We have been to Cabo many times and have stayed at a variety of locations; homes, hotels, and condos. This is our favorite spot. Location is perfect for enjoying the night life in San Lucas, strolling through old San Jose, and getting to beaches for sun and swim. The condo feels like a home and provides plenty of space for a large family. Carlene and Omar are quick to respond to any questions or concerns and Mykonos is filled with friendly people.

The beautiful penthouse is spacious and clean with gorgeous views of the country and beach at every angle. My favorite things were the wrap around patio, cooking in the equipped kitchen and the washer/dryer. The master bedroom is something….I personally preferred to sleep in the much smaller side room off the balcony. While the two teens took the other larger first floor bedroom and en-suite . Our host and their staff were impeccable with quick responses to our every need. Mykonos is a gated community where friendly staff are on guard at the entrance to resort and the beaches. The Mykonos Bay Resort serves many snow birds so it is very quiet at night. This property is best for families and mature adults. If you play music, even smooth jazz at a low decibel, at the pool there’s that one lady who calls to complain (there is always one). Otherwise the neighbors were welcoming. The beach is beautiful. Surfers entertained us daily. Do NOT leave anything on the beach unattended. I left my plastic Birkenstocks midway in the sand and 20 mins later (I went walking ) they were gone! I could believe it. They were high enough up the beach to not be swept into the water. Someone took my shoes.!?!? This location is not close to town so if you want to explore it is best to rent a car. We used Avis at the local La Comer as renting directly from the airport can be a nightmare. I took to the Mexican way of driving easily (so my husband says). We lovingly named it the wild wild west. We plan on returning with a few couple friends. I can’t wait!

We had a fantastic time staying in Carlene’s beautiful condo. The condo has an amazing views, is spacious and located conveniently for all activities, restaurants and grocery stores.

This was our first time in Cabo and we couldn't have been happier with our rental. Even before we left, Carlene was available to answer my plethora of questions from airport transportation, to COVID testing sites, to best places to eat. The condo had everything we needed and more for our week in paradise. This was our first vacation with my both my kids in ages and there was plenty of room and then some for the group. Beautiful master suite with larges doors that opened out directly to an ocean view. A small table to sit outside and enjoy the coffee. We will definitely be back to visit!

Beautiful location, great property. A little old. Hot water issues, ice maker, A/C problematic as well. Overall very nice. Mykonos is an excellent complex.

We had a wonderful time. Spent our days fishing, surfing and enjoying the pool and beach. Great restaurants near by. The home and property grounds are very nice. Would highly recommend this property.

Had a terrific time at this property. Stayed for 3 weeks. The grounds were very well maintained, staff super friendly and poolside was quiet. Fantastic views in the morning of the sunrise, each room has its own balcony. Ocean is steps away and the owner was super responsive as needs arose. Omar greeted us onsite and check process was as easy going as our entire stay. We will be back soon.

Beautiful view of the ocean and crashing waves and the sun rise. Penthouse feels like home; roomy, bright and comfortable. Met some of the neighbors at the pool. Both renters and owners are vey happy with their community. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful condo. Amazing views. Omar responded quickly to our requests sent through Whatsapp. Owner very friendly and welcoming. 3 king size beds make it perfect for group of adults. Also would be great for families. Highly recommend

The owner was very helpful. I had questions before arriving and solicited her help in finding a chef to prepare a meal for the family one evening. Always responsive! The property has beautiful views, very nice pool and pristine beach. There Is a little bit of noise from the road to Cabo behind the property. Beds were very comfortable and the place was well supplied with bath and beach towels, dishes/kitchen utensil, beach chairs etc. Lots of living space in the dining/living area. We had a wonderful stay.

Property was beautiful. Omar was welcoming and even had a snack waiting for us. We had 2 couples with us and our condo provided privacy as well as space to be together. The fitness center was first class and the location very safe and central. We ate at many delicious local restaurants and always had great food. We are excited to come back.

The photos really don't do this property justice! We loved everything about our stay. The pools were outstanding and the kids really appreciated the closet full of pool toys that were available for their use. There were tons of great views from the balconies and we even got to see whales playing in the water right from our own balcony. There is a ton of space in this this condo. We had 8 total for our stay and had more than enough room. Check in was super easy and flexible. We had a great stay and will certainly be back!

This property is even better in person and the online pictures do not do it justice. The views out of all of the windows and from the balconies are stunning. The place is extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable. This condo literally has everything you need to feel like you are at home. It was spacious, had cable and a great vibe. It was quiet at night and I slept soundly. We traveled with my in-laws, my husband and I and our two daughters...all of us agreed that the place was perfect. You are literally steps to the beach and a short drive from the center of San Jose Del Cabo. Omar was super nice and was there to greet us upon arrival. He also immediately came to help when we needed it. There was a rare torrential downpour and there was a leak in one of the bedrooms which he came to help clean up. Also...the gym was well equipped if you’re trying to keep up your fitness while on vacation. Overall, this place was amazing!

