The house was perfect and it is clear the owner has great attention to detail. Everything is there, and is of high quality. Can’t emphasize how nice it is to have every amenity and to feel like the owner is sharing their home with you, and not just like being at a rental with “rental grade” features. We really enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the sunsets and were greeted with a parade of LEOS satellites. So cool to see more than 25 satellites in 10 min. Pool and accommodations were great and the kitchen was really well fitted out. Lovely piece of paradise and we will return!

Was a great week with beautiful weather, caught and saw plenty of fish off of the dock.
Rented a boat for the day and docked it at the property while we refreshed and headed back out to amazing views.

Kitchen well stocked. Would have liked the room with the tub/shower water to be warmer. Showers were a bit cool. Everything else was great.

The house is updated on the inside with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable eating area and living room. The outside space makes the house. The pool and hot tub are perfect and depending where you want to sit, in the sun, or away, there’s a place for you. The kayaks are super easy to take out and you can head to the mangroves to see fish and birds. They also have bikes along with helmets. We had a minor problem with the whirlpool, called the pool maintenance number we were given and someone was there within 30 minutes. There’s 2 benches at the end of the pier to watch the beautiful sunsets. Warning, bring bug spray, the no-seeums love northerners.

This is our second stay at this home. We have rented many homes in Marathon and it’s our favorite. It is the most comfortable home we have rented and has everything we need: a nice heated pool, a dock for fishing, plenty of fish, a huge tv with all kinds of channels including streaming channels, huge living room, fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms, very conveniently located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, close to pickleball and many good restaurants. What else could one want?

Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook like you are at home. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking at a keys vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! Stunning sunsets, beautiful trees and plants. The home was very clean and close to shopping, restaurants and many activities. We enjoyed the pool and kayaking. We will definitely be back!

We loved everything about this property. The dock was a big hit as my family loved to fish. We saw some wonderful creatures and even a manatee from the dock. The property manager was very responsive to an unexpected issue and the situation was taken care of the very next morning. I am checking dates for next year as I would love to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect, well equipped, the layout was great for two couples and offered privacy while providing places to socialize. The view is absolutely stunning! Very private and quiet, the pool and hot tub were fabulous. I can’t say enough about how much we loved this property! It’s located sort of in the middle of the islands which makes day trips easy. PLENTY of good places to take in local food, drinks, and views! We can’t wait to visit again!

This was perfect for my teenage boys and us. My 17 year old is most comfortable to be inside reading but pop out on occasion to enjoy some backyard pool and hammock time while my husband and 14 year old loved the dock for fishing. I’m was happy with all of the above!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect property. The view was amazing. The kayaks, pool and hot tub were used daily. Fishing from the dock resulted in multiple different species caught. We were able to spend the majority of our week in the keys just relaxing at the house. We would definitely consider booking again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this home on the gulf coast! We went kayaking multiple times. There’s a nice launch ramp on the property for the kayaks, and it’s an easy paddle to the mangroves and Rachel Key, which is full of all kinds of birds. The kitchen has many dishes, pots, pans, and appliances and can easily handle an entire family. We also took the bikes over to Seven Mile bridge and out to eat a few times. But most of all, we enjoyed hanging out by the pool and relaxing in all the little spots throughout the property. We had dinner at the table outside every evening and then headed onto the pier to watch the sunset, which was amazing!! This home was like having our own private resort in the Keys, and we’re already planning our next return trip. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

Can’t beat the views and it really had everything we needed for a great week with family. From nightly sunsets off the dock to a quite neighborhood for walking we felt miles away from US 1 but was less than 10 minutes to great food and shopping.

This home was so beautiful. Surrounded by all kinds of tropical plants everywhere. The interior is so cute - beautiful furniture and functional. Kitchen was great and so was everything else. The backyard is AMAZING! You are right on the Gulf of Mexico with a fishing pier with benches to watch the sunrise to the right and the sunset to the left. Plenty of wildlife to see - fish, stingray, dolphin, even a lobster. The rest of the backyard is just wonderful as well. The pool and spa were relaxing and the trickling waterfall just added to the peacefulness. Plenty of different areas to explore, and each was so unique and comfortable. We even had a visitor for just a couple of the days - an iquana came out to bath in the sun each day, and it was just so cool to watch him to. I truly loved this location and will hopefully spend time there again.

We loved everything about this house. The online pictures don’t come close to capturing the beautiful views and landscaping around the property. The house is stocked as well. The 3 bikes, 2 kayaks (one double, one single), fishing rods, and grill all worked great. My daughter had a blast catching many fish off the dock with frozen shrimp. If you take the kayaks out and head north, it’s a pretty short distance to a very calm and peaceful area of mangrove trees. The location is within easy biking distance (a few miles) of a number of restaurants and bars with live music, ice cream and gift shops, Publix, and Sombrero Beach. There is a nice walking/biking path that runs along route 1. Would absolutely stay here again.

The house is better than pictured and couldn't have a more beautiful and private landscaped lawn. This is our second time visiting and it was just as nice as we remembered it. The house is incredibly well prepared for renters with lots of thoughtful details. It is impeccably clean and cozy. We loved the privacy in the back yard and the lit dock to enjoy at night for fishing.
Both the owners and the property managers are responsive and helpful as needed.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. It was like our own private resort. Couldn’t have asked for better. The only problem was having to go home, especially to the snow that was forecasted at home. Thanks for a great time.

One of the best vacations yet!! Perfect location! House was amazing and had everything we needed!! Boys caught lots of fish! We even had a manatee visit us while we were on the dock! We will def be back. Thank you so much!!

This VRBO was exactly what we expected and so much more! It is nestled among breathtaking foliage that gave us a feeling of total privacy. There are really no adequate words that express how perfect is was. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. Every pan, pot, silverware, dishes...you name it. Whenever we went to look for something (even duct tape for a project) we found it. It truly was a home away from home and provided the rest and relaxation our family needed. Planning on coming back for sure!

Perfect setting!
Beautiful home in the perfect setting. Our kids loved fishing off the dock. They caught snapper, barracuda, puffer and parrot fish to name a few. The bench on the dock is a wonderful addition. We saw all kinds of marine life including a manatee and sting rays. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and watching the sunset. Very quiet neighborhood. Other than the pool cleaner we didn’t see anyone!

Even Better than the Pictures
The property was very clean and appeared to be in a good neighborhood. This was as expected based on the pictures and map location. What was the most pleasant surprise was how great everything was in person. The house itself and its vibe were very cool. The pool, fishing on the dock and the sunsets however must be experienced in person to truly appreciate how good they are. My family and I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again!
