Check in process was simple. The property manager was available the day of with short notice to help resolve check in questions. The complex is clean and centrally located in Kihei with walkable beaches and restaurants. The room was larger than expected and the unit would be very comfortable for an extended stay with a full kitchen and washer/dryer.

This isn't specific to this condo, but Maui is a pricey destination and it's difficult to book a budget vacation in Hawaii. With today's prices it's very reasonable to consider alternative tropical destinations. Pricing could be more transparent (fees, taxes, cleaning, etc.) but again, that isn't specific to this unit.

Mornings got loud immediately at 8am. Dumpsters being moved. Didn’t like the windows, can hear everything. Woken by loudness- people, dumpsters, and rain

It was very quiet and safe and made my first trip to Maui a great one.

the unit wasn’t fully ready and and clean at the check in time. we also got the location mixed up, as it was very confusing.

This property was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Very well prepared.

The lanai wasn’t gated for each individual apartment on the ground floor.

run down place. looks completely different than advertised on the pictures. value for money is terrible. way overpriced. we can not recommend this apartment at all. last but not least the owner tried to bribe us with 100$ for a 10 star rating. no wonder why this place is rated good
