Incredibile appartamento all'ultimo piano con due camere da letto, due bagni in una delle migliori proprietà di West Maui. Ampia, ampia vista di Molokai e lanai in questo storditore completamente ristrutturato! We spent 8 magical nights in this gorgeous penthouse! The unit is appointed with beautiful furnishings and has everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The views from the very large balcony were tremendous! We were blessed with rainbows, sunsets, stargazing, bat rays, and daily visits of sea turtles. Everyone was kind and helpful. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Holy cow, this place was perfect. Sometimes it’s a gamble with picking a spot online, the pictures can be deceiving, bad location, etc.
But this place was PERFECT. Our view from the balcony was amazing…as well as any window you looked out of.
Location was great, we felt safe and it was quick access to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, etc.
Communication with the owners was great. Check in process (and check out) was easy and convenient.
Definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And easy access to the beach.
This was by far, one of our best VRBO experiences. Plus you are in Maui, which is hard to beat! Can’t wait to come and visit again.

We have stayed at the Mahana before and love the location. It is a perfect spot in March to watch the whales and surfers. The complex is clean and well maintained. The KBM team is very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions.

View view view!!! It exceeded our expectations!!! It felt so magic and unbelievable The communication with the property manager was very easy and smooth. We needed a new baby crib and it was brought to us almost right away no question asked. We would definitely come back!

Stunning Views, Lots to Do Nearby
Saw roughly 15 whales, a sea turtle and a seal all on our first day (April 11)!! This view is way better than we could have imagined. Location is excellent, walking distance from local grocery stores, snorkeling, and swimmable beaches. Pool was so well kept! Hope to come back at some point!

Twin Falls hike, swimming in the water under fall.
Whale watching seeing 4 breaching whales. Snorkeling lots of beautiful fish & we saw the turtle. The aquarium well worth it! Watch 15 min movie at the end-

Beautiful location with a few issues
This property is perfect for whale watching and access to the Lahaina area. Beautifully decorated. Only concerns….wifi was horrible. Very slow and came disconnected on most devices often. Also the fridge had a very loud squeal every time the door opened or closed and in between. They said there was a part in order, but it would wake yo up at night. Once those 2 issues are fixed, we would rate it a 5 across the board.

My family & I recently spent 9 nights here & enjoyed our time. We are a family of 6 & were very comfortable. The building didn’t seem to be fully rented, because of construction being done on areas of the property. This had perks of quick elevators & the pool & beach areas were never crowded. We were never disrupted by the construction. We could see signs of it going on but didn’t hear much noise from it in this unit. The views do not get any better!!! I would highly recommend this unit unless water park pools are important to families.

good apt with wonderful ocean views. poor maintenance
Many problems. Internet consistently did not work. The electric shade was broken and not fixed for a week. The sink in MBR does not drain well. In spite of numerous complaints did not fix. The front desk takes no responsibility.

Excellent stay
This condominium has to have the best view on the island. It is stunning and so fun to watch the whales and turtles. The condominium is lovely as well and very well appointed. We had an extremely comfortable and wonderful stay and hands down recommend this property. The overall property is beautiful and clean with a nice pool, hot tub and tennis courts. All staff that we interacted with were cheerful, polite and helpful.

Amazing view. Just like the pictures. If there is a drawback it would be the lack of a resort-like pool and amenities but a quick walk to the property next door takes care of that issue.

First rate accommodations
Very nice unit in excellent condition with phenomenal views from the 12th top floor. There is very little beach area, so just realize this when you rent this place. There are nice beach areas very close by, although it helps to have a car.

Great experience using KBM Resorts
Great experience using KBM. We had an amazing 2 bedroom condo at Aston Mahana on the top floor. The views were incredible and the condo was stunning. Took advantage of their free car rental program but upgraded to a jeep. We had superior accommodations for substantially less money than the neighboring resorts. Highly recommend.

Top notch vacation and everything exceeded my expectations!
Amazing vacation and I'm super impressed with the experience with KBM Resorts. From the rental car that was included, to the ease of checking in, everything was perfect. After our first night, my husband and I really wanted a few more pillows and I left a message with KBM but since this isn't a hotel, I really didn't expect this request to be fulfilled. But within a few hours, more pillows arrived. We stayed at Mahana 1211 and loved this unit. Breathtaking ocean views, nice furnishings, very well stocked and extremely clean! The location is perfect with the grocery store across the street and restaurants everywhere! The pool is smaller but we don't mind that. It's relatively quiet and that's what we prefer. Overall, this has been a top notch vacation and everything exceeded my expectations! Thank you KBM Hawaii! I will return and plan to rent from you again!

Lovely vistas from the beautiful 12th floor Condo! Plenty of room for a large family and everything you could want is included beach toys, towels, beach chairs and more! The rental car is a nice perk as Maui is really not walkable. You won’t be sorry you stayed here!

What a lovely week! The Mahana is as beautiful as the pictures and very well located on the beach. The activities desk was very helpful in planning our outings. You can't go wrong choosing this beautiful resort.

Highest quality
The pictures on VRBO were accurate (luxurious, great view), but what the pictures could not convey was the high build quality of the condo and its furnishings. There were no corners cut in items that were easily visible or aspects that were somewhat hidden, such as the hardwood kitchen drawers with dovetailed joints. The price/night may be high, but the overall experience was worth it to me.
The only suggestion I have for improving the experience would be to have the kitchen knives sharpened.

Exceptional Property
This property is unbelievable. It has everything one needs on vacation. It comes stocked with all the necessities and it is immaculately decorated. The views from the lanai are incredible. We saw whales, porpoises and sea turtles not to mention the beautiful sunsets. A six star property!

Most Relaxing View on Maui
The Mahana is our favorite place to stay on Maui because of its low-key vibe and proximity to the water, and this is the most beautiful view in the place. The “double lanai” configuration and the top floor location makes this ideal for hanging out rain or shine watching the whales/turtles in the ocean below and listening to the waves. The condo is recently updated and beautiful inside. Each room has a king bed with comfortable mattress for a good night’s sleep and its own large bath and plenty of closet space. Family room has nice tv, comfortable couch, good wi-fi (unsecured), table for 6. Kitchen is open to the view (who doesn’t love making breakfast while whale-watching?!) and equipped w/ basics. Condo comes w/ beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels, sand toys, cooler. Door has a code for easy access, and rental agency is super easy to work with—we’ve used them before. As for the Mahana—you have access to grills for cooking out, a concierge to help with booking excursions/making recommendations if you want, a 24/7 staffed desk, a staff that is constantly cleaning the common spaces, easy parking in front, a pool/hot tub/shuffleboard court all within steps of the ocean and full-view of the waves/sunsets. You are right at the end of the Beach Walk path (great for a run or daily walk, it goes about 3.5 miles up the shore). No onsite restaurant, but you are just a minute’s walk to Duke’s restaurant/bar and other places affiliated with hotels along the beach; grocery store is a few minutes walk/a one-minute drive. You can ALWAYS get a chair on the lawn or pool. This is not one of those places where you have to race down at the crack of dawn and plop your stuff somewhere then move it every two hours to ensure a seat. Guests and owners alike are friendly and casual—a combination of families and couples. The place is quiet and peaceful and lovely. The best recommendation I can give is that I already booked this same condo for next year which was the only way I could make myself leave! It is BEAUTIFUL. We can’t wait to go back.
