Perfect

This is our second time staying at this amazing property up in the Hollywood hills. From start to finish, the experience was perfect. Walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl. Beautifully decorated, equipped with all the essentials, and fantastic views of the city. The owner is amazing to work with and very responsive. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in town.

Our stay at this hilltop retreat in Los Angeles was truly unforgettable! The house is perched high in the hills, offering breathtaking views of the cityscape and surrounding nature. Every morning, we were greeted by stunning sunrises, and evenings were spent enjoying the mesmerizing city lights. The house itself is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our group to spread out and relax. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities we could possibly need. From the large, kitchen to the cozy living areas and outdoor spaces, everything was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. What truly set this stay apart were the owners. They were exceptionally knowledgeable about the area, offering great recommendations for local dining, hiking trails, and hidden gems. Their hospitality went above and beyond our expectations; they were always available to assist with any questions or needs, making us feel right at home. In summary, this hilltop retreat in Los Angeles is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. Very nice property and excellent hosts. House was well equipped and very clean. The location was better than we even expected. Came to LA for general visit and show at the Hollywood Bowl. Turned out we could walk to show! Super convenient and relaxing. Would definatey rent again.

Incredible views of the city. Bedrooms are nice. The hot tub is a huge plus. The owners are very polite, friendly, and helpful. Location is great, as it’s only a few minutes to get down to Hollywood Boulevard. We will definitely be returning.

The house is beautiful. There is plenty of space to spread out and to congregate. The views are spectacular and the location is central to many activities. The hosts met us at check-in to orient us to the house which was super helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and it is great to have a garage parking spot. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

This house was amazing from the layout of the rooms, amenities, and views. Kelly and G were there to greet us even with a late night flight arrival. They gave us a quick tour and were available for questions, if we needed anything. We felt like baristas using the coffee bar. The location is close to everything in downtown LA and suburbs. The roof top view is breathtaking. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

Greeted upon arrival by the host. Gave us tour and showed us how everything works. House was clean and had the view in LA. Will definitely be booking here when I go back to LA.

Our stay was great. The house is so stylish, the views are amazing. We enjoyed early mornings on the roof top and evenings in the hot tub. The location is awsome, being so close to most of LA attractions and great restaurants.

The house is gorgeous - every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a peaceful retreat in the heart of Hollywood. The layout was perfect for us as an extended family (3 adults) to be able to visit together and still have plenty of quiet space to relax and recharge. The home is very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed getting to meet our hosts upon arrival for a quick tour of the home and information such as how to operate the spa and how to get food delivered. We are already planning our next trip!

Loved the stay here, everything from the coffee machine to the bedding was absolutely high end, the views were stunning and great central location. There was extra unexpected bits that were in place like drinks in the fridge, teabags bathroom accessories pretty much everything you can think was available. Beds were so comfy too. A couple of small negatives was I think I’d advertise this house as a 3 bed really the fourth room didn’t really work well for my son who found it very uncomfortable but perhaps that’s just down to his own personal comfort. Although the inside was spotless, the outside lower deck doesn’t appear to have been cleaned very well, there was leaves all over the furniture and cigarette butts left in the ashtray from obv a previous visit, although it had no affect on us just something to note. In all we would go back thank you for making our stay so nice !

Central location in the heart of Hollywood, yet away from the busy traffic and crowded streets.

My husband, teen nephew and I stayed at this beautiful, modern home for 4 nights. Kelly and G were helpful and communicative. The house itself was simply perfection. Very high-end furnishings and design. It had everything you could want and then some. The owner’s taste was very much my own, except better. Lol. The location was off of Hollywood Blvd and made travel to the 101 very easy. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again.

We were so happy we selected this house. It was beautiful and centerally located to all the places we planned to visit. Kelly and G met us on arrival and gave us some wonderful suggestions to visit. They provided great walk thru plus instruction on all the amenities the place had to offer. My family enjoyed the rooftop views at night. The beds were so comfortable that they made it easy to rest after a long day. The kitchen was filled will everything you needed. We hope to stay here when we return.

The house is beautiful and centrally located. We were able to walk to Hollywood Blvd ( though there is an incredibly steep hill to climb on the way back). The coffee machine is fabulous and easy to use. Our kids said this was the most “bougie” house we’ve ever stayed in. This mama was more about being safe, and we all felt very safe and comfortable.

Came from NC to LA for two weekend events at the Hollywood Bowl. Kelly and G met us on arrival and could not have been more gracious. They provided full walk thru with instructions for everything needed. The house in the Hollywood hills offered excellent views and we very much enjoyed our week there! Within walking distance of Hollywood Bowl, Runyon Canyon and excellent restaurants. Will definitely stay again!.

Family of four (two adults, two teens) in town to visit relatives and knock out some college tours. Kelly and G were both welcoming, attentive, and so warm and friendly with all of us. The location was perfect - amazing views, great outdoor space and walkable (if you don't mind a steep hill!) to restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. The house was in great shape and we all had plenty of privacy with all en suite rooms. When there were some issues with the hot tub our hosts were all over it and very communicative. Great hiking nearby (Hollywood sign in one direction, Runyon Canyon Park in the other). Super charming neighborhood. We'll be back!

Loved this property and the amenities were great. Rented because it had four beds/bedrooms for my adult children. One room is a den with an air mattress. I was very disappointed having someone have to sleep on that. When I reviewed the listing, you have to click on the fourth bed to see that it’s an air mattress. Please revise the listing to be more accurate.

Everything about the property was 5 stars. The beds were comfortable, the view was unreal and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The fancy espresso maker and hot tub were the icing on the cake. Kelly and her husband were great hosts! Would definitely recommend this property!

Hosts were delightful and very kind. One of the neighbors is a bit much on noise control but overall a great stay, great accommodations, conditions of the housing is great shape.

This house is amazing! Best VRBO we have ever stayed in and we travel frequently with our family. The location is excellent and close to great hiking trails and attractions. We are both physicians and kind of picky but this house exceeded our expectations. Beds and bedding were so comfortable and high quality. I am missing the espresso machine already! Multiple decks with amazing views at each level. I have a teenager and a toddler who both loved the home as well. The decor was very cool and perfect for Hollywood. Kelli and Georgio were helpful and great to work with. When we visit again we hope to return to this home.
