Vi auguriamo delle bellissime vacanze nel nostro condominio con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno. Questa unità si trova nel sud di Kihei di fronte al parco della baia, Charley Young Beach, Kamaole 1,2 e 3, classificata come una delle migliori spiagge a Maui. Puoi tranquillamente nuotare, fare surf, fare snorkeling, pic-nic, camminare, fare jogging, giocare a tennis e divertirti guardando un drammatico tramonto sull'oceano. Inoltre situato a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi, mercati, cinema e divertimenti.
Il nostro condominio può ospitare da due a tre adulti con un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Il Lanai privato si affaccia sui giardini tropicali. la parte anteriore del condominio dà accesso a un cortile pieno di piante e fiori hawaiani con una piscina nel mezzo. Barbecue a gas si trovano vicino alla piscina.
Questo condominio fornisce anche aria condizionata con la nuova unità AC 12000 BTU installata il 31/05/16.

very nice everything was great. the only thing is the pictures made it look like it was first floor. being disabled the stairs were almost a deal breaker. Had to plan things for going in and out only once per day. so as to be able to make it up the stairs. this is something that should be stated right away. didnt get the room nub until july making every thing more expensive and less options. thank god the owner said if I had to he would let me out of the agreement and I told him I would try and figure it out . was happy I was able to do it karen and everyone were wonderful and excellent with offering help.. would rent again if they had a first floor. so anyone that has good leggs this is a excellent condo. price and location and people running it.

This is by far the best place we stayed in for the whole 20 days (and 4 islands) in Hawaii. Personal parking place, nice location, huuge apartment. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed at this condo for 15 nights in Feb. 2024. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal, about a half block off of South Kihei Road so we found it nice and quiet. There are so many places within walking distance - beautiful Charley Young/Kam 1 Beach, ABC Store, Foodland and many restaurants. The lanai is lovely and very private, with a lush/green view, and you can see the West Maui Mountains. You get some lovely afternoon sun as well. We found the bed to be very comfortable and there was plenty of room in the closet and dresser drawers to completely unpack. The kitchen is small but functional and had a nice supply of non-perishables. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and big beach towels. The pool is great and there was always lounge chairs available. The laundry room (near BBQ area and pool) also came in handy. You can either download an app or use quarters. This condo is on 2nd floor and we had no trouble using the stairs (there are no elevators at this building). The owner is very responsive if you have any questions or problems. We would definitely stay here again!

If you are a single or couple with plans to be out and around Maui during the day, then this cozy, clean condo is great. It has lanai and kitchen window exposure to the breezes coming off the ocean a few hundred feet away, and the air conditioner cools it down well in just a short time. But the bedroom window faces the interior second-floor access walkway and the courtyard pool, so there was more noise and less privacy than one would dream of for their bedroom. The kitchen was immaculate and perfectly-stocked for cooking breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A grocery store is less than a half-mile away; a surf shop with lessons and rentals, and many enticing restaurants and bars are even closer. If your vacation plans are to hang out to catch rays and views, surf and body surf easy waves, read and write, and sip cocktails, then skip the rental car. If you want to get out and around, Kihei is an excellent base camp. The host provided two beach chairs and a beach umbrella, along with a beach mat. All came in handy for day trips to beaches around the island. I would gladly stay here again.

The perfect 1 br escape for my man and me! The apartment complex is just a few blocks from the beach and so many things within walking distance. This was a great 'base' for our Maui adventures. Would definitely stay again if/when we come back!

This condo was super clean, great location off of the main South Kihei road (so didn't hear the traffic) but super close to Charley Young beach where there is great snorkelling, in particular at the south end, we saw so many turtles there! The host was very responsive with communication, and overall the condo was great. We did cook a few meals in the condo, everything you'd need was available, and we used the BBQ a couple of evenings as well; we didn't use the pool but the pool area looked very inviting, in particular for kiddos. Bed was comfortable, both bed and bath towels available, really everything we needed was there (with the exception of a beach cooler, we ended up buying one and bringing it home with us, and no boogie boards either, so I predict the owner will update his listing accordingly). Overall highly recommend!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and bed was comfortable. We took advantage of the beach chairs almost every day. Check in was a breeze and we could not have asked for a better stay. Very affordable for the time of year too. Thank you!

Our condo was close to the beach, equipped with all that is needed (for kitchen, bath, beach trips, bed linens, flash light, lighter, threads for sewing etc.). Washer & Dryer available in ground floor. Power outage for half an hour one morning. We could still prepare coffee & breakfast as our unit had a gas stove. Upon arrival, we were not able to unlock the lock box to access the keys, we called the manager on the phone number provided. Pat Kean came immediately to help us out even though it was around 8:00pm. Lovely food trucks at walking distance. We did not use the BBQ or the pool areas as we were busy with tours. Good job guys! Thank you!

Good location. The appartement is big with a full furnished kitchen (but the ustensiles need some refreshing).
The bedroom is nice with a dressroom, but the windows do not isolate enough.
Overall, it’s great for few days.

We walked in and saw my artwork that I created over 18 years ago when I lived on Maui on the wall over the sofa. What a fun coincidence! Guess it was meant to be. The Maui magic had just begun. We had a great stay and the condo had everything we needed. Great, convenient location too. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything needed to spend time at the beach - chairs, towels, mats, slippers etc. Kitchen was well stocked as well and yhe location is unbeatable. Every Maui attraction was within 30 mts drive from the condo. 4 of us were able to comfortably sleep in the beds. and the balcony view facing the mountains and ocean was gorgeous. Will defenitely stay here again.

The property is located in Kihei and is walking distance to many shops, restaurant and beaches. The pool is pretty well maintained. The room although presentable, needs upgrades on appliances and furnitures.

Owner didn't tell us anything ahead of time. I reached out to the owner about the oven, as I couldn't turn it on (we needed to cook the meat we bought), but unfortunately he didn't reply. Just an FYI, the stove is the old kind, where the pilot needs to be lit manually.
Other than the issue with communication, we really enjoyed our stay.
