Adobe casa con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni. Bel cortile con piscina e costruito in cucina all'aperto con un barbecue a gas. Vista sulle montagne di Catalina. House è in posizione centrale vicino alla strada principale Broadway Boulevard. Minuti da diversi commercianti e ristoranti. La posizione è di 20 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale di Tucson, e 20 minuti dal centro e dalla University of Arizona. La casa è completamente arredata in tutte le camere. Centrale

Cute property in a nice neighborhood. Kathy was great at communicating with us and proactive on issues.

Cozy two bedroom house well stocked with almost anything you need. Just add food. Nice unheated pool that the sun heated to 78 degrees.
Comfortable beds and step on showers in both bathrooms. Our only complaint is the uncomfortable living room furniture.

It’s the swimming pool that makes this property special. The house is functional, beds comfortable, but the pool patio is absolutely lovely. It’s a bit of a haul to campus but worth it.

We stayed for six weeks and had one problem with a window shade not opening. Kathy, the host, was quick to respond. The pool was amazing!

This was a great property! Clean, beautiful back yard and pool area!! Very clean, cozy and close to everything. My daughter plays college softball and this was a great alternative to a hotel!! Highly recommend!!

Plenty of room around the lovely pool for grilling with family and a few friends. Fully stocked and efficient kitchen, extra paper products, laundry detergent, towels and more. Comfortable beds, if a little tight in the bedrooms. Dining room for 6. Again, a bit tight, but usable. Enjoyed our stay (and the treats on the counter) immensely.

The house was very nice and comfortable! The house interior was very clean and updated. We rented the house for the pool area and it did not disappoint. Loved hanging outside all day in the pool! Can't wait to go back next year!!

Great place, conveniently located, very comfortable
We loved our stay here, even though we were there during the hottest week so far this year. It was wonderful having a swimming pool to come back to after a hot day of wedding activities.
The kitchen was well stocked and had any pots and pans one would need.
We also discovered the Pantano River Trail just a couple blocks to the east. We took early morning walks along the wash every day.

Nice home quiet location
This is a clean well kept home in a quiet location in east Tucson. Patio is great for morning coffee and afternoon swimming. Good for families.

Relaxing
Charming and well kept home. Private feel yet convenient location. Home was well equipped with all the necessary amenities, along with a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Our favorite part of our stay was the beautiful, peaceful backyard and pool.

A wonderful stay!
We had a great time at Kathleen’s VRBO property. Kathleen was wonderful to work with. The house is great, well-equipped and very well cared for. The pool in the fenced back yard was absolutely lovely… too cold to swim this time of year, but a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. We enjoyed our morning coffees, after-hike rest times and wine time, even dinner outside, serenaded by birdsong. The showers were great, the beds and bedding comfortable, the kitchen a pleasure to use. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Great Outdoor Space!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The outdoor space was perfect for our family to hang out. We are from Oregon, so even with the colder winter Tucson weather, we were comfortable outside near the pool. The interior house layout is a bit awkward with all the walls and lack of open space. But that is the era of the house build, so we made it work for our small group of three. A larger group may find it a little tight and cramped (it was hard to even roll luggage through the front door because of a wall separating the front entry from the kitchen area). However, once we were moved in, we enjoyed the house.

Fun 2bdrm home in eastside/central location
This home was perfect for my family of 3 over xmas while visiting families for the holidays, and it would also be perfect in the summer time due to the amazing and very private backyard deck/grill/pool area. It has 2 separated yards which made it easy to have our small dogs with us, and Kathy was very warm and welcoming.

Everything was provided including a very well stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed and a great outdoor area with pool and grille. Nice quiet location with easy access to hiking, shopping and other amenities. Host was easily accessible and very helpful when needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Home Away From Home
Our recent stay at Kathleen's property in Tucson exceeded our expectations in every way. The photos did not do justice to this home. The kitchen had everything we needed. The king size bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable. Our favorite part was the beautiful oasis of a backyard where we enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. We will definitely stay here again the next time we return to Tucson.

The property is located near shopping and restaurants. Easy access to main roads but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely rent the property again.

Great place
So nice to have a clean, convenient and comfortable place to stay when visiting my parents. We loved the pool in the June heat and the check in / check out was low maintenance. Our only upgrade would be that the mattress in the master was too soft / uncomfortable. The mattress in the 2nd room was great. We would stay there again.

Convenient and Clean
We enjoyed a quick weekend stay here. The house was well-kept and clean. We had difficulty with the small beds and ended up having to sleep separately and the pool felt unheated, but otherwise it was a nice getaway.

Wonderful Tucson visit
We really enjoyed this VRBO for our stay in Tucson during some of the winter months. Kathy was immediately available for any questions or information about the property. Jose (cohost) next door also checked in with us frequently. The property is close the the Tucson Loop ( bike and walk path) and since we brought our bikes it was easy access to get on the Loop every day. Stores and restaurants are very convenient too. The house was well equipped for all our needs and the patio/pool area was were we spent alot of our time. Very relaxing and we loved the outdoor kitchen area. Hopefully when we return the pool will be heated in the winter months. We were really fortunate to find this property and would return again.

Great Place to Stay in Tucson
Exactly as advertised: a clean and comfortable house on the East side of Tucson. Everything we needed was nearby too. The backyard and pool are beautiful. Wish we could have used the pool, but it was a little too chilly during our stay. Kathy and the next-door neighbors, Jose and Rosa, are excellent hosts and were very responsive.
