Location and beautiful view

We loved everything, spent 10 days on top of the mountains, quiet, isolated, lovely views, loved the barbeque and Skippy the dog. Been there with my family (parents, sisters, their partners, my son and my other half) and we will definitely come back. We loved the fact that we were able to rent the whole cabin which is well equipped and has a self contained one bedroom apartment at the top. Plenty of room to accommodate easily 12 people. Last day we got to meet the owners which were very welcoming and brought us home made blueberry and cranberry liquor, can't wait to taste them. My son fell in love with the beautiful stray dog that was at the cabin (Skippy) and he's now getting ready to move to England to live with my son and his partner. The owners were very helpful and I will recommend to anyone who'd like a nice quiet time with the family to take everyone and go to Mara in Mărișel, you'll not regret it. Would like to say a big thank you to the owners for everything.

There was nothing we didn't like.

An amazing place to come. We organized a team building here and we had an amazing time. Great views, awesome barbecue area, everything you need for 7-8 people to work remotely.

The house is perfect for a large group, with all the facilities needed for self catering. The living room is large, with a big table and couch, the kitchen fully equiped with dishwashing machine. There is a bathroom for aproximately every 2 rooms, but the attic appartment has its own bathroom. The bed matresses arecomfortable, and each room has all you need. In summertime the garden is full with blueberries. The owners are friendly and welcoming and can help you with anything you need. Of course the village and the whole area is gorgeous, full of beautiful views and plenty of fresh air. We had a great stay, thank you!

There isn't anything I didn't like

The house seemed to be brand new, modern with small beautiful natural earthy design. It had all the kitchen amenities and even a dish washing machine. In front there were several becycles you could use to ride around and in the back there was a realy large barbeque grill where we could put all our food at once. We also received great tips from the owner where to eat and what to visit. Overall this place was perfect for our small family reunion.

The only things we struggled with was the fact that we were not ale to find the washing machine start button so we had to call the owner to help us out. And second small issue was to figure out how to hang the grill on the support as all the chains were detached but the picture on the booking site helped us to figure that out :) Also with us there was a child so it could have been fun to have a swing or something to play outside. This is not a complain but just a suggestion :)
