Completely disappointed. Carpets were filthy throughout. Toilet seat in the hall bathroom broken in half. Television never worked. Master shower did not drain water well. Jetted tub missing waterproof cover for the on/ off switch = safety hazard. Walls are scuffed and dinged. Pots had loose handles. Kitchenware all mismatched and not all clean. Mugs stained and cracked. Some of these things listed in a January 2023 review are still present. Property mgmt was contacted immediately the first day. Mgmt wanted to do their 6-mon scheduled safety maint check while we were in the rental! Would never stay at this property again.

The house was nice and clean. It was a little warm when we arrived because of no AC, once we turned the portable one on it did cool off the main area nicely but the rooms were still pretty warm. The parking is very limited and the upstairs neighbor in #14 was rather rude to my guys and told them they don't live here so leave, great other than that.

We loved how close we were to Sun Valley resort. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean.

A very comfortable property that is well located on the last bus stop before the gondola for Bald Mountain. The property has everything you need including 4 single beds and a large double bed - perfect for our family of 6! There is a washing machine and dryer, two bathrooms and an entry foyer with lots of hooks and shelves for outdoor clothing and shoes. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because my initial email (upon booking) was never answered by the management company, Vacasa; additionally, the kitchen utensils are very well worn eg there were 6 frypans that are not usable as they are so scratched that it would be dangerous to use them. Finally, I had to contact Vacasa as we did not have a dishcloth or detergent and the coffee machine was left with a used filter and wet coffee grounds from the previous guests. As others have mentioned, the walls are scuffed and could do with a repaint in some places and the carpet is stained, however, the condo is very comfortable and well located.

Rented property in March for July visit and dishwasher was not working with out of order sign. Unit extremely hot and took few hours with air conditioning unit to cool down.

Property was wonderful. Two items that owner may want to address
1) Area rugs were a constant tripping hazard
2) Adult sized hangers needed in front left bedroom
Otherwise everything was terrific

Despite a freakish fire alarm waking us up at 2;30 am on our second night, we thoroughly enjoyed out three week stay at this condo. Close to bike trails, and town. We especially liked listening to the River and the birds at night and in the morning.

Nice Condo
Condo very clean. Loved the location too. Our whole family had fun. Disappointed we missed the hot tub. A new one was being installed the day after we left! We’ll just have to go back.

I do not recommend this property. The pictures are misleading as well as the mention of partial AC. The carpets were stained badly and damaged in spots. The walls had marks everywhere as well. Several light bulbs were out. The AC unit couldn't cool down the place. In the main living area it was 85 degrees at 12am. We couldn't sleep. We rented the place for 2 days and didn't stay the second night. It was a terrible experience.

Ketchum Getaway
The property & parking were ideal for central Idaho. The bedding, decor, fireplace, and over all quality and spaciousness of the lodge was terrific. The shower curtains could be replaced and lightbulbs replaced.

3 bedrooms allowed us to spread out.Kitchen had all the amenities to cook. Literally across the street from Sun Valley, bald mountain, which was perfect. We walked to Atkinson‘s market one afternoon, close and convenient.Definitely recommend and would come back.

Great location and lots to do in a short walk.
Overall a great place for the five of us. Beds were comfortable. Could use some minor maintenance but nothing to detract from the experience.

The property was clean and roomy. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of hand towels and cleaning supplies. The bathrooms had lots of towels and wash cloths. Excellent location to ski lifts and town center. The beds themselves could use some updating. The mattresses were pretty hard and uncomfortable. We didn’t try to watch TV as they are both small and old. (No streaming capabilities) The Internet was strong. There isn’t a sitting balcony. The condo is very comfortable.

Outstanding rental
Celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and loved the condo. The gas fireplace was cozy and so easy to use. And the master bath was luxurious. Not a single complaint.

Great place. Great location!
This condo is very handy to the ski slopes. An easy walk into town. Well laid out. A great week of skiing, snow-shoeing, ice skating and hanging out reading by the fire.
