A truly private, quiet on the beach, lush setting with excellent surfing and swimming and with great restaurants and cafes next door. Wifi was perfect! We would love to come back!

The owner and property manager were pleasant and easy to communicate with. We loved preparing our morning tea and breakfast in the outdoor kitchen. The beach felt secluded yet it was a short walk to town for all the necessities and great local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Beautiful little bungalow just a short walk to the beach (3min or so). It has a comfy bed and the outdoor shower is great. The outdoor kitchen is next door and is pretty well stocked with pots and pans to do some cooking and there is a supermarket down the road. We were here during rainy season so we had to spend a lot of time in doors - wished there was a couch inside the bungalow. Also we aware of the roads!

Fantastic little bungalow with an outdoor bathroom. Far enough away from the heavily populated areas that you avoid the major crowds, and Rocamar right next door is the best beach cafe on the strip.

Was exactly what we were looking for. Close to town with privacy we cherish. Be prepared for wildlife in outdoor shower. We will definitely stay there again! Beautiful place, thanks!

A driveway barely noticeable but easy to find leads to your own private oasis with every kind of fruit tree, cashew tree unreal we stayed in the south villa a honeymoon feel steps to beach perfect The owners were there on holiday and were amazing people. Their staff is fantastic! We will be back!

I booked the bungalow for two weeks and then extended for another. And I would have extended for another and another after that if it had been available. This was simply the most magical vacation rental I’ve ever had. I was at such peace with daily walks on the beach, my outdoor showers, home-cooked meals in the outdoor kitchen, and plenty of star-gazing at night. The property is beautifully landscaped, the staff are incredibly helpful, and the iguanas make you feel like you’re surrounded by nature, even though the heart of Santa Teresa is just a short bike ride away. I would come back here time and time again without hesitation.

Property - private, jungle escape. Hacienda - luxurious, beautifully designed, bed was so comfortable, loved the hammock. The outdoor shower is the best I have ever seen! Kitchen - we didn't use it, but it had everything you would need to have a very fun dinner party. Location - very close to cafe social (I had breakfast here 3x), and rocamar (great for lunch and cocktails). Recommend getting a quad for traveling to Santa Teresa for dinner but taxi's are very easy to get as well. Amazing restaurants are ~10 min away via transport. Safety - although the property is close to the beach, I felt same the entire time. They also have security patrolman from 6pm to 6am which made me feel very comfortable since I stayed by myself for a few night. Property manager was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We have traveled the globe extensively and with out even a shadow of a doubt this bungalow has been our favorite spot. It’s the kind of location that makes you giddy upon arrival and keeps the smile on your face the entire stay. The beach is seconds from you’re door! Adriana answered all of our questions with great detail and booked all of our local travel needs (taxis/atv) promptly and cheerfully. My partner is a chef and made a dinner for 10 with ease in the groovy outdoor kitchen. The best banana bread in our galaxy is right next door at café social and in my opinion some of the best food in the area just 20 steps down the sand at Rocamar. The property was on the located at the north end of sta Teresa beach on beautiful and peaceful lot full of trees. The outdoor shower was invigorating and delightfull. The entrance is a little tricky. the property manager Adriana is very helpful and accommodating. The little beach restaurant next door is out of this world and one of the best food we have ever eaten. The beach is a great surfing spot. We loved everything about the place.

The place is stunning, clean, huge, right on the beach with your own private walkway. Directly beside a fantastic restaurant and a coffee shop. It felt like home and we were sad to leave. The bathroom was unique and outside- I LOVED IT. The owners were fast with communication and Adrianna, the property manager, was sweet, thoughtful and reliable! We definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Only one bedroom though so not suitable for larger families.

My partner and I had an amazing ing time staying here and getting married on the beach in front of Los Almendros. Hanit was so attentive to every need we had, connecting us with locals to make our trip smooth, gracious and warm. My partner and I would highly recommend staying here!

