Our family had a wonderful weekend, with plenty of space for everyone. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room and living room allowed us all to hang out together, even when I was cooking. We enjoyed the hot tub, foosball, and darts, as well as hiking and playing some golf nearby. We would definitely consider renting this clean, beautiful home again!

Property was very clean and well maintained. Fire pit area was absolutely gorgeous but we were unable to use due to rain. Had everything we needed there as far as cooking utensils went. Very pleased, would definitely stay again

This property was EXACTLY what we were hoping for for our extended weekend with family. It was so spacious for all of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The new fireplace/patio looked like it was out of a magazine. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could think of using. The cabin itself was gorgeous inside and out and so well furnished in all three floors. The owners really thought of everything to have here. We were constantly complimenting the place all weekend. Clinton was amazing to coordinate with- so responsive and accommodating. We LOVED every minute being there, and will absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Right down the road from the resort. We had a great time. Hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean, the hot tub was great, and the layout for our family perfectly. The amenities with the house were great as well. We would def book here again.

Private but super close to skiing. Hot tub. Amazing living room. We loved it. We were looking forward to the pizza oven outside but it looked like the weather made it fall apart. Check with owner on whether you have paid the linen fee. We we're confused on that. Other than that, it was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The wrap around deck and backyard are great outdoor spaces. The house is very clean and has everything needed for a relaxing visit.

9 family members spent a delightful weekend at this house. Layout worked very well for 3 families, hot tub was very clean & hot! There was everything you could need available.

Everything was perfect, just as should be with all the amenities. Nice private location within range of all the Laurel Hill and Seven Springs area has to offer. Plus, it is just over an hour from Pittsburgh and all the museums, etc. The downstairs game room and twin bunk area was perfect for the teens and pre-teens in our group. The other four queen bedrooms were very nicely appointed. The lodge had welcome signs everywhere. Couldn’t be nicer. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at the property and it exceeded all expectations. The kitchen and baths were lovely and higher end finishing. We had everything we needed. Campfire and hot tub were awesome. Tons of space. Loved this property and would rent again.

We had a wonderful weekend at Clinton’s house. It was beautiful and clean, the kids loved it and were sad to leave. Perfect for a family getaway. The market about ten min down the road had everything we needed for meals which was really convienent. Clinton was a wonderful host. Thank you!

Clinton was easy to work with and very responsive. We had a hiccup with the linens and towels when we first checked in, but that was quickly addressed. Overall the property was clean and kitchen was well appointed. It was nice being able to hike and access the trails without having to drive/leave the house. The only bummer was not being able to use the hot tub due to some chemical issues and the water being cloudy. We made the best of it and will definitely be back again later this year.

Great and convenient property to the slopes. Enjoyed the local trails just down the hill from the house. Highly recommend the property!

Great place for family getaway. Less than two miles from the north entrance of Seven Springs makes it easy to be the first one on the slopes! The property owner was very easy to get in touch with. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I love that it is pet friendly! We were able to bring the dogs along which was so fun. They even went to seven springs for a little to hang out in the sun by the foggy goggle! Great four day trip! We will definitely book again!

My mom couldn't stop saying "this is the best rental we've ever had!" - it was perfect for our group of 9. Location to Seven Springs was perfect . The kitchen, fireplace, and bedrooms came well stocked. Hot tub was phenomenal, and the host was responsive. Aside from some minor details, the place was incredible. We will DEFINTIELY rent again from Clinton! Thank you!!!

We booked our trip to Clinton's cabin with the hope of getting 2 solid ski days in. Turns out we were able to ski 4 days and spend the rest of our time relaxing at the cabin. Seven Springs Resort is less than 10 minutes away, State Park hiking trails right behind the property and multiple other activities for outdoor fun. We had everything we needed upon arrival for our stay. For items left behind, there are two "mom & pop" style grocers within 15 minutes. The downstairs rec room w/ separate bunkbed room was perfect for our family - esp for our boys to spend time playing. The family room/kitchen had a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace that heated up the main level and upstairs very nicely. Washer/dryer was a huge plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn't get to use the outdoor firepit or pizza oven, but could easily see ourselves spending nights by the campfire in the warmer months. Clinton was easily reached and responsive to our inquiries. Overall, excellent trip, great property. Looking forward to future stays.

Loved our stay at the cabin. We enjoyed Christmas and the host even had a Christmas tree already set up.

Had a fabulous long weekend! Great house, lots of amenities, and responsive host! Enjoyed being able to take our golden retrievers along and adventure onto the nearby trails. Would stay here again!

We cannot say enough great things about this cabin! It was the perfect place to celebrate my boyfriends 30th birthday and escape busy life. Clinton was very accommodating and the cabin had so much to offer! We will definitely be rebooking in the future!

This cabin was the perfect setting for my husband's 30th birthday celebration! The open concept of the living area and the set up of the bedrooms made for a very comfortable stay. The beds are high quality and very comfortable as well. We loved having a fireplace in the living area, and the kitchen was stocked very nicely. I highly recommend this place!

Stayed here with my family for a birthday getaway and it was great! The place wasn’t cluttered and had just enough amenities to feel like you’re at home. Prompt communication with the owner and very professional. My kids loved it so much that they asked if we could buy the place! So if you’re ever in the business of selling we’ll gladly take it off your hand Clinton 🙂

There was plenty of room to cook and enjoy each other's company. The town was really nice and we enjoyed visiting the Western Store.

We spent a perfect fall weekend at this rental and had an amazing time. The house was perfect for our multi-generational group. Especially loved the basement level for the kids and the outdoor space! We gave the pizza oven a try and that was super fun (albeit time consuming). Great WiFi enabled us to project the Penn State whiteout game and watch while sitting by the fire for hours. Really quick response from homeowner as well. Overall great!
