What an amazing villa, it was everything we had hoped for and more, the villa itself was very spacious and spotlessly clean with a large open plan living area and we have to mention the balcony off the main bedroom a great place to sit and relax taking in the great views and off course a cocktail or two while waiting on our taxi arriving, we were a party of 6 adults and never felt that we were living on top of each other, whether you were chilling in the air conditioned villa or laying by the fantastic pool or keeping active at the games area there was always plenty of space. The villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a very private and secluded outside Garden with magnificent views over coral bay and the surrounding area. We decided against a hire car and used local taxis which were relatively cheap, there were a few small tavernas and a small shop within walking distance from the villa, however the local supermarket Philippos was outstanding with everything you could want for your weekly shop and a service that was second to none, if you were spending over 40 euros they would come and collect you then take you back home free of charge needless to say we looked after our regular driver. Just a five-minute taxi drive away, Coral Bay strip had an abundance of wonderful places to eat with various restaurants and cocktail bars with live music. Our Host John was incredible, nothing was too much trouble, he put us in contact with a local taxis firm to arrange our airport pick up and who we used for the rest of the holiday, gave us good rates especially when we travelled to Latchi water sports for the day. John went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay; in addition, he arranged a birthday cake for our daughter specially made by a local baker, and he personally delivered it to the villa the morning of her birthday to say the cake was incredible would be an understatement.

Fabulous villa in a quiet but well connected location. Outside space is the highlight with a lovely pool, hot tub, pool table, fuss-ball and table tennis. Villa is modern and spacious with very comfortable beds and strong wifi. Host John was very friendly and helpful and able to make good local recommendations for bars and restaurants.

Great location and the villa was just what we wanted. Close to amenities if you want to go out and about but equally lovely to just stay put! Owner/agent was great too. Easy to contact if need be but also sent us a welcome to make sure all was well. Highly recommend!

Exceptional! We would love to return here and thoroughly enjoyed our break. Shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants 5 minutes drive away. Our children loved it (8,6&2) Pool was amazing! As was the games area. Massive garden. Strong aircon kept us cool. Fully equipped kitchen. Powerful showers and nice bath with lots of towels. Plenty of seating areas in and outside. Comfy beds and sofa. TV in every room. Not over looked. Quiet and relaxing place, perfect for what we wanted.

Nothing to dislike here, definitely something for everyone and all ages.
