Garden City Beach SC è a circa 20 minuti dal centro di Myrtle Beach ed è una città più rilassata, meno affollata e orientata alla famiglia con molte cose da fare.
Il Waters Edge Resort è un edificio in cemento e acciaio a 15 piani direttamente sull'oceano. Tutte le unità sono dotate di balcone privato con vista sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano. Abbiamo 5 camere perfettamente pulite; 1 camera da letto, 2 bagni completi, una cucina e una zona soggiorno. Può ospitare 4 persone e ha un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto matrimoniale, una cucina fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici e utensili moderni full size, lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, riscaldamento centralizzato e A / C e 2 TV a schermo piatto con telecomando, cavo di base esteso e HBO. This condo was perfect for us. It was updated, very clean and everything we needed was there. Andy was very attentive and so easy to deal with. The views from the balcony were beautiful. Restaurants were abundant and nearby. We had a great vacation here. Would definitely stay here again!

Only thing about our room the couches were not to comfy in room 1504 love love love the water pressure an about the outside we were early morning walkers but u had to go threw the public beach access to get to beach the deck was not open till 8 so u had no were to wash ur feet u had to bring the sand back up to ur room but overall andy was a really great guy

The condo was true to the pics. Extremely clean! 15th floor was an awesome view! Communication with Andy was great, especially since the room was cleaned and ready for us 2 hours early! That never happens at most places.

The unit was just as described on line; cozy, tastefully decorated, spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We stayed for two weeks and our host, Andy, checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed, including a million dollar view!

We rented this condo for a baseball tournament my son was playing in at Myrtle Beach. The condo was one of the cleanest places we have ever rented. It was a beautiful condo with gorgeous, unobstructed views of the ocean. It had a fully stocked kitchen which made it great the evenings we cooked there. The condo was perfect for our family. Andy was an awesome host and stayed in contact with us the entire time of our stay to make sure everything was ok and to make sure we didn’t need anything. I would definitely rent this condo again and I highly recommend it for anyone thinking about staying here!

Received a text at 315 stating unit was ready, arrived to find a spotless, well updated and unit stocked with everything you might expect and more! Did have a problem with the A/C, due to mechanical failure, and the owner went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Unit was better than in the photos, very comfortable and will be returning in the future. Thank you

The moment we opened the door to the condo, the smell was wonderful! Very Clean.. and it lingered for days😊 We loved the furniture, decor and the ocean front view from the balcony! The towels were very plush and the kitchen was well stocked.
We knew ahead of time that the bed was a queen size. The ONLY thing I would have liked better would have been a King size bed… that’s all.
The parking was easy, the pool was very refreshing and we met some of the nicest people while being guests there. Andy was very easy to work with and he made our week there, very relaxing and comfortable. We look forward to returning in the future!

Everything about the stay was wonderful. The only issue I had was the fact that the rental umbrellas took up a lot of the beach space. You needed to claim a spot before 7:00 am otherwise it was hard to find a good spot.

The condo we stayed in was very clean with a nice view. We were told 2 weeks before our vacation that the pool was not open because of the destruction of hurricane Ian. We received this information too late to change condos. The bottom floor was a mess with ply wood walls. I think they had bad contractors - all the places around us were up and running. We will not go back.

We stayed here April 15 to 22. The condo was wonderful. Andy was extremely easy to talk with and very communicative with us. Everything was spotless and very well stocked. My wife and I spent lots of time out on the balcony which is very roomy and private. The view of the beach and ocean from the 15th floor is breathtaking and there are lots of things to do in the area as well as many great restaurants (Check out River City Cafe for a great burger).
I would definitely book again with Andy and highly recommend staying here.

The condo itself was nice. The building was older than we expected and there was a lot of construction on the lower level, pool and deck area, which was somewhat disruptive. We were informed 2 weeks before booking that there would be no pool or deck area due to the hurricane damage last Sept. we may have changed to another location if we had known this more in advance.

The condo was nice but a little outdated. The air conditioning could have been better and the pool was super cold. The hot tub was nice. The view from the room was amazing. Check in was a breeze and location was perfect.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this wonderful condo. Great location, nicely decorated and it had everything we needed. Andrew is an exceptional host checking in to see everything was good on our and if there was anything we needed. Check in and check out was seamless. Condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The building was very well maintained and had Security. The surrounded area is very nice and was close to shopping and Murrells Inlet. Andy, the Manager, was very pleasant to work with and communication was great. We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful Place To Stay
The pictures tell most of the story. We stayed for a month. The amenities (Indoor and out
door Pool, and Hot Tubs.), are well kept and clean. The view from the Balcony is a 190 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The white sand beach stretches as far as You can see. Close to everything.
The inside of the apartments decorations, look like a Home and Garden Picture, but it is extremely Homey Feeling. We will Go Back Again.

Lovely condo, exceptional owner
Very clean and comfortable condo, and you won't find a more attentive host/owner than Andy. He took care to make sure we were satisfied and had a great visit. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (even having soap, detergent, paper products), the comfortable balcony furniture (I get so frustrated with places that have a million-dollar view and $20 chairs), and the overall cleanliness and decor. It was our first time staying this far south at Myrtle, and we loved being close to Garden City pier and Murrell's Inlet. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets as well as sunrises. The beach itself is wonderful -- broad and smooth. An easy drive to Georgetown, too. The Water's Edge building itself is nice and well maintained. All in all it was a great visit that ended far too soon!

Beautiful Location
The property was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The views from the balcony are fantastic! The owner was very communicative throughout the process. It is only a short drive to Huntington Beach State Park which is beautiful and relaxing! Brookgreen Gardens is also a short trip and worth a visit. Restaurants are just a walk up the beach. A great stay at Garden City Beach!

Clean, Convenient, Spectacular View
This condo is perfect for a couple to enjoy a week at the beach. It is clean, comfortable and so close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach!! Sitting on the balcony and watching the sun or moon rise and the waves coming in is so relaxing. Our host contacted us to be sure everything was as it should be. We have already secured our reservation for next year!
