Condo was beautiful and clean. Looked just like the photos in listing. I was also pleasantly surprised to see how stocked everything was. I didn’t need to bring anything other than my suitcase and groceries. Will definitely book again when I visit Pensacola.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property and would gladly come back! Multiple pool options, beach a short walk away, Starbucks and restaurant/bar on site, etc. Our teenage boys loved going over to the fitness center to lift in the mornings. They enjoyed some of the extras available through the deluxe activity package that we purchased on site. They especially liked the water obstacle course and were on it every day. We'd finish the evenings in the pool and order delicious pizzas on site... every night. They were so good!! The condo is beautiful with great views. We loved having a grill on the balcony and took advantage of this for many meals. This is on our list for future trips!

This property was everything the host said it was and even more. The condo was fully stocked with everything we might have needed from beach towels & toys to a kitchen stocked with EVERYTHING! The condo and entire facility was very very clean and ALL STAFF very friendly and helpful. Highly, highly recommend

This condo has it all! I was amazed with how well the kitchen was stocked. Everything we needed was available including a lemon juicer! When staying in a condo, we are always concerned with the checkin process and lines at the elevator. But neither were a problem at all. Checkin was a breeze and there was never any lines at the elevator. Our host, Greg, was absolutely amazing. Always got back to us quickly with answers to any of our questions. I definitely recommend this condo at Portofino

We usually stay in the Panama City/Destin area when we come to Florida. This was our first visit to Pensacola Beach but, it won't be our last. The property is absolutely beautiful. Our condo was amazing! It was spacious, well-stocked, and appeared to be professionally decorated. Greg, our host, was extremely responsive and easy to work with. One of our best trips ever!

Greg’s condo was great! Very well stocked. He thought if everything! Very relaxing, peaceful week enjoying nature including a fantastic sunset from the condo. Greg was very accessible if we needed him. We loved our time in his home.

First, I would like to thank the host Greg for his luxurious two bedroom condo. This condo was everything when I walked through the doors. It really Wowed me. It really felt like a home away from home. It was very clean spacious. Everything was neat beautifully decorated this condo was equipped with everything you don’t need to bring anything but your clothes, he did not forget anything in this home. I would most definitely book this condo again thank you so much. I loved my stay here thank you GREG. You’re a great host. You’re the best.

The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable, view was beautiful, and everything was as described. Loved having enough towels for everyone in the bathrooms. An unexpected bonus, there pool towels and a good variety of spices in the kitchen. Highly recommend this to a family. The only issue we had was construction in the condo next door and construction on the grounds.

Had a wonderful stay at Greg’s condo over the New Year’s holiday. This is by far one of the most well stocked rentals I’ve stayed in - even had sharp chef’s knives! Also appreciated that both bedrooms have king size beds. The staff at Portofino is very friendly and the property is well maintained, even through the construction. I will definitely rent this property again in the future.

Beautiful, spacious, brand new condo in a great resort. All the amenities are there. Tower 2 is just a 3 minute walk from the beach. We loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend it.

This place is amazing! Gorgeous!! My family had such a great time and it was a nice place to come “home” to. EVERYTHING is updated. The kitchen is a dream. When we go back to Portofino I’d love to stay in the exact same place.

From the moment we checked into Portofino Resort, my family and I had a great time. We have stayed at several beaches in the past. Panama City, Myrtle Beach, Gulf Shores , Daytona, and I can say that Pensacola was one of my favorites.
Our condo was perfect. Updated, beautifully decorated, very clean, plenty of towels! Plenty of cookware! Plenty of blankets! All of the necessities were provided. We all slept so well in the beds.
I can not say enough good things about our condo.
We all enjoyed the pool area. All of the staff at the resort are so nice. We booked a dolphin cruise through the resort as well. My grandchildren were so excited when we saw dolphins! Definitely an experience to remember!
The beach was beautiful! Very clean. Emerald green water! So relaxing. A little walk from tower 2, but so worth it!
Definitely on my list to return .

Wonderful experience
Went for a dance competition. Peers stayed at other condos on the property. Each on had varying experiences and quality of stay. Besides the master bedroom bed being reallllly firm, we loved our room and experience. Greg communicated quick and thoroughly!

A Resort Experience
Excellent views of the bay! We actually saw dolphins in the bay. Also, it was very nice that both rooms had views—that’s not very common. All the pools were heated which is a plus when visiting in the off season. In addition, the gym is large and has a view but can get crowded as it serves all 5 buildings. Portofino offers weekly classes and activities and great beach equipment packages. Most condos are like ghost towns in the off season, but Portofino has a lot of full-time residents and 24 hour security. This place feels very safe. We would highly recommend this condo and location.

Loved this condo! The host was communicative and check in was a breeze. I debated over which tower, what location in Pensacola, but I know now that this condo is PERFECT! Not only is it a quick walk (with three little kids) to the beach, we popped between the large activity center pools, tower pool, adventure park, and beach with ease.
As opposed to the large chain hotels, the beaches here still had chairs, umbrellas, and watercraft available but were much quieter, which we loved.
Loved the gym overlooking the pool & waterway!
Also grabbed some great drinks & desserts at the Portofino restaurants and treats and coffees from the Starbucks.
LOVED the condo itself! So comfortable with more than enough seating and sleeping space for 5+, and well equipped with tons and blankets, bath & beach towels. We shopped once for 5 people and the condo was so well equipped with cooking equipment, spices, and supplies that we never needed restaurants!
Bedrooms had beautiful views, super comfortable, and the porch was perfect for sunsets. The new pull out couch was perfect for the kids to spread out and watch the sun set.
Can't wait for another visit!

Portofino Perfection
This condo has everything needed for a short or long term stay. The unit is wonderfully decorated and has new appliances and all cooking utensils. Greg was very courteous and helpful with any questions or requests we made. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a very convenient and comfortable condo located on beautiful Pensacola Beach.

Perfect Vacation
There is a reason Greg Nacozy is rated as a Premiere Host. His communication before, during and after the trip made for an excellent experience. The condo itself is beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. It has the most comfortable BEDS ever! The kitchen and dining room are great for making those special meals. The views! Loved watching the goings-on at the activity center pools, and the fireworks from his balcony. You can see the Gulf, but my favorite was watching the dolphins in the Sound. Thanks, Greg, for the Perfect Vacations!
