Bare bones, but you get what you pay for I guess. There were no blankets to use while sitting on the couch. The Wi-Fi was pretty slow. And if something else was plugged into an outlet, if you plugged something else in it didn't work.

I couldn't get the door to open and had a hard time communicating with VBRO. But it was Nice spot for in town.

It was comfortable. However Internet was poor, could not use tablets, very slow. Front entry deadbolt was messed up, very difficult getting in, code did not work had to call for assistance and open lock box for key that was very hard to use as well. Glass slider track needs attention cleaning and waxing so door will open easier. A few cob webs high on window walls, otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed it, and all the nearby trails we took advantage of.

Good location and okay communication with property management company (Vacasa), Property management didnt appear to be familiar with the property. Site could use maintenance and upkeep (such as light bulbs burned out in common areas and replenishment of housewares in kitchen). Site could use more safety lighting around the parking lot as well.

This is our second time at this location. The views and access to everything in town are unbeatable.

The view across the street to the bay is pretty. Quiet. Easy walk to restaurants.

The electronic lock on the door was not working. Fortunately the housekeeping staff was there to help us; she had put a new battery in the lock just that day. It was not responding to our code nor to the housekeeper's code. We called Vacasa, who left me on hold for twenty minutes; when a person finally answered she glibly told me that my code wouldn't work because it wasn't check in time yet.
SO: as a customer, I am expected to wait until housekeeping leaves to access a lock that I already know isn't working even for employees? If I had been a complete imbecile I could've followed this advice and not gotten into the room at all. At six o'clock, we got a text message from Vacasa asking: "did you get in?"
Fortunately the housekeeping staff took extra time at the end of her day to call her supervisor and access the key box so we could use an old fashioned key. Even with a regular key the lock was hard to use; I noted that the door and frame were in poor condition and the deadbolt housing protruded from the door itself. My wife was very upset by this and suffered a severe attack of Crohn's disease immediately after this occurred, resulting in a less than satisfactory experience.
I am totally dissatisfied with Vacasa and their lack of responsiveness to this situation. TEXTING did not solve ANYTHING here and the phone employee's indifferently obtuse response was offensive and insulting to my intelligence.

This place was cute, kind of an odd arrangement but worked out well with a lovely view of the beach and walkable from everything in town plus a super short drive from Cape Perpetua!
The downstairs could use some touching up though, the paint needs to be redone, the window sill is sloped, the ceiling fan could use cleaning, and some other aspects that could use some attention.
The bed was very comfortable and it has an excellent shower head for high pressure water. It comes with a Keurig, coffee machine, and pour over but remember to bring coffee and cream! Also, if you decide to cook I would bring spices and things with you. Once made, you can enjoy your coffee or meal out on the patio with a view! Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Loved the view and the stocked kitchen...decent beds...could use some maintenance and and simple replacements like broken lamps, shades, broken fan/light ect. As well as more clear check in instructions and general instrustions. Also some better window coverings to block out light would be great. It's got potential.

Location, location, location!! Close to 804 walking trail, restaurants, coffee & local brewery. Having the large balcony and gorgeous ocean view was a highlight of our stay. The pictures of the loft and all of it's amenities are as described. The loft was a great place to stay and being dog friendly was a plus! We will be back for sure!!

A couple of the rooms don’t have names or room numbers. This makes the check in process confusing. There’s no office or support at the site so no support except by phone. Someone walked into my room multiple times looking for the office which was scary and we left a day early. People kept knocking on our door thinking it was the office.

It’s hard to find an affordable place to stay these days with all of the extra fees that get tacked on. This place was a fair price and an adequate place to stay. The view and location can’t be beat. The interior was a bit shabby but it met our needs, and we were stoked to have a kitchen and a deck. The bed was comfortable, everything worked well. We will definitely be back.

My friend and I enjoyed staying at this little condo which was very close to the beach, stores & restaurants. It is also recessed from Hwy 101 so you don’t hear a lot of road noise at night which was really great. Amenities were just right for what we needed but we both suggest that the bottom floor needs a refresher on the paint & so do the cabinets in the kitchen.

I love this location for a get away with someone or alone. This has everything you need. Love the wood floors and stocked kitchen. Bring your own spices and oils. Or there are great restaurants around. There is a Keurig, drop coffee pot or pour over coffee. Great view from the couch

We had trouble getting into the room (code was wrong), but Vacasa promptly answered and gave us a code that worked. Sometimes it would be nice to contact the property owner directly. We wanted to know if there would be fire wood and had to buy some before heading to the coast. There was a Duraflame log left there for us to use. Overall, it will be on my future list of places to stay. I do recommend bringing some extra wood if it's cold and rainy out.

