Great spot not too far from town and far enough if that makes sense. Had a great time in the condo perfect place. After a few changes of nights and number of people and check in and check out times, thank you to the owners for accommodating us.

Good location & style of condo . I’ve never commented before on issues but : we own a vacation rental too .
Get those carpets cleaned or better yet replaced They’ve quite bad . And little things but in both bathrooms the hand soap had 2 drops of soap . We filled up , they’re quite old & easy cheap to buy new ones . Everything else was great

We loved this location because you can walk everywhere. It might be a half mile but very doable. Beautiful surroundings. Many restaurants to choose from. Many hikes nearby!

We traveled to Idaho for our niece’s wedding. It was a wonderful trip! The condo was perfect for my husband, me and our 3 grown children (plus our son-in- law). We loved everything about Idaho, including where we stayed!

Awesome location close to Baldy Mountain. Easily walk to base of Mountain for our hiking. Also close to town so walked to restaurants and shopping. Condo fit our group of 7 well with plenty of space. Clean and easy check in/check out process. Well stocked kitchen.

Got lucky to have 10" of new snow while we were there. We walked to the end of the property and skied through the parking lot almost to the entrance of Sun Valley River Run!
The kitchen was well stocked. Had all the spices, pots/pans and utensils we needed.
Hot tub felt great after the days spend snow shoeing, cross country skiing, and downhill skiing,
Walk into town was a breeze.
Loved the fireplace and nice comforters on the bed.
Easily accommodated our party of 7.

We had a great stay and the condo! Very comfortable for our group. Excellent, open living area on the main floor. Nice kitchen appliances and very comfortable beds. The condo complex was quiet and there was plenty of parking too!
It is an upstairs unit- just an FYI and also the heating situation was a little tricky to figure out- but once we knew what we were doing, it was great.
Doug was very responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend to friends and family!

Perfect for a family ski trip with 4 adults given the separate sleeping spaces. Walkable to the lifts in street shoes and Main Street for dinner. Large outdoor hot tub that didn’t ever feel too crowded even for a complex that size. The owner was very accommodating when we had to make a date change far enough out.

This property is as described. Great location - it is a short walk to restaurants and slopes. Well stocked kitchen with a good layout. Note the open loft bedroom as that room will get noise from the kitchen/family room. Nice condo given the close location to everything.

Have stayed in many condos but this place is first class. Towels fluffy, beds and bedding very comfortable, extra towels for hot tub. Reported a broken corkscrew and withing 2 hours a new one was on the doorstep. First class service. Highly recommended.

We had a party of 7 adults and 1 child. The condo was clean and very comfortable and fit all of us with no problem. It was conveniently located and walking distance to baldy. It had everything we needed. I would highly recommend.

This Vrbo was very impressive and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked so you only had to buy groceries you needed. I would not say it is not a true 4 bedroom. There are two bedrooms on the lower level, and then in the loft/upper level, there is an open space with a bed and a room only separated from the open loft by a door that is completely see-through. Okay if privacy is not an issue for your group.
Although this was not an issue for our group, it is worth noting that this listing is not accessible. You have to climb a flight of outdoor stairs to access the property.

The property is located towards the back of the condo complex which makes it quiet for a good nights sleep. It is within walking distance (10 minutes) of great places to eat, the grocery store, and shops.
The condo itself is spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you may need. Beds are comfortable and clean, but if you sleep hot the down comforters are a bit much.
When we were cleaning to leave my mom’s pillow ended up in the pile of sheets. I contacted Doug and he was great to work with to send it back and paid the shipping.
Overall we were very pleased with the stay and would definitely book again when going to Ketchum.

We really liked all the beds and two full bathrooms without having to rent a much larger property. The kitchen is well furnished with appliances and utensils. The neighbors were all very quiet. Its a small walk from main street but a pleasant one. Would definitely stay again.

Our family group of six adults enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo. The location is great and we loved having access to the pool and jacuzzi. The upstairs rooms stayed a bit hot at night but we were there on an unusually hot weekend and you can’t control Mother Nature.

This place was the perfect location so easy to walk to the beautiful trails and to the local shops.
We walked to river run and did some hikes.
This place was perfect for everyone! Kids loved the pool and the hosts were so helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend staying here!

Our family visits Sun Valley every year and finding an affordable place that can accommodate our growing brood gets more and more difficult. We are so glad we found Doug and Catherine’s condo. There is plenty of space for 8 people to sleep and eat, and the location is pleasant and peaceful, within walking distance to downtown Ketchum. We hope to return again!

It was a great place to stay while in town for a conference. We were able to cook several meals and appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The condo is close to the access to the Wood River Trail.

We loved the close location of the property to restaurants, shopping and of course River Run. The condominium was beautifully decorated and such an cosy space to return to after a day’s skiing. It had everything we needed.

Nicely done 3 bedroom with one of those a loft space. Extra sleeping space in loft is tight. It’s appropriate for kids, but cramped if used for another adult.
We stayed with three adults in total and were very comfortable. Kitchen and common area was great for playing cards and watching tv.
We liked all our dining choices. Pioneer saloon, sawtooth club, la cabareta, and the wicked spud back in Hailey.
Our first trip to sun valley, and we loved the laid back atmosphere. Very unlike Vail or even Park City. Some steep pitches on the mountain!