I can't say enough great things about our time at Los Almendros. For starters, Adriana was such a lovely host. She showed us around and was available for any questions/recommendations throughout our stay.  The bungalows themselves are just as pictured, everything we could have hoped for. It's so peaceful on the property, and just a short path down to the most amazing beach front to spend the day.  Wisdom from the locals head down the beach a bit, away from the rocks if you aren't an avid surfer and just want some time in the ocean. Loved the hammocks hanging in the path to the beach, catch some shade and relax after a long day in the sun. Highly suggest taking advantage of the outdoor kitchen if you like to cook, such a great set up and great way to get as much time on the beautiful property, which while peaceful, the Iguana and bird life there is spectacular to witness.  Be sure to make it back onto the beach since you're already in the best location to take in the stunning sunsets. We had such a great experience and can't wait to get back here.

We had an amazing stay at los almendros II - located just far enough from the busy section of town that it felt like we had the beach all to ourselves at times, yet just a quick ATV ride to everywhere we wanted to go. Walking was doable as well, but we enjoyed zipping around town on an ATV. Adriana, the property manager was wonderful! She arranged for beachfront massages for my boyfriend and I on the property. Our only disappointment was that we wished we had booked the place for longer. We didn't have time to fully enjoy the shared kitchen space since we were only there for 2 nights. We would definitely return and discussed how nice it would be to return with friends and rent out the other home on the property to have nice relaxing evenings taking advantage of the entire property to ourselves. My partner and I, along with another couple, stayed at the beautiful Almendros the week of 2/3. I loved everything about this location. The proximity to town and the beach made getting around very easy. We loved our outdoor kitchen and enjoyed breakfast there daily. At night we slept with only the screen doors so that we could enjoy the sound of the waves. I would highly recommend this property. Adriana helped us with everything we needed. Our week could not have gone any smoother or been more enjoyable!

My husband and I spent two weeks at this lovely bungalow. Every morning we enjoyed the warm ocean. Every evening we watched the sun set through colorful clouds. We read books, rocked in the hammocks, enjoyed watching the playful wildlife and marveled at the beauty of nature. The property is very clean and well maintained. Adreana was terrific - personable, responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend a stay here.

Our stay here was perfect! Hanit met us in town and we followed her to our place. Her and Adriana were super nice and informative about everything we needed to know about Santa Teresa and all the things there were to do. It was very helpful cuz I’m handicapped and walk with one crutch. Set up zip lining for us which was so awesome at Malpais Zipline. We had our place all to ourselves as the other unit was not occupied at the time cuz of it being the rainy season (although it only sprinkled twice the week we were there) 🤙�🏼� We had so many howler monkeys 🐒� in the trees above us, 30 passed thru one day! Very cool iguanas, 🦎� squirrels, hummingbirds ad butterflies. Adriana kept in touch with us the whole time as well. The big outdoor kitchen was great too cuz we made breakfast every morning and dinner a few times too. The best beach is right out front with a big reef to the right to explore at low tide and a long sandy beach to the left to swim and surf 🏄�. My girlfriend and I rented an ATV for $50 (24 hrs) and drove the amazing backroad thru small rivers and beautiful scenery to Montezuma Where we hiked all the way up to the most amazing waterfall with super deep pool. You can even climb up behind the waterfall and jump through it. Best adventure of our whole trip! But relaxing on our hammock at our room was also so great, hearing nothing but the waves and all the different bird sounds was perfect. Our room was awesome as well, the big king size bed, ceiling fan, internet, AC unit (Which we never had to turn on btw) small fridge, coffee maker ☕️, big open doors and windows to the outside, comfy couch, and best of all the outdoor private shower with hot water 💦� there’s also a nice shower by our porch for rinsing off the saltwater. We loved the total privacy we had in our room and porch! Be prepared for the bumpy roads in the area. 4X4 is best or just an ATV will work fine. I think they fix them up for the busy season tho. There are great beaches to be found if you explore! And if u luv dogs like us, they are literally everywhere! All friendly and in good shape, not like Mexico lol. This beach cabina was the perfect place to relax while enjoying the lively Santa Teresa and the gorgous beach just minutes from our private hammock. The room had an opulant king size bed and tiled outdoor shower inside! Air conditioning added extra confort for humid days and the shower always had hot water. There is a shared kitchen space with one other cabina which was a lovely bonus. Walking distance from cafes and other fun shops. Our host was very attentive and helpful.
