The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed and was in a great location in town.

The property itself was exactly as pictured and was in the perfect location as we love being on the side of town closer to the Ute trailhead. Property management team was easy to get ahold of for check in/out instructions but otherwise we didn’t need to bother them. Stayed here with our 10 month old and the only tricky thing was all the stairs since the condo is on the 3rd floor. We would stay here again!

Close to all restaurants, shopping and hiking. Management was very responsive and the property was exactly as represented.

This place is in the best spot. Walk to grocery store, e-bike rentals, park for the dog is right across the street, and close to main restaurant area. Great view as well.

We loved our stay and location of the condo. Only thing is to plan accordingly for key pickup at an off-sight location. However, convenient to Aspen airport. Everything was clean, kitchen was stocked with essentials but nothing extra. This was fine for us, as we ate out most meals. Parking in the alley can be a challenge, but the management group can register your vehicle with the city , allowing for other nearby residential streets. Overall, would love to rent again.

This property is very aged, and has no air-conditioning. It is not the property that VRBO originally had me listed for.

#1 The team for this property made everything soooo easy! I am sooo grateful for them. #2 The condo is in the PERFECT Aspen location! It is next to the W hotel, 1 block away from Lil Nell, across the street from City Market and an easy walk to everything else in town. Multiple parking options. But be advised the garage is a tight fit if you choose to park in it. Another favorite thing about CC #15 condo, is it has amazing light and lights! During the day it has perfect natural light, and at night, it has plenty of lighting to make it feel nice and bright! The sun comes in the master bedroom window and is a nice wake up call! All of the windows have built in shades and most of them open to provide fresh Aspen air at night! Mirrors everywhere make it feel larger than it is and makes it the perfect condo for a “girls getaway” - you know we need allll the spots to get ready 😉 (We were there for work during Aspen Food and Wine 2021 so the space was perfect for myself and 2 female coworkers, who shared the 2nd room). An open concept living/ dining/ kitchen area gave ample room to have a nice dinner with friends. The kitchen has the basics and was easy to find things. Dishwasher and big fridge are nice to have. The bathrooms were a tad small, but that didn’t bother us with all the extra “getting ready” spaces provided. Some Molton Brown products provided! ☺️ Very good water pressure in showers. There is a ton of closet/ storage space all over the condo which made it easy to tuck things away to keep things nice and tidy. Condo has carpet and I was a bit worried about that but there are some runners to protect the high traffic areas. WiFi works great! Hot tub - although we didn’t use it, was exceptionally clean! (10pm curfew on it though, I think. Out of respect to other residents, we totally understand the hot tub curfew. 😉) Condo is on third floor so be prepared if you have luggage etc. Neighbors were super welcoming as well. A nice bottle of wine goes a long way. ☺️ Overall I was EXTREMELY HAPPY with my stay at Chateau Chaumont #15 and would stay here again! Thank you McCartney Properties for your hospitality and making my visit much easier than it could have been!

Everything about the home, the location, and the view was beautiful. We were more disappointed that we couldn’t stay longer. The home had everything we needed and was just the perfect amount of coziness. Will definitely return!

I spent the month working remotely from the condo and enjoying everything aspen has to offer… Lots of hiking, eating out, shopping, seeing friends, and fly fishing. The only thing negative was having to leave at the end of the month… It was absolutely perfect in every way. This property is perfectly located, close to everything, great neighbors, beautiful lighting, comfy beds, perfect kitchen, and gorgeous view!

This house was perfect for our weekend get away. Great location convenient to shopping and food, easy to get to shuttles to get to the mountains, and overall a great feel!

Really clean, excellent location, nicely kept with good kitchen & furnishings. Parking a nuisance but it's really hard to find parking in Aspen. Because it's such an excellent location, once we found parking we didn't move the car for 5 days. Bus transportation to Snowmass and Aspen Highlands was good. Aspen gondola is only a 5min walk from condo. Would definitely stay here again. Only one inconvenience, both bedrooms could use curtains as a little too much night light cones in through the shutter blinds. Other than that excellent stay.
