Wonderful stay, met all expectations

We had a fantastic stay in Sonoma! Our host, Kathleen has created a quaint and serene atmosphere in this rental property. It was so comfortable and located on a gorgeous vineyard. We loved the views and the hot tub was amazing. It was centrally located so easy to get to the plaza and enjoy wine tasting and lovely meals. We would love to come back soon!

Wonderful, peaceful

The cottage was adorable and very private on a small vineyard. Very well decorated and maintained. We used the hot tub both nights after wine tasting. All as advertised and actually excreted our expectations. Would return for sure. Also downloaded a Tale of Two Cities Sonoma and Napa that was in the cottage. It was a great read after learning the history of Sonoma from the wineries. Loved it all !!

Excellent location, extremely clean and well cared for cottage with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The owners are very easy to communicate with and have a great process. The hot tub was a bonus. We had a great time.

Kathleen’s place is the perfect romantic getaway, and we really enjoyed celebrating our 15 year anniversary at her cute cottage. The description is perfect for this great place, and certainly exceeded our expectations! It made our first trip to wine country memorable, and we’re already planning when we can visit again! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well appointed. My husband and I both noticed how comfortable the bed was on night one! We really enjoyed the feel of staying in a vineyard as well as the fountain just outside the front door. We are early risers and spent most mornings with our coffee watching the sun come up over the vineyard. Kathleen really has thought of nearly everything to make it a home away from home.

Beautiful accommodations, very comfortable bed. Short drive to Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley vineyards. Excellent host. Just a fun place!

My husband and I had absolutely the best time staying at the Farmhouse Inn!!! Beautiful surroundings (you literally get to stay in a small vineyard!!), great location to all of the wineries and restaurants in the area, and wonderful accommodations!! Bed is super comfortable, hot tub is great for relaxing after a busy day, and the decor is perfect!! Everything you could need is provided. Great hosts and we will definitely be visiting again! :-)

This was truly a great vacation spot. Tucked off in a small vineyard, totally quiet and peaceful. The house was decorated with great taste and detail. Loved the back patio/spa area the most. Oh and I can't forget that great comfortable bed. I would recommend this to anyone and can't wait to do it again soon.

We loved staying at this cozy home for our wine tasting trip in the Sonoma area. This was the perfect place to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The home had everything you would need for a vacation. Kathleen had a bottle of wine waiting as welcome gift. The bed was very comfortable, and we put the hot tub to use many times. We found the home to be very private and comfortable. We will be back again if we visit wine country.

The property was exactly as represented in the owners video. The place was neat as a pin and had all the amenities that we needed. The be was very good and the shower was as well. Enjoyed the wine on arrival. I have been to approximately 20 VRBO properties before that this is certainly in the top five. Will go back if we get a chance.

We love wine, and wanted to be near multiple wineries, while also feeling like we were in one. This little cabin that opens up to rows of vines and olive trees was perfect. It was very quiet and peaceful as well.

Nestled in the heart of Sonoma, it was the perfect base to explore the region's renowned wineries and charming local shops. Yet, it provided the seclusion we craved. The host was remarkably responsive and helpful, which contributed significantly to our enjoyable stay. Every detail was taken care of, and it was evident that guest satisfaction was a priority. All in all, this VRBO property has set the bar high for our future vacation rentals. It provided an unbeatable blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Sonoma, and can't wait to return in the near future.

The cottage was perfect for 2. Had all you may need to cook a meal though we didn’t. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

This place is really cute. It's on a small vineyard and there are other houses on the property but you really don't even notice they're there. It's very private and quiet. We were pleased to notice the house stocked with bottled water, coffee, and even a bottle of wine (I guess that's not all that surprising considering you're in wine country). We used the hot tub one night after a day of wine tasting. The bed was SUPER comfortable. One thing to be aware of... Internet is provided but it's through a cell-based hot-spot. If you're doing anything that requires high bandwidth, this could be challenging. That said, hopefully, you're going to visit Sonoma and disconnect, so this shouldn't be an issue. We would stay here again and recommend it.

This quaint bungalow, nestled among the Farmhouse Vineyards, is a great place for you and a loved one to launch your adventurous selves into the heart of Sonoma! Start your day off with breakfast at Picazo Cafe and a tour with Platypus Sonoma (James was the man as we visited Lasseter, Loxtón, Deerfield and Ty Caton) then dinner in at the Square and finish you evening soaking in the hot tub while staring at the stars! Cozy cottage in a quiet area. Owners were friendly and answered all questions. Everything is the cottage is in good working order. Bed is comfortable. Only thing we would have changed was the pillows on the bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay to the area!

Loved our stay at this cottage! Setting is very peaceful and quiet and the cottage is gorgeous - outfitted with everything you need, including a private patio with hot tub. The host Kathleen provided lovely personal touches - a bottle of wine and, because it was Easter, some lovely chocolates! I would highly recommend this place!

Nice private outdoor area with hot tub, very comfortable bed, nice, stocked kitchen - highly recommend - quiet road - easily accessible to the square. Fenced yard feels secure. Nice touch with coffee, 1/2 and 1/2, and CHOCOLATE! :)

Perfect size for 2, well designed, cute cozy hot tub, could’ve used a fire pit for the unseasonably cold, rainy weather. Otherwise nice but short stay!

What an adorable spot! Everything was even better than advertised.

Loved everything, lots of little extra touches (adorable decor) that make this rental stand out. Bottle of wine and chocolate upon our arrival. Lots of very clear directions and or helpful tips for everything in the cottage. The lovely private outside area and hot tub was the best!! Very comfortable bed, closets, dresser space, room heaters and much more! Even stocked kitchen with coffee items. Loved it, would highly recommend and would stay again!

Perfect location, close to the Sonoma plaza, wineries and hiking trails. The cottage was just perfect! Easy check in and out, spotless and extremely comfortable. Hot tub was terrific, would highly recommend.
