Great location for the beaches and the rest of the island. Nice to have chairs and umbrella for beach life. Easy parking.

The place was a little dated, but was comfortable, and had all the necessities.

The room was great; clean and in the back of the property. Staff was communicative and accommodating of our late check in. Location couldnt be better in Kihei right across from the prime time beach and down the road to all local eateries.

The Rooster crowing at the early morning hours was a nuisance but you cant control nature!

Perfect location being close to the bars and restaurants, get the Maui happy hour app which shows you the deals on in each town, perfect for walking to and enjoying the deals Short walk to the beach which has the most gorgeous sunset Loved the beach cupboard which had bodyboards, beach chairs and snorkels to use which came in really handy during our stay

Didn’t receive communication prior to arriving on how to get into the property or what number it was and the security guard had no information about us arriving so spent a while trying to contact the owner, not easy when your phone doesn’t work abroad, luckily the security guard was really helpful and let us use his phone. The bedroom window could be changed to prevent the noise from both birds in the morning and other guests walking past talking loudly, rather woke us until on a number of occasions The sofa is very uncomfortable, as we were feeling under the weather we came back and sat to chill in the lounge but it wasn’t very comfortable Host offered $50 money back to give a 10/10 which then doesn’t give a true reflection of the property to other guests.

the apartment is amazing, well equipped - big kitchen for cooking with everything you need and even more, amazing balcony with green view, super clean and comfort. the location is great, just cross the street to get to amazing beach with best sunset!

Good place to visit everything around. Our appartement Was very clean and we found everything to have à wonderfull expérience in Maui Even for the beach you Will found all that you need (chair, umbrella, etc...).

Location and walkability to town and beach.

1. Address for the condo on Booking.com was incorrect, so when we got there, it appeared we weren't going to have a place to stay. 2. Voice mailboxes were full for both property manager and housekeeping so couldn't leave messages when figured out the address was wrong. 3. Finally got message from property manager after calling Booking.com and got code and other pertinent info that we should've received prior to our trip. 4. Upon arrival, no garbage can liners, couldn't find bath towels (they were in the dryer still) and side of fridge by toaster was filthy. 5. The 'garden view' I chose was just a dirty patio looking out to a few shrubs and a maintenance shack for the adjacent property. 6. Lighting in bedroom, switch on right side functional, switch on left not. Many of the wall light switches didn't turn on anything so was confusing. Light in bathroom vanity ot. Anyway, we are low maintenance people and would never normally complain but wow, for what we paid?? Wow, this info needs to be sent to the owners so folks know not to pay that price. Could've stayed somewhere MUCH nicer for the same price. Sorry! But we do love Booking.com....have always had good experiences with y'all :)

Perfect and cozy seaside retreat that met all of our needs. when something went wrong they were quick to fix it and they were very personable and helpful. couldn’t recommend enough

The low key atmosphere of Kihei and the beach across the street from us is great. The staff was very nice and assisted us whenever we needed help. Easy keyless access was suoer convenient. The washer and dryer and the dishwisher in the condo were pleasantly surprised. They definitely helped especially when we went to the beach everyday (very easy access). The condo also came with a full functioning kitchen, beach chair, boogie board, snorkeling equipment and lots of beach towels. We love our stay at Maui Vista!

We would have loved the be right on the beach and more chilled. We would have liked a two bedroom and two bath condo. Overall, the size of a one bedroom one bath is a little small for our family of four.

everything! it is conveniently located right on the beach, and right next to a large number of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The apartment has everything you’d need for a stay and it lacked nothing.

It was in Kihei and was able to spend quality time with my family. amazing view, within walking distance, to shopping. and most inportantly close to the beach.

Great location with lots of amenities. So nice to just walk out the door and be at a premiere beach. Extremely well build units were very quiet, never heard next door or upstairs neighbors. Amazing place for couples or small family. Would definitely recommend.
