Ci prendiamo cura meticolosamente di questo condominio e lo arrediamo come faremmo a casa nostra, perché a noi piace stare qui a volte noi stessi.
La nostra unità è un condominio 2 bdrm completamente e magnificamente rinnovato in complesso tranquillo - pavimenti Pergo, piani in granito, cielo blu recentemente dipinto, pavimento del bagno con piastrelle nuove. È pieno di luce ed è tranquillo e confortevole.
Puoi attraversare la strada fino a Carpinteria Beach, una delle spiagge più belle e pulite della costa centro-meridionale.
Abbiamo una piscina riscaldata tutto l'anno in un complesso, bellissimo paesaggio, grill a gas, e il complesso è meticolosamente mantenuto.
Il rifugio della fauna selvatica è una breve passeggiata e ha birdwatching eccellente. Il rookery di foca è in fondo alla spiaggia. Delfini e balene nuotano al largo. Carpinteria è una graziosa cittadina sulla spiaggia con buoni ristoranti, negozi, parchi, negozi di artisti, negozi di antiquariato e strade fiancheggiate da palme.
Santa Barbara è di 15 minuti a Rt. 101, con molte attività e attrazioni per la famiglia: negozi; zoo; giardini Botanici; piste ciclabili; sport acquatici, museo d'arte, museo di storia naturale. Summerland è una grande città vicina per l'antiquariato e molte cantine si trovano nelle vicinanze.

I’ve stayed in all of the condo complexes now on Sandyland over the years and this unit and spot is now top of my list. The rental has everything you need and feels like a true home away from home. Love when the pantry has the essentials like oils, salt pepper spices etc. The unit feels well loved and taken care of. Walk everywhere. Pool was heated to perfection. And the beds were ultra comfortable. The host was super responsive and I know we’ll be back. My only tip would be to bring your own beach chairs and boogie boards. While the owner did provide them in the unit, the boards werent usable and the chairs were really well worn.

The place was perfect for your family. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed. It’s a very cute place. The pool was nice to have right outside our door. Having to only walk a block to the beach was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again.

We love staying here (our second time) and La Cabana is such a nice complex. So close to the beach, easy walk into town, just perfect all around. And the weather treated us well. This is a roomy 2 bedroom and plenty of space for a family of 5. Very light and airy, very well equipped. We hope to return. Thank you!

We absolutely loved this property! We’re hoping we’ll have another tournament here next year so we can stay here again. Very cute place. Super close to the beach. Walking distance to food and shops. The kids loved the pool. The host answered my questions very promptly and was very helpful. We had a great vacation!

This two bedroom condo is immaculate and the location is outstanding. There’s a lovely quiet pool right outside the front door and the beach is a one min walk away. You can also walk into town in five minutes and there’s lots of restaurants and little shops. We had a delicious dinner at Dom’s and went into Santa Barbara most days. I only wish I lived here!

We found the place to be clean, comfortable, well stocked and it had everything we needed for a great family vacation. It was convenient to be right across from the beach and so close to restaurants on Linden. The property manager was very responsive when I asked a question and check in was easy.

This is a great place for a family stay. It's a very spacious unit, very clean, light and airy. Very quiet complex, only a few steps away from the beach, and walking distance to many of the town shops and restaurants. With an off-street parking spot you might never need to move the car.Owner was very helpful and responsive. Would love to stay again!

This was our 2nd time visiting Carpinteria and staying @ this adorable beach apartment...and we'll probably book it again! Great location and so easy to walk to the beach and downtown area. We were here during Thanksgiving and the kitchen had ample supplies to cook a full Turkey Dinner and such comfortable beds to snooze in once the carb comatose set in! This place is great for a small family and has all the comforts you'd find at home!

Perfect Beach Vacay
The beach house is in the cutest area and the beach is not even a block away! The house itself is well taken care of- there wasn't anything lacking for our 3 night stay with our 2 year old. Loved that the place was family friendly- it came with a pack n play, beach towels, umbrella, chairs and sand toys. After a day @ the beach is was great to cool off in the pool which is right downstairs even with a shower for sandy flip flops! Major plus was the very comfortable king bed and so nice they had ceiling fans and floor fans in each room for when it got a little warm- but that evening beach breeze can't be beat! Communication was promt and Check-in/out was easy- never had to stress! We had such an enjoyable stay that we plan to book again!
