Questo spazioso monolocale al 7 ° piano a Luau regala splendide viste sulla costa e sul Golfo del Messico. Il condominio ha un letto king size, divano letto singolo e tavolo con 3 posti a sedere. This was an outstanding property. More than adequate space for both of us. Just a short walk to the beach and places to eat and drink. The pool was a great place to finish the day. The shuttle tram was a great convenience with helpful friendly drivers. Plenty of great paths for morning walks or jogs. Definitely will make a return visit.

We loved the condo. Even though we were not beachfront. We had a pretty view of the beach. The short walk to the beach was fantastic. We though we had to cross the road but we didn’t have to which made it better. The pool was great. The location to restaurants and shopping was a plus. We will definitely book again. The resort was great.

I loved it!!! 3 minutes away from the beach! Once you park no need to drive just get on the tram with the passes! It can take you to the bay where u have things to do with kids or for a date night lots of restaurants for food , you can grab a Fat Tuesday drink ,or visit the bars. I highly recommend this stay! Definitely worth it

We loved everything about staying at Lusu resort in Sandestin. The short walk to the beach was perfect. The pool and hot tub were excellent. We started everyday on our balcony enjoying the morning sun.
Marcella was very professional and fantastic to work with. If we travel to the Destin area again we will definitely book one of Marcella’s properties.

The property is the best location to do anything. Helicopter rides, zip line, many theme restaurants. My favorite was Robot restaurant, robot brings food to you. Room very clean, quiet, all our needs met. Communication with Expedia was above average.❤️

Walked in the room at 10:30 first night and it smelled musty, like mildewy but chalked it up to ocean living. The carpet was stained and looked dirty. Then got ready to get into the bed and discovered that the sheets were what smelled like Mildew. Contacted the Manager and was told that there was a washing machine on parking level that we could use to wash the sheets and towels because they only supply enough towels and sheets to start us off with. (like who goes on vacation to do somebody else's laundry) Did not watch any movies or tv at all because the Cox Cable was jacked up. (figured I would not mention it to the manager because that would go nowhere). There was a pile of sand coming out of the entry closet. But we did enjoy the area and the community of Sandestin. Loved walking to the beach and the sundeck of the building.

Property manager VERY PROFESSIONAL
My initial rental ( studio) had A/C issues on CHECKIN day. I was called given a complete explanation and offered a 2 bed 2 bath condo in the same area. Appreciated she had a solution.

From the description and reviews I knew this was not new or fancy but it was a reasonably priced room with a good location and nice pool near the ocean. The room could use some upgrading and maintenance. It has easy access to the ocean beach (beach was covered with umbrellas and people). The tram was great since we did not have a car but there wasn't anything really close to get groceries - silly that they only supply ONE roll of toilet paper for your room. Also, most people using this are from out of town and there were not towels provided for the swimming pool or ocean so had to drag ones from home. Overall, nice location and cheaper than many other places around (though not 'cheap').

Great stay
I was there with my family for 3 nights. This place is at a walking distance from the beach which was great. The only problem we encountered is that we were provided with only one toilet paper which we run out of it the first day and no replacement towels or wash clothes. I called management and I was told they do not provide simple necessity as toilet paper and towels.

Luau 6705
The pool was great! The beach was packed and be prepared to be very close to others. The main reason this was only a “good” stay was because the 6705 unit has a very loud AC unit. When it comes on during the night it wakes you up. Loud enough that all the drinks on the beach or at the pool couldn’t help my wife and I sleep through the units noise. Other than that, it was a cool place outside the main strip of Destin and scenic 98...

Perfect for our stay
The studio was very nice, our trip was short and it was perfect for that. It was clean, but needed some cleaning behind the furniture. My only complaint was the freezer needed to be defrosted, it was frozen solid we could not use it at all.

Great location for the beach.
Check in was simple, however, the tower on my directions were incorrect. Short walk to the beach was convenient. This condo could use some updating. One of the bedside lamps were broken, the freezer compartment was completely frosted shut, no extra garage bags or linings. I would definitely stay at this location, but probably at another condo unit.

Beautiful gated community
I rented the Luau 7605 and was pleased with everything about my reservations and stay. Information was emailed to me quickly to confirm the reservation and process of check in. The condo was in a gated community and the guard that we spoke to on arrival quickly explained how to get to the parking deck from the gate. I have never rented thru VRBO in the past so I was a little skeptical at first but Marcella was prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. She definitely knows her rentals and did not disappoint. The condo and entire community was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely go back again and Marcella of Skis and seas will be my 1st choice.

Loved the location and the pool was wonderful. Short walk to Gulf and a very nice restaurant right on the beach.
Condo was nice...Only 1 towel holder in the bathroom though and none in the “kitchen area” which consisted of a bar sink, small refrigerator, and a microwave. They only had 1 kitchen towel and no drying area for dishes. I would recommend more towel holders be installed in the kitchen area and especially in the bathroom. Tub floor was extremely slippery...they should have a non-skid Mat in the tub.
They had a very nice grilling area and stores were close and easy to get to.
We would definitely return to this area and stay at Luau again.

Prefect location for my meeting at the Hilton
Spent a lovely 3 nights at Luau this April. Had a conference at the Sandestin Hilton and was able to stay in Luau for less than half the price of the convention rate. My room had a very nice view and was clean and comfortable. The young man I talked to at Skis and Seas was pleasant and professional. Was completely satisfied with the room and price and will use again for my next conference.

Luau 6705 was great for a quick trip
We had a quick weekend down at the beach and this studio was perfect. We had everything we needed for a nice stay. The studio was similar to a hotel room but was significantly cheaper and had a nice gulf view. Was clean and comfortable and Marcella was super helpful.

I like the property, and it is nice and clean. Except the base boards in the bathroom there was a lot of hair. There was not enough toilet paper supply for duration of our stayed and the quality can be better.
We would like to stay the same on our next trip.

The People are always so nice to us everytime we call them and we are looking for some extra Days they have always acdomdated us with Awesome Places.
