runs along the main street (Via Roma) on the second floor of the building and can be accessed by climbing two flights of stairs not fit for people with mobility problems.
You will enter the apartment following a self-check in procedure, collecting the keys from the safe fixed on condominium gate. You must send via booking or watsapp or telegram photos of documents of all guests, including children (passport or identity card or driver's license) within the day before the check in. As soon as I receive the photos of the documents I will send you all the instructions to get to the apartment by car or train and the safe code.
Monterosso Council has recently introduced a “Guest Tax” of euro 2 x Person a day (older than 12 years old) for the first 3 days of stay. The GuestTax” will be collected by the host upon arrival, you will have to pay it cash and you will be given a receipt.
