This was our second stay at this house, and we will definitely come back. The house is comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is easy to cook in and supplies are nicely arranged. Because the house is on the edge of Cataract Lake, there is abundant wildlife to watch: bald eagles, osprey, herons, cormorants, a pair of Canadian snow geese, baby swallows in their nest. And, many deer, including a doe with a few days old fawn. The hosts, Mike and Stephanie, are very responsive and attentive. It was a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Williams! The house was beautiful, immaculate, and the view was even better. We loved watching the sun rise by the San Francisco peaks, the bald eagles on the lake, and the deer in the evening. It was such a special week for our family to experience the Grand Canyon and other beautiful areas in Northern Arizona! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

We had a very fun and comfortable stay! The property was even better than expected from the pictures! We went out to do activities in the area but also enjoyed just spending time at the house. Our kids enjoyed playing in the backyard and watching the wildlife around the property. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There are lots of different activities to do in the area. The hosts were very welcoming and were quick to answer any questions. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

Very clean, everything you need is there. Close to town, highways, golf, fishing and the railroad to the Grand Canyon. Could easy sleep 8, but just me and my wife. Hosts were super at welcoming us in and making sure everything was working properly. Will stay there again.

A great place to stay. Everything was just as noted in the review. If your goal is to see various parts of northern AZ, this is the perfect location - Williams is minutes away (perfect for all the staples and/or dinner spots), and close to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, and more. Our kids loved being outside, seeing all the wildlife (we saw lots of different animals) and having room to roam. House was clean, well-stocked, and plenty of room. Lastly, the owners were very responsive ... we had one tiny request (which easily could have waited until after we left), and the owners took care of it ASAP. Highly recommended!!

This place is top notch! Super clean, inviting, cozy, relaxing and every detail thought out. The wild life and lake viewing is spectacular! Morning sunrise over looking San Francisco peaks and cataract lake is astounding. Eagles, ducks, geese, deer and coyotes are a few of the creatures we enjoyed watching. Outdoor games like cornhole while enjoying a beverage, grilling or hanging with friends and family all from the back patio. Super private, Lots of parking, and Luxury linens are a few bonuses. This place feels remote but is minutes to downtown Williams and hour to Grand Canyon! We had a variety of ages and this place was enjoyed by all!

The hosts were very responsive. The home was immaculate and kitchen and baths were very well-appointed with anything you might need. The Safeway grocery store as well as downtown Williams is just a few miles away. The lake view is amazing! We saw deer and eagles every day. Lots of games included. A great vacation for our family, including our 2 year old grandson

The house was perfect for our family trip to The Grand Canyon. It is located close to the Grand Canyon Railway, Bearizona, and good restaurants in the cute town of Williams. The house is nicely decorated and is exactly as represented in the pictures. It was sparkling clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. The basket of snacks was a special touch. We enjoyed the beautiful lake view and the wildlife. The children especially enjoyed playing corn hole and fishing. Mike and Stephanie were great hosts. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your trip to the Grand Canyon.

My family and I stayed a few nights in April for spring break at this luxurious house. The large windows looking out on the lake were fantastic, it felt like a dream watching the sun set. The back porch was so relaxing and the kids enjoyed themselves. The gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfy. Loved that we all had our own bathrooms. The only issue was the internet was spotty and the streaming on the TV would go out. Great excuse to disconnect! Also, we were expecting kayaks, but they are not on the property. Fishing and hiking was great. Loved the Canyon Coaster and little town of Williams. We felt super welcomed and would love to visit again!

Mike & Stephanie were awesome hosts and the house was amazing -very spacious & comfortable! Fully equipped kitchen, (food containers, especially glass, were so helpful for leftovers and taking snacks hiking), comfortable beds and bedding, beautiful lake views and indoor craftsmanship. The kids enjoyed the reading book collection, playing chess, monopoly and outdoor games, like corn hole. We will definitely stay again when in Williams, AZ.

We enjoyed a wonderful few days while we visited the Polar express. The home was beautiful and relaxing for us all. We enjoyed watching deer roam the backyard while Bald Eagles kept a watchful eye. Your home was the perfect space for our 2 families to enjoy the holidays. There was more than enough room for everyone and everyone had a wonderful time!

I knew I'd booked a beautiful property, based on the photos - But we were blown away in person! The house is a perfect combination of luxurious and cozy, and the hosts even provided holiday treats for us to enjoy. Every appliance and piece of furniture was in perfect working order - The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable (and I'm a tough critic). It's a wonderful layout for a large family - huge open living area with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all ages. We even had access to a high chair and pak n play kept at the house. This propert MADE our trip - If we're ever in Williams again, we will be back to this property! Thank you Stephanie & Mike!

My family and I were just here for Christmas. We had such a great time. We’ve stayed in Mammoth, Big Bear, Denver and Flagstaff before. But by far this has been our favorite cabin. The cabin was well equipped with everything you can think of and it was exceptionally clean! Mike and Stephanie were very easy to reach as well and made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely come back!
