Apartamento amplo, bem equipado e em ótimo estado.

Warm welcome by the son of the owner during the check-in.

1) Owner did not mention that everyday from 7 a.m. is construction work going on the building - which means compressor noise right in front of the apartment doors, hammer punches and shouting of the workers. All the windows were sealed by plastic covers too. Apartment supposed not to be ever rented in such conditions! Booking.com did not refund the booking though!?! :-/ 2) Owner did not describe the apartment correctly - it has been built in the cellar/ basement of the building. Therefore due to high humidity and low ventilation there is a lot of mould in it. 3) Some of the equipment is very old and worn out and should be replaced - e.g. towel hanger collapsed due to the rust.

Nice restaurant and bar very close to the apartment. Kind owners of the apartment, ready to help. Free parking in the neighborhood.

It was colder than outside, bacause it is actually under the ground. For this reason also not much light enters inside. The ceilings are low.

The heat was excellent.

No maps for the town. Less clean than expected.

Very prompt, good services and best quality.

Airconditioning, beds, facilities.

Just 4 chairs.

The owners were very friendly, they wait for us for about one hour due to our delaied flight. No problems with TV or wi-fi, both working properly.

The floor around the kitchen table was not properly cleaned, neither the area under the bathroom sink. The apartament is situated in the ground floor, but it is more like a basement and we did not realise that from the photos.
