Capitola Village è un posto meraviglioso da visitare! Tuttavia, se stai cercando un po 'più di pace e tranquillità dalla vivace città, la nostra bella casa sulla spiaggia di 2000 piedi quadrati si trova sul sentiero del fiume a soli 2 minuti a piedi!
Questa casa di famiglia dispone di 3 ampie camere da letto e due bagni completi con vasca da 6 piedi! Il parcheggio è estremamente difficile e difficile da trovare in questa città popolare ma fortunatamente per te, abbiamo un parcheggio fuori strada per 4 auto!
La cucina è stata recentemente ristrutturata con una zona pranzo per sei. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto l'essenziale! Goditi una tazza di caffè o un barbecue con la famiglia su uno dei due ponti che si affacciano sul bellissimo e privato cortile. C'è una doccia esterna con acqua calda che rende la pulizia dopo una giornata in spiaggia un gioco da ragazzi!
Capitola Beach è letteralmente a soli due minuti a piedi, che è piena di meravigliosi e famosi negozi, boutique e ristoranti. Si trova a 10 minuti dal lungomare di Santa Cruz Beach e dal molo di Santa Cruz, che offre anche ottimi ristoranti e intrattenimenti divertenti per tutte le età.

Nestled along the serene banks of the river, the property offers a delightful retreat for families seeking a peaceful escape. The house itself is charming with spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated everyone. Beautiful garden, a short walk to the local shops, restaurants and bakery, and the beach. Perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and convenience.

This is our annual family outing. Would not want to spend it anywhere else or with anyone else. This home (we consider it ours when we're there) is so well cared for. It has everything and is just a perfect place to stay when in Capitola. Love it...

We brought our son, his wife, and their 8 month old daughter with us for a first family vacation together. The layout of the place was ideal for giving each of us our own living room area while sharing the large kitchen and eating area. The porches on two levels was also a great asset.
Even though we had some rain and clouds some of the time, the covered porches extended our ability to be outdoors. And when the sun was shining, what a nice place to be right on the river. Mac provided all we needed for a trip to the beach with a wagon, chairs, and. umbrellas and the short walk into town and the beach was great. The place was so peaceful and quiet yet only minutes from the heart of the town. We would stay there again in the future

The minute you walk in the front door you feel like you're home. My family loves our yearly vacation here in Capitola at the Capitola Riverview House. So peaceful, beautiful surroundings. Thank you again for always making our stay so pleasant. We will be back

The property was perfect for our group of 8. Beautiful decks with an awesome view of the river. Minutes to everything you need. The beach, restaurants and shops are a stroll out the back deck. Plenty of room for everyone! Definitely would love to stay here again. Our birthday celebrations couldn’t have been better. Thank you Mick , you have a beautiful home.

Beautiful location. House itself could be cleaner and updated. Basics were missing like mirror in bedroom, batteries in candles, Kleenex in bath etc. river setting was perfect.

My parents rent a beach house every summer for our family to enjoy. The house was a great fit for a group of 8 with family from 12 to 65. My dad has mobility issues so having a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor was perfect for our needs. For the house, I would suggest a set of glasses that are acrylic/plastic for patio use since we spent most of the time on the deck and in the front yard, and we're always leery of taking glassware outside. Also, note for families coming that there are no games/cards in the house, which may be a concession to Covid protocols, but in our years of renting vacation homes, was unusual. We just walked down to the liquor store in Capitola for a couple decks of cards and made it work. What they do have is a large beach wagon for hauling stuff for trips down to the beach and low slung beach chairs, which was GREAT!
Be aware that the main path along the river is directly in front of the house but it didn't really bother us. If you want privacy with your morning coffee, I'd suggest just using the upstairs deck.
My last piece of advise would be bring your ice cream money...It was so close to the house that the kids (and adults) quickly became accustomed to nightly scoops. So Good!

We had a great time staying here! Instantly felt at home. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location to the beach, downtown and restaurants. The house was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The kids ( age 4 and 7) are already asking to go back! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect location
This was a great spot as home base to explore Capitola. Convenient walk to the beach/village and easy in/out in the car. House was clean and comfortable with most everything needed right on hand.

Perfect location for walking everywhere.!
Great for adults - parents might struggle a little with little ones - due to stairs and the river edge and the deck - lots of splinters in the toddler playing on the deck. Otherwise wonderful property and great owner.

Perfect getaway!
This is the perfect vacation spot in Capitola. Walking distance to town and all it has to offer. We love coming here every year. It's our Christmas gift to each other. This home is so comfortable. It is located just steps from the river. With 2 decks, you can just sit and watch the world go by. Love it!

Post Tax Season Recovery
We have stayed here for the last several post tax seasons - it’s our favorite place to be - the beach and restaurants are just steps away if that’s what we want and peace and quiet are right there by the river if that’s what we want. My whole family gathers here and we sit by the river

Lovely property
Comfortable home that is a very short walk to downtown Capitola. Two decks that look out on the Soquel Creek are great for an evening cocktail. Highly recommended.

Our week at the riverhouse
What a wonderful property right on the river! We kayaked the river and the ocean! Peaceful and quiet yet steps from town and all of the restaurants and shops. The lemonade that we made from the tree 🌳 on the property is the best we've ever had! We also got to meet the gracious owner and thank him for this opportunity to stay and experience his home 🏡. We will never forget our time together there ❤️ 💙

Fantastic House
We had an incredible weekend at this house! The house was super clean and well appointed with everything we could need. Some highlights were the upstairs/downstairs patio plus the lawn area! We would rotate our lounge area to follow the sunshine. Super comfy beds in all the bedrooms. And the location is so, so special. A stones throw to Capitola Village but much different than the hustle and bustle of the village. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Incredible home and owner
This home is amazing with lots of room and in the perfect location to experience so many things in Capitola all within walking distance. Mike, the owner and builder, met us to go over the details and he couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating! We can't wait to return sometime soon!

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. We stayed here for our annual mother and daughter trip to Capitola and it was perfect! Plenty of room and views were incredible! A very short walk to the beach and shopping and restaurants!

No Better Locale
Not only can you NOT get any better location when visiting Capitola, the house is excellent!. It's located right on the river, about 1/2 block from Margaritaville. We were 7 adults here for the 2nd year in a row for the Beach Festival., and we've already booked for next year. Management also very accommodating for early check in!!

Great house on the River!
Recently stayed here with friends to celebrate our birthdays. This house is the perfect location to enjoy Capitola. Walk to town and it has parking for up to 3 cars.
House is well taken care of. We sat on the lawn and watch people go up and down the River. We will come back.
