All 12 of us fit comfortably in this home! We loved the pool and walk ability of the neighborhood. Home was just as listed. Had to send followup messages to property manager to receive responses, but she responded and was easy to work with! Had a great stay

The listing was as described and the owner quick to provide information as needed. The location was super convenient with easy access to major travel routes. The home was spacious for our party of nine. The individual air conditioning control for each bedroom was a definite plus.

This is a very nice house with a great pool and location for everything we wanted to do in San Diego. I would give everyone a quick warning; there are a lot of steps so if you have anyone who has trouble navigating stairs, I would look elsewhere. We did have a slight issue with the plumbing, but the property owner was able to resolve it very very quickly. The views from the upper roof are amazing, especially at Sunset.

Great Location, Great views specially for the 4th of July. We did not have to leave the property because from the roof top we could watch all the 4 point the fire works were fired from. Just an amazing experience overall. 100% recommend renting this place and I will try to rent it again when I am back in San Diego.

We had family in from the east coast and Texas for a retirement ceremony. We rented 3 properties in total but hung out at this property the majority of the time, grilling and at the pool. Walking distance to old Town, crib for the babies and other accessories for the kiddos. We had a great time even though sunny San Diego wasn’t so sunny for our stay lol. First week of June 2024.

I stayed here with a group of 12 friends. The host was very prompt with communication prior to booking and arrival about the check-in process. The property was great, it had everything we needed for our stay. The pool/rooftop area was awesome. Definitely recommend this house if you're staying with a larger group. Thanks!

We had a great 3 night stay celebrating our dear friend’s bachelorette party. Here are the pros and cons -
Pros:
- Very comfy beds
- Pool is quite large and hot tub heats up fast
- Having 4 bathrooms and 4 showers was great for our group of 12
- Lots of hot water, even with 12 of us showering!
- Good location close to old town and quick rides to the airport, Little Italy, and Pacific Beach
Cons:
- I agree with some of the other reviews saying the house could use a deep clean. The outdoor furniture especially.
- The wifi signal was very weak in most of the house.
- The freeway noise was fine in the pool and most of the rooms except for the two king bedded rooms which face I-5 and the upper roof deck. It was quite loud in those 3 spaces.
- Lacking basics like aluminum foil and body wash. Needed a few more bath towels.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space for the whole group.

Great setting for the whole family. The location was ideal ofr us, centrally located for what we had planned during our stay. My husband and I ran every morning on nearby Sunset Blvd, it was safe and comfortable. House and pool were great for the kids. Everyone slept well in comfortable beds. Rooftop is nice to watch the kids swim from, or the planes from the airport. Train can sometimes be loud at night but nothing that ruined our experience of our trip/stay.

Loved the house. Plenty of room for all of us. The backyard and rooftop were amazing!! Lots of stairs so a little harder for the older people. Overall had a great experience. Ali is easy to contact and very responsive.

Privileged location, everything 10-15 minutes out. Property has everything you need in the kitchen, big bedrooms. We were all comfortable and Ali was very attentive all the time.

This house was perfectly located in the middle of all the go to sections of San Diego. Easy to get to Gas Lamp and Old Town.

We stayed here for a bachelorette and had more room and space than we expected! The rooftop area was our favorite part. We had all the amenities we needed and the location to all areas of SD was so convenient. The host was super quick to respond to concerns and questions too. We’d recommend this place to anyone!

On the day we arrived we found there were bugs in the bed. Luckily they weren't bedbugs but we were unable to contact the property manager until the next day and they sent cleaners to remove the bugs and wash the sheets. VRBO was also not very helpful and did not offer a refund or discount for this issue. Many sheets and pillows were also stained. In addition, the house has a lot of alarms that go off in the house, there was an alarm that kept going off at 7AM despite being unplugged. Also more instruction on how to leave the house and not set off the alarm would be helpful as several guests triggered the alarm while leaving in the early morning or later at night, waking many people. Location was convenient and street parking is available nearby. Overall would not recommend.

