Questo condominio al 2 ° piano con vista sull'oceano a Las Mananitas si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. I loved both the condo and the complex. The listing on VRBO was 100% accurate and the ocean view was a daily pleasure. The condo is spacious and very well equipped in every way. Highly recommend.
I’d like to suggest that manager give more detail about specific location of unit. I wandered around the complex for more than a half hour trying to find it. The staff is lovely, but I don’t speak Spanish and they spoke little English. It was frustrating

We came here with friends to celebrate my retirement at the end of March. The views are amazing from balcony and pool area. So quiet and peaceful. Lots of whale watching had by all. Thank you and hope to return to this beautiful condo or surrounding area.

Unit was roomy with large view balcony, perfect for our family of four. Pool areas were very nice, but one hot tub was out of service and another not very hot, making the “hot” one pretty crowded. Great location, walkable to grocery stores and restaurants. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed Las Mananitas! The condo was perfect since we did some of our own cooking. We were here for treatments for my son at StemAid where each day he was picked up and I could work from the condo.

Very comfortable accommodations, nice view of the ocean from the condo and convenient location. Most of the tour operators we booked with came to the main gate to pick us up or we met in a very close location. Convenient to the Big grocery/everything you might need store, La Comer. Great to be able to walk out to the beach from the condo. Nice pools also.

The Unit has recently been remodeled and is beautiful. The property is also beautiful. However, it's not ideal for families as there many many rules (no balls in the pool), and although quiet hours are supposed to be from 10 pm - 8 am, we were asked to leave the pool area at 2 pm for being too loud. The security guards were very nice, and apologetic, but they were pressured by the older owners of units who want it be quiet all day, and who don't want renters. We were harassed by one woman who sat on her balcony, watched us with her binoculars (looking for rule violations) and flipped us off when with our children standing there. The Director of the HOA told us that it was supposed to be a place for "quiet contemplation." Had it been advertised that way, we never would have booked it. We were in no way obnoxious or excessively loud, and our kids were very respectful. But our kids are kids. This is not a kid friendly environment.

This place was in an excellent location for everything. Bus to Cabo, bus to San Jose, grocery store, etc. The security were friendly and on top of everything. The only thing we didn’t care for was every morning the grounds staff would have their break outside in the lot below the second bedroom, talking constantly between 8:30 and 9. Maybe they could be farther up by the garages? The condo was equipped with all the amenities. Definitely a place we would book again

Beautiful and relaxing Cabo vacation
Las Mananitas is a very quiet and peaceful property. It is in a great location with a grocery store and local restaurants within walking distance. Kelly is an incredible host and extremely accommodating. We had a wonderful time.

Nice and quiet. Close to exit, so it makes it quick to get to grocery stores/restaurants. It is very close to beach/views of ocean/beach.

Check in was easy, security was good Gym and tennis was great as was beach access We had a sink leak (which happens) and it was taken care of same day Location is great for walking to grocery store and restaurants We would definitely stay again

Great place!
My wife and I needed a little escape and found Kelly’s place on VRBO. What a gem. The unit unit is impeccably decorated, beds are firm, water pressure is solid. The complex in general is great for adults, seniors and younger kids. I suspect my teenagers might have been a little bit bored given the summer sea was really too rough to swim. Highly recommend Kelly and the unit. We will definitely be back.

The perfect, quiet condo!
My 3 sisters & I all wanted a quiet place to unwind after a stressful winter. This place was absolutely PERFECT!! A gated condo complex that provides security & any assistance needed. The gardens & swimming pools are beautiful & well maintained. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, & shopping. The map that VRBO provided about the location was wrong but that's my only complaint. The map had the condo located at the SE end of Zona Hotelera, near the estuary. The condo is far down on the opposite side. Not a big deal by any means. Everyone we met, from the owner to the security guards, were friendly & so very helpful!! We loved our stay there & hope to come back SOON!! Many thanks from the Leonhardy family.

Great condo in a convenient location
We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the convenience of the condo location. The condo also has a lot of amenities with appliances, beach towels and chairs which makes the stay feel like home. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Vacation!
Property was better than described! Is pristine, convenient to all areas, peaceful. Loved the workout facilities and multiple pools! Unit had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time away. Was surprised by how clean and prepared the facilities and locals are by catering to tourists during Covid. Glad we ventured out & enjoyed all the great restaurants and activities! We're now home, healthy and more relaxed.