The penthouse condo was everything as advertised and more. The views were unobstructed and spectacular. All three master bedrooms had their own balconies. The décor was very tastefully done. We timed our stay at just the right time and practically had the entire compound to ourselves to enjoy! Beautifully manicured grounds, surround the pools that lead out to the steps to the beach and ocean. So glad we found this little piece of paradise. Thank you! We had an amazing time.

We had an amazing vacation! The elevators were being serviced during our stay but that did nothing to deter us from having a great time. Carlene is a great host! We had chips,salsa, delicious guacamole and beer waiting for us when we arrived. Carlene’s assistant Omar was a true godsend. He helped us with our bags up the stairs and offered to take us to the grocery store which was much appreciated . The condo is truly beautiful. Coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the patio enjoying the view and listening to the ocean made for a vacation to remember. We will be back!

This is truly an incredible unit at Mykonos - spectacular views from every location, warmly and beautifully decorated and comfortable furniture, inside and out. This is a unit where you will want not. There is simply nothing to say about the unit itself other than it is perfect. If I had only one suggestion it would be to have a water dispenser to avoid having to buy bottled water at the store. Concerning the Mykonos "campus" - it is equally beautiful. The workout room is amazing for a facility like this. The pools are beautiful and well-maintained and the people staying at Mykonos are incredibly friendly and helpful. While San Jose is much quieter than Cabo, the Mykonos is located south of the main town about a mile and in a quieter location of San Jose. There is therefore not an over-abundance of activity but that can be a positive or negative depending on what you are looking for on your vacation. We were looking for quiet place near the Zipper's surf break and Carlene's place was absolutely perfect.

well furnished, well equipped except for very minor things - no vegetable peeler, no pot holders . . and no martini glasses - we fixed that, and there will be for future renters! Great views. Mykonos has very good facilities.

My family of 5 stayed in Carlene's property over Spring Break. The moment we stepped in, the property took our breath away. She had Omar meet us, and there was cold beer, bottled water, chips, salsa and guacamole waiting for us. What a nice touch! Spectacular views from the terraces, comfortable, big beds, wonderful furnishings. We had issues with the internet, but not Carlene's fault. There was no hair dryer and she had one sent over the very next morning. Very responsive host who cared very much about our satisfaction and comfort. We always prefer to stay in San Jose over the craziness of Cabo San Lucas, and would definitely stay here again! Walkable to restaurants and grocery store, and bus stop to Cabo is across the street. Thank you so much Carlene for sharing your lovely home with us. It was a perfect vacation!

The pictures of the condo are exactly as the condo is. The view from the main balcony is an believable. We had awesome sunrises every morning! We really liked being able to walk to the local restaurant zippers which was a quarter of a mile from the condo. You could walk as far as you would like on the beach which is always a plus. The owner, Carlene, was just an email away for any question that we had. We would definitely recommend this condo and we hope to be back ourselves soon.

Interior: Very spacious, beautifully decorated. Everything you need away from home. Outside: Amazing views, pictures on site do not give this place its justice. Property manager Omar was attentive and very professional. We wil definitely return to this amazing property.

Carlene was a lovely host and her place amazing. Her co tact met us and check in was a breeze....and included beer and chips! Highly recommend for families as the kids loved the pool etc. Quick bus or drive to Cabo or downtown San Jose.

Beautiful condo in a great complex. Situated in quiet San Jose only 15 minutes from downtown San Lucas by 4 lane highway. The property was even better than the description with 3 master bedrooms including a penthouse suite and 2 more on the main floor. Owner was super helpful throughout the rental and even had a personal rep meet us at the door with instructions, snacks, beer and water. Right on the ocean plus 3 great pools and hot tub. No crowds like at the major hotels. Will always try to stay here when visiting Cabo!

We had a great experience. It's a beautiful pool, great beach. Very near the surf breaks Zippers and The Rick if you are on a surf trip. We will be back

This was our first experience with VRBO. It was very positive all the way through from booking to locking the door (sadly) behind us! Owners Carlene and Scott were very helpful, friendly and efficient in all dealings. They gave us a great orientation to the San Jose area and many good suggestions of restaurants, activities and more. Mykonos Resort is a lovely, low-key, well-maintained property directly on the beach, and offers 3 separate pools (of varying temperatures) along with a hot tub. The sea view and soothing constant sounds of waves created such a relaxing atmosphere. We were delighted with the very spacious, clean, well-equipped penthouse overlooking the Sea of Cortez! With a family party of seven, there were generous,comfortable rooms and bathrooms for all. It was a superb trip and we’d love to make it again! Thank you, Carlene and Scott!