I was surprised by how spacious the bedrooms were. Everybody had a really good amount of personal space. The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice also. We did have a noise complaint one night for being on the rooftop but I didn’t think we were being too loud. So I would be careful next time on noise.

Stayed here with six adults and four children. Enough room for everyone and so close to everything! We enjoyed the pool area, outdoor dining area, and especially the rooftop terrace. Ali was a great host! Would definitely recommend!

This house has a great location with a rooftop view that overlooks the airport. This was perfect for our family of 9.

The place surpass expectations. The outside pool and upper deck overlooking the city and airport provided entertainment and evening relaxation. The added touches of providing detergent, soaps, beach chairs and towels was extremely wonderful for out of town family.
We enjoyed walking to Old Town, and even enjoyed city park in the area.
Our daughters living in Encinitas and Clairemont were able to commute easily to join the rest of family for activities. It was close to the airport which made arrival and departure easy for family.

The unit was great for our family (3 kids + 6 adults). Great location to get to many of the sites throughout San Diego. The pictures looks really great, but the place is a little run down and could use a solid deep clean. The fridge was a little dirty, some of the shower heads, and sinks had some heavy lime build up which caused them to have low pressure, or spray a little odd. The dishwasher rack was broken so you had to be careful loading and unloading. Again it was fine for our family, but the pictures certainly look a little nicer than the actual space was.

This was a perfect home for our large family gathering. Each level offered privacy and comfort. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and the roof top lounge was the cherry on top!! The location is perfect for wherever you want to go. Access was easy. I highly recommend this home for an easy San Diego experience

Four of us attended a conference at the San Diego Convention Center. This was the perfect place for us to relax, enjoy meals, and even have other coworkers attending over for dinner. This is an outstanding property, and I will for sure try to reserve again when in the area!

Very nice property and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a 6 night stay for a family of 6. This location could not have been better for all the things we wanted and ended up doing. 10-15 minutes tops everywhere we wanted to go. If I ever came back to San Diego with friends or family, I would hope to get this property again.

We had an awesome time staying at this house for a girls trip weekend. Lots of bedroom and bathroom space to spread out. Any issues were easy to communicate - super fast responses. The location is awesome - Ubers were super easy to get and cheap. The pool and top deck were great communal locations - make sure you make it up top for a sunset!

Wow. What a great fun house. The roof top is to die for. What an amazing view. This house is close to everything. Even though you can see freeway, you don’t hear anything inside the house. Don’t even need a car. It’s very close to downtown Gaslamp District, Convention center, and airport. We rented a car and returned it next day because it was easier to Uber. Definitely will stay here again. Highly recommend

My family and i stayed at this house just after thanksgiving and it was amazing. Beautiful views from two master suites and incredible roof top deck where hung out to watch sunset. . Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. House was very clean and well put together. It was close to everything we wanted to see in San Diego. And ali was a great host and gave some amazing restaurant suggestions . . Highly recommend this house.

The location was perfect for our group. The host was quick to respond. We had some minor challenges such as a broken coffee pot, but overall we were very pleased with the place.

We needed a house for 12 people, so size-wise this place was good. We enjoyed the rooftop but some of the chairs were broken so not everyone had a seat. We were mostly disappointed with how dirty the house was (dust everywhere, hair/stains in the beds, stains on the walls, etc) but we didn’t spend too much time at the house anyway, so it was livable for the short weekend. The property is secure, but I did have a package delivered that was stolen almost immediately after being delivered (the mailbox is broken). Ali was nice and easy to communicate with.

Was able to get a big group of my best friends and family out for a memorable and enjoyable weekend. Favorite feature of the place was the roof!
We enjoyed the house as well and we’re able to have a great centralized location in San Diego to go out and enjoy the local experiences.

The house has a great central location to San Diego. The only down side was that there was no washer/dryer present on the property and the hot tub did not work. We were told to text someone to turn it on but they often times would not respond.
Everything else was great.
