Fab and comfortable property, great location.

Great property - 3 large bedrooms - 1 with Ensuite. Suited group of couples very well. Lovely character villa.
Contacted us before we arrived to make sure on arrival time and had turned the heat pump on and laid the fire with plenty of wood.
Being older house and very cold night, rooms were a little cold - but had great duvets on the beds.
Well set up - nice deck and good kitchen and lounge facilities
Breakfast provided was muesli and tinned fruit. Would have been nice to have had some toast but shops nearby.

Lovely linen and little touches like the heatpump being on for us on arrival, plus wine and chocolate .
Bluetooth speaker also great. 10 minute walk to square.
Great communication.
We were very happy with all aspects . The only thing is we couldn't work out how to stream Netflix etc, but that may be more about us than the facilities!

Beautiful villa just ten mins walk to the centre of the village. Warm & cozy with everything you need. Lovely outdoor area & lawn for the dog to run around also.

A really charming NZ villa. Polished wood floors, wood burning stove, easy walk into the delightful little town. The owners were really helpful and pleasant. The house has lots of excellent books in it. A real gem.

was pleasant to have had some breakfast items left for us, and also a bottle of wine. Location was good. A bit of building work at adjacent property, but such is life these days. Dogs enjoyed their holidays!

Breakfast was delicious. House was very comfortable and it was lovely to have the fire to light at night. The use of the bikes was fantastic too, as was the complimentary bottle of local wine.

Good location. The interior and amenities of the house are good. The fireplace is warm enough. Lending a bicycle for free made our trip enjoyable.

Everything was great. Classy, Comfortable, clean & grt location to all in the township. Bikes provided plus welcoming complimentary breakfast, chocolate & cold bottle of wine. Host easily contactable.

Well equipped spacious great location clean fresh and bright. Nice touches like best ever homemade muesli bottle of local wine, fruit. Off street parking.

Awesome place to come back to and relax after each busy day out on Cruise Martinborough events. Loved the home made muesli, and the bottle of wine thank you.
