Er was geen parasol aan het zwembad. Er was enkel in de morgen schaduw. Om 8.30 was het donker en zwembad sloot om 22u.

Quiet the breakfast was decent nothing great just some plain eggs sausage and some decent French toast; they also have bagels a waffle maker and cereal and milk. The bed was pretty comfy as well. It was pretty clean and a nice shower.
It was very warm walking through the hallways and has a stale smell to it. Didn’t bother me too much though.

I like how it's conveniently located to where we wanted to be in the area.
The bed's comfortable and the pillows were good!
On weekends they serve Biscuit and Gravy and that's one of the reasons we chose to stay as well (base from the review we read!).
When we entered the room, it has a certain smell that turned me off. I can't pinpoint the smell but it's like a wet dog smell. I am not sure if the room is a pet friendly room. If it is, then they definitely need to do a better job cleaning it to remove the smell😬

Breakfast was ok. The main reason I stay at this hotel and keep coming back is because of the comfortable bed. After walking over 36,000 steps Day 1 of the annual Pate Swap Meet at Texas Motor Speedway you want a good bed to rest and this is the place. I have used this hotel 4 years in a row and will be back. Parking is always good and if you bring a trailer they have cameras on the parking lot. Always clean hotel and a good location to get into Fort Worth or going North on I-35. Many places to eat nearby. I notice I see the same people every year stays here, met some guys from Clinton, Arkansas going to Pate as well.
It was funny, hotel was full through the week but on Sunday morning we had biscuits and gravy with sausage, but the hotel was not full then. Breakfast always can use some improvement.

Cleanliness and super comfortable bed and bedding.
Bathroom maintenance repairs were small, but messy or not done. Shower soap/shampoo holders were caulked unprofessionally (messy) and floor tiles were missing grout. Everything else was perfect.

The clerk when we checked in did everything to accommodate us and was very Friendly. He explained everything and made sure we understood the rules for the facility before walked away to go to our room.
There was an electrical smell in the elevator. My friend and I were a little scared about taking the elevator.

I called because of running late and I had to run errands in town before checking in. I called to make sure there was no fee for checking in later. Dominick answered the phone , he’s was so friendly and professional and he almost makes you feel like you are talking to friend. So enjoyable!!! This is one reason I continue to stay here everyone month I drive down to Fort Worth to see my kids and stay! It’s people like Dominick that make me choose Sleep In Suites!

Daniel at the front desk was very helpful, and respectful. We had outstanding service. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. I had a staycation with my son and we enjoyed it so much we didn’t want to leave.