Great location to just wander around through the town of yachats. Right by the ocean. You can eat breakfast and watch the waves.
Just a small walk from the beaches and plenty of great food nearby.

Nice and easy check-in and upon arrival, found it to be spotlessly clean. The location is very pretty with a nice view of the water. Plenty of places to explore. The ceiling fan wouldn't turn off and the dear girl that worked there tried her best to help. The switch did not work. There was also a problem with privacy since the glass sliding door has no curtains to speak of. Case in point: our first morning, we had opened the glass sliding door to let in a little sea breeze and were just sitting down to breakfast in our pajamas (which is nice to do when you're on vacation) and a couple came up the side stairs and entered into our suite! They realized their mistake when they saw us sitting there in our pajamas. They apologized of course, but said, "We figured this was the office since there were no curtains in the window, so we thought we'd pop in and see about getting a room." So there you go. You really need to give your guests some privacy by having some curtains or drapes on that sliding door! Also....the overhead light in the kitchen? Wow! Needs replaced SO badly! Went to do the dishes that night and flipped on the light and we'd have to say that the nightlight in the bathroom is brighter than the overhead light in the kitchen! Had to unplug the tall lamp in the living area and plug it into an outlet in the kitchen to be able to see to do dishes. Either your ballast is going out, or those fluorescent bulbs are super old. Other than having our privacy disturbed because of lack of curtains plus the lighting in the kitchen, it was otherwise a nice place. The girl you have working there (the one with the dog) is a VERY nice and helpful young lady!

This was a vacation for the books, such an easy process to get in, amazing views, chill enviorment but I will say, place needs some love. Being a huge plant lady and Realtor for the past 15 years, I was so disappointed that all the flower pots were dead, door handle barely worked on the slider, kitchen lights didn't work(bulbs out), kept having to take the tank lid off the toilet to fix it(too long of a chain was all). But, for the amount we paid for a week and half stay, compared to what friends paid for a whole house on the beach, our price seemed steep. I just figured things were little more maintained. I don't want to sound all negative, the space did what we needed and it was so smooth with Vacasa. So it was both give and take, gorgeous views, walking distance to everything . It was great, just a little maintenance and it will be perfect! Thank you for the memories!

Perfect location! Beautiful property!
This property could not have been better! My husband and I were on vacation from Montana with our one year old son. When we arrived to the cottage, we immediately noticed how perfect the location was and how adorable it was! The property manager had already texted me the entry key and all the info we would need to access our suite.
Upon entering, we were so impressed with how open the floor plan was and how cute the decor was! Everything was perfectly clean too! The kitchen had everything you needed, including a full bowl of Keurig Coffee, which was very nice to drink on the private deck watching the tide come and go. The location was absolutely perfect. We walked to dinner and you could even walk to the beach and shops.
The young woman we saw there daily was extremely friendly and informative of any questions we had during our stay.
This cottage exceeded our expectations and we would 100% recommend this to anyone!

Favorite spot!
This was the second time my partner and I have stayed in the Oceanview Loft. It's a wonderful space! Great to have a kitchen and good space to hang out in. The view is beautiful (and they've added some new deck furniture that's in better shape) and it's an easy walk to the beach and the fun stuff in Yachats. Also, the shower has fantastic water pressure!

Amazing view
Wonderful location in town and an amazing view of the Yachats River mouth and the ocean. Lots of windows so that the condo is filled with light even on a gray winter day. The kitchen was sparsely supplied and there were only 3 hangers in the closet. We had to go out and buy salt, wine glasses, and a vinyl tablecloth as there were no placemats to protect the wooden table. But other than that it was clean and had plenty of fluffy new towels and warm blankets. We had a problem with the tv that the housekeeper Tiffany kindly resolved for us. We had a nice time overall and will return.

Clean and presentable but...
The Ocean View "Loft" is appropriately furnished and has a nice view of the ocean and river estuary. It also has a ceiling fan that creates an unpleasant breeze over the dining table. The fan cannot be turned off. Sitting at the dining table — the only place to sit in an upright chair to use a computer — was not enjoyable. My messages to Vacasa were promptly answered, but the problem was not addressed and continued throughout my stay.
