We came for thanksgiving for a hiking trip. The house was a wonderful home base. The kitchen is well stocked, the yards amazing and the home was very clean. Close to town and day activities. We had a wonderful time!

This property seems to be almost brand new. The home was very clean and accommodated 4 adults easily. We really enjoyed our stay in the area and the location of this property was easily accessible to the ATV trails and National parks we were visiting (Bryce and Zion). We encountered 2 issues with the listing and the property. The first was with the property management company. I had contacted them to verify they had a BBQ grill since we planned on using it during our stay. I was told this unit didn't have one. No problem, we brought a portable grill. However upon arriving at the property, we learned there was a BBQ grill. Had we been given accurate information, it would of saved us the trouble of packing a grill. The second issue was encountered with the Check-in process. We were not provided the code to retrieve the key to the property before arriving. We had to contact VRBO and work to get the code after we arrived. This caused stress and angst that could of been avoided if we were provided the information earlier. Once we received the code we were thrilled by how new the unit was and how it accommodated us during our stay.

Loved the property but we were not notified with our door code!! I kept emailing asking for door code and no response! Finally called Zion Stays and they gave me door code so we could enter properly after 4 pm check-in time.

This is a very beautiful home and very well maintained. It had all the amenities and very well stocked. I do highly recommend this home and I will stay again in the future.

Finding homes in Kanab that will take pets and have a secure fenced in yard is getting more difficult each year--which is why we are SO grateful for this find! We volunteer for a week every summer at Dogtown/Best Friends and also hike the parks, kayak Lake Powell, and walk our own dogs (adoptees from Best Friends) around local trails and the neighborhood. The area around our house was comfortable, neighbors were friendly, and the dogs enjoyed the back yard. Probably the most surprising event was running out of propane mid-way through grilling our dinner, and voila, within 30 minutes of calling the rental agency, our doorbell rang with a personal delivery of a new tank full of propane! Such service! I would like to make two suggestions: first, we had no blender and we make smoothies every day for breakfast, so purchasing a blender might help other renters as well. Second, we did not know to put the trash out across the street until a neighbor told us that was necessary. Therefore, our trash was not picked up until the day we left. The Desert Oasis is a perfect hub for visiting all the national parks and beautiful scenery in the surrounding area. My family and I had never been out west and packed our itinerary with all the area had to offer: Bryce, Grand Canyon, Buckskin Gulch (our favorite!), Zion (tip: Go in the late afternoon! No crowds and no shuttle lines!!!), Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Cedar Breaks . . . It was a busy week and we were so grateful to come home to comfy beds and our own kitchen! Everything was very clean, well stocked, and organized. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus . . .hiking kids get DIRTY! The only addition I would recommend would be a set of walking sticks to borrow when hiking the trails. Thank you SO MUCH for such a wonderful stay! We will certainly be recommending your home to others!

Everything about our stay was exceptional! We have friends vacationing in southern Utah next year and have recommended this property not only for its central location but for the beautiful yard and interior, as well as, ease.

We could not have been a better place to stay while we visited the National Parks in the area. The house was very well supplied and equipped. The beds were comfortable. The back yard was beautiful and a very relaxing setting in which to unwind after a hard day of touring the parks. We highly recommend this rental.

Gorgeous house!! Professionally landscaped backyard. SUPER CLEAN!!! Large areas for groups as well as separated areas of two sets of bedrooms! No need to look anywhere else! A must stay!!

We used Kanab as our base camp for day trips to all the parks in southern Utah and northern Arizona . The house had everything we needed and much more. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed in this property, along with my parents, for a week in April. The house is wonderful. It is large, open and bright. The home is very clean, and appears to be fairly new. The living area has large seating area with comfortable couches. The kitchen is appointed with everything you need to cook large meals. There is a nice propane BBQ in the backyard. The garage is large enough for two vehicles. I work remotely, and the WIFI worked great with no issues. I am a Utah resident, and I love Kanab. It is a gem of a town, with amazing outdoor activities and great restaurants! I highly recommend Sego Restaurant and Escobars. I will be visiting again and again....

we rented this house to visit the Bryce and Zion. The house was great! The only issue we had was the neighbors goats. Our dog would not go outside in the fenced backyard 🙄�, which one if the reasons for selecting the house.

Geat home and location. All the comforts of home and a great back yard for the dogs too.

Perfect accommodations for 4 adults and 2kids. Great kitchen. Lovely yard. Easy access to hikes and fun spots for kids.

Went to Kanab to adopt a dog! This home was perfect with the large backyard to do meet and greet with our other dog. Beautiful and clean home with great amenities. Will be back to do sightseeing in the area and would definitely stay here again

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is new and beautifully decorated. All the bedrooms and the common areas are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware and very spacious. Although it’s not within walking distance of town it’s only a few minutes away by car. We visit Kanab twice a year to volunteer at Best Friends Animal Society and plan to stay in this house again.
