Great stay.

Nice house and location to beach was excellent. They also provided everything you could need for a great beach vacation. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and beach toys. Beds were great. Only complaint would be there really isn’t a downtown area you can walk to.

We enjoyed our week stay so much. Such serenity and beauty. Rob was amazing and very helpful with any questions. I would definitely recommend.

First, the rental was all it was advertised, we really appreciated the overall condition, it was clean, anything you needed it was there...my wife especially enjoyed the Hot, Hot Garden Tub-thank you Rob...and the bed in the Master was so comfortable and the Shower w/excellent pressure, and the books available to read, such a variety- read 4 this week .. as I've said, we enjoyed the Villa immensely ... As for Indialantic community it was really a surprise for us how much we enjoyed just walking around the town and trying all the different restaurants & shops as well as the proximity to the Villa and the Beach-fantastic. We've been to many different Florida locations practicing for our Snowbird years and can really consider this location as perfect as we could want... We hope we can return here again in the future !

It was nice quiet vacation, you could walk to town, restaurant, we enjoyed it.

Coconut villa was a wonderful escape and met all of our expectations. Before arrival, Rob readily shared local recommendations and tidbits about the home, and during our stay he was quick to respond to any inquiry. Check-in was VERY easy and we immediately were able to relax. Our 7 year old and puppy were easily accommodated. There was plenty of space to unload our car whether in the garage or kitchen area and more than enough storage within the bedrooms and rest of the home once everything was unpacked. There was just the right amount of natural light where you felt refreshed without being exposed. And the oceanfront view from the primary bedroom was exactly what we wanted. I have to add that the water pressure in the showers was to die for! The house was well appointed with all of the necessary cookware and dishware, comfortable furniture, and even books and games. We took advantage of the DVD player on rainy days and felt right at home. The full-size refrigerator was perfect for our watermelon and beverages. We didn't even need to use the dishwasher, but it was great to know it was there. Having the garage was perfect after a sandy day and allowed us to maintain the cleanliness of the property. A washer and dryer was a key requirement for us and both worked perfectly. Our neighbors in the villa next door were friendly and everyone we met locally made us feel at home. Definitely hoping we can return to Coconut villa with our other children in the near future!

If you want a lot of youthful activities like you find on the strip in Daytona, then you might want to look elsewhere but if you want a great peaceful neighborhood with a beach that is never crowded and a small town vibe then this is your place! The property is just as advertised and plenty of room! The living room could use some more seating if you had a larger family, but worked well for our family of 3. Melbourne has anything and everything you could need and the traffic was never bad getting there. I could see myself staying months at a time here! Overall myself, my wife, my son and our dog had a great stay and will recommend it to family and friends.

Just had a great week on the beach. Our house was well appointed, clean and very accessible. Rob was really helpful. Will definitely refer this place to our friends.

We had a great trip to the Banana Bungalow. The location is excellent, and the view from the master balcony is amazing from sun up to sun down. We rarely drove - with walkable access to the shops and restaurants. The area is safe for walking and running, and we really enjoyed coming back along the sound side before heading back to the beach. Our son went to Ryckman Park just about every day to play basketball so having that close by was great. Ryckman Park is also a great place to catch the sun set. Overall IndiaAtlantic Beach is a really cool spot, with close access to Melbourne & Melbourne Beach. It feels like you’re away from everything – but everything you need is easy to get to. The bungalow is really comfortable. We had warm weather all week, so we turned the AC off and enjoyed the weeklong breeze blowing through the house. The kitchen was big and functional – with everything we needed for beach week cooking. A lot was included with the rental, including linens, beach towels, and plenty of beach chairs & toys in the garage. Our teenage sons loved the hot tub – which was clean and comfortable and relaxing in the private setting out back. Rob is very helpful, and provided plenty of details on local things to do, and restaurants with takeout & outdoor dining. We are ready to go back!

Spent lots of time on our covered balcony. It's the perfect ocean view!!!

This property was perfect for our needs. View of ocean from balcony was great. Everything was there for us to prepare a variety of meals. The weather wasn't great for the beach but there were plenty of beach toys, chairs, towels and items for sun and fun. We are not hot tub users but that was a sweet setup. We would definitely stay again.

Lot of room but lower level could use a deep cleaning of the floors and appliances in between renterS. Ran out of spa chemicals and Bob came over next day to take care of it. Beautiful beach views from balcony. Nice to have a enclosed private patio in back but could use a little tlc. Maybe power wash wood around spa and fix the cracked tiles around spa. Add some new clean mulch and paint the fence to freshen it up. Nice property just needs a little clean up.

My stay was absolutely Wonderful! I can't say enough. Such a relaxing & soothing environment both inside the villa & on the beach which is right outside the door! I didn't want to leave and I can't wait to return!!

What a great place!! Loved walking to breakfast a few times during the week. Awesome beach within steps; Rob provided the perfect beach items: super umbrella and great chairs!! The fenced area was a great little place to relax and spend time with our small dogs. The half bath downstairs was awesome too. Our favorite spot was the beach side balcony! Loved eating dinner there each night and watching the ocean for as long as we could see it. This is a great spot for a vacation! Can't wait to go back!! Thank you, Rob.

Rob greeted us as we arrived at the property and gave us a walk through. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a beach vacation including beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, umbrellas... The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and the ice maker was full. We were right across from the beach and walking distance to ice cream, pizza, starbucks and a few good restaurants. Great spot for a family vacation.