Baja paradise
This is our 4th year at the Las Mananitas complex. We love the suites, grounds and the amenities. The security is great. Kelly’s unit is awesome. Just off the main building but still with an ocean view. Very quiet location and has a small pool/lounge area that is basically for the six units in your wing. Huge pools, hot tubs and bbq areas for use as well. And steps from the ocean! Unit was clean and nicely renovated. Less dry good groceries than some other units but not a big deal. Beach chairs, lunch coolers and a few toys etc available which is always appreciated. Kelly responded super quick to our email regarding some burnt out lightbulbs and they were replaced by the time we got back from the beach! We always rent a car and drive up and down the coastlines. Lots of amazing swimming and snorkelling beaches close by. La playa Palmilla is a five minute drive. And Chilena, and Santa Maria beaches are closer to Cabo but worth visiting as well. Saw so many whales from the beach this year... also recommend the ziplining at Costa Azul (10 min away and they will pick you up) and the horse back riding at Bonanza (in Holiday in parking lot) Overall another great experience in San Jose!

We will be back
This place exceeded all of our expectations! It was a great place to stay; Clean, safe, convenient, gorgeous, relaxing and quiet. It would have been nice to have instructions on how to FIND the unit. There was no mention of if or where an office might be to help out when we got there. Se we spend about 30 minutes hauling our bags around trying to find the condo. Also could have used more than one wash cloth for the unit and maybe a few more large mixing bowls. Other than that the place was well stocked and we felt like we had everything we needed.

Loved the condo and the location
Loved our stay. Check in was seamless. Excellent layout to the condo. Very quiet. Beautiful ocean view from the deck. Good fitness facility with cardio, weights and tennis/B-ball court. The groundskeeping and security staff are always buzzing away. A short walk to either the beach or any of the pools in the complex. Located a short walk to shopping and restaurants, or a short cab/Uber ride into old town. Great beach walk down to Zippers, though be careful of staying too close to the shoreline on bigger wave days.

Fantastic stay
We loved Las Maninatas. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable and the property perfectly located. The beach and pools were beautiful and the host very accommodating and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful resort. Nice condo
I liked that it was within walking distance of anything that you would want. Nice building in that it was quiet. The 4 pools gave you nice options. Liked that there was basketball, tennis, putt putt golf, and work out room.
-the door knob would keep coming off in your hands. It had not been fixed from the previous renter
-TV did not work
-dangerous to swim in the ocean at this beach, but beautiful beaches at Santa Maria and Chilian-but you need a car to get there.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and very well taken care of. Very quiet!
We had a fabulous time during our stay. Kelly’s condo is very private with a spacious balcony with beautiful view. The unit is supplied with everything you may need for a very comfortable stay. Beautifully decorated, clean, perfect for a family of five, like ours is. A true home away from home. There are several barbecues on the property - always clean, easy to access, with good instructions! Swimming pools and jacuzzis have great views of the Sea of Cortez and are never crowded (maybe one or two more families present, if that). Theoretically, the ocean water outside the property is not swimmable, but we did a lot of body surfing and wave crashing in the warm ocean water without any issues. Just stay close to the beach.

Clean, roomy, and great location.
The accommodations were great. Very safe and quiet complex. The location was perfect for us. We were there for the Ironman and it was right by the finish. A plus was having the grocery store and Starbucks conveniently across the street.

The condo was nice and we could see the Sea from our balcony. The best part was the balcony
Very quiet area, except for the air planes going and coming over head all afternoon, but never at night. Disappointing you can't swim in the sea here because of the undertow. You almost have to rent a car in this location. No way to get information on the bus system. Very conveniently located within walking distance of a very nice grocery/super store.
Some of the staples are missing could have used a few more butter knives and more wash cloths.

Perfect!
Our stay at Las Mananitas was perfect! The condo is very comfortable and clean, the view of the ocean is relaxing and having the grocery store across the street makes it convienent. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing Condo
Such an amazing stay in a beautiful condo! The Las Mananitas complex is great with multiple pools and hot tubs. Right on the beach and close to everything. No car needed. I look forward to visiting again very soon!!

Las Mananitas is perfect!
We really enjoyed our holiday. This property is by far the best in San Jose. It's immaculately kept, very safe and ideally located - right on the beach, yet close to all amenities. We were expecting bigger crowds over the holidays, but it was very peaceful. This condo is spacious with plenty of room for our family of four. Highly recommended.

Fabulous condo!
We spent Christmas week in Las Mananitas and had a great time.
The condo is wonderful. Very spacious, well outfitted and furnished.
Couldn't ask for a better location. The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants and directly across the street from a large grocery store and Starbucks.
The owner (Kelly) was excellent to deal with. Any questions or emails were responded to almost immediately!
I would definitely recommend this property

As advertised!
Really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were exactly as advertised and the facility was excellent. Particularly appreciated the tennis, workout room (with an outdoor exercise area) and the salt water pool. Location is central - right across the street from the grocery store and excellent restaurants nearby. For you ocean-lovers, the beach is not a swimming beach.
