From arrival to departure, I can honestly say it was perfect. This is the 6th different place we have stayed with VRBO by far the best. We were there for four days over Thanksgiving and for the first time in years I had all my kids and grandkids together at one time,( ages 12-26) The house accommodated 11 of us comfortably and the kitchen was the most equipped I have ever stayed in. Perfect weather.

We really enjoyed staying here. Our wine club of 4 couples loved the location close to downtown AG and Edna Valley. Very comfortable well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Outstanding host and easy check in and out. Rooms and beds were comfortable with plenty of bathrooms. Loved the kitchen living and dining rooms. We would definitly stay here again.

We loved staying in your home. We have 4 children, 3 with spouses, and 2 grandchildren and all had a comfortable bed and a place to go for privacy or a quiet time in a busy weekend. We were there for the 4th child’s wedding, and the location was perfect to get all we needed and was close to the venue. There was also a stockpile of toys for the kids. The house had EVERYTHING we needed—including colored pencils and toothpicks! The house was clean and just as we expected. The oven did not work properly, but the host was eager to have it fixed and make it right. We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time in Arroyo Grande and especially in this home. The home had everything for cooking, playing games and relaxing. The outdoor space was very comfortable and beautiful. Very spacious home with room for everyone to spread out. The host was great as far as communication. Location was perfect.

The house layout allowed Family to be together or to have separate space as desired. One of the best equipped kitchens we have ever had. Love this place and will stay again.

We needed a large home to accommodate family for our daughter’s graduation from Cal Poly and this property was perfect! Very clean, comfortable and well thought out, with plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to downtown and the backyard was lovely. Would definitely come back!

Spacious for our large group. Very well stocked with a nice outdoor gather space, large eat out in area, living room and kitchen. Very clean! Definitely would recommend for a large ground or family and would stay again.

We enjoyed our time at this home. It had lots of spaces for our family of 5. Everyone was able to sprawl out. The kitchen had all that we needed. It was a perfect location…near markets etc, but away from the traffic! Thank you for wonderful stay!

Great family vacation
It was as advertised. Fully stocked, decorated nicely and a short drive to Grover, Pismo and Avila beaches. We really enjoyed our time there. It's described as "accessible" which is largely accurate. I was able to move around freely inside and outside the house in my wheelchair, which was really nice. The only downside was the master bathroom. I was unable to get into the shower and the using the toilet was problematic, as there were no rails to lift off of. It's important to note, though, that it was an issue only because I can neither stand nor walk. A person who isn't as limited as I wouldn't have a problem.

Wedding weekend
There were 10 adults and the house accommodated us nicely. Everyone had their own room. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this house.

Great location, just a few minutes from adorable downtown Arroyo Grande...easy travel between AG and SLO for grad weekend. Gorgeous Edna Valley wineries... House was spacious, with great backyard. really nice stay in AG

Relaxing and inviting
What a lovely and peaceful property - perfect for meals together or just hanging out. The kitchen was well appointed, and the outdoor space was beautiful as well. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Beautiful House, Great Location
If you are a group of 5 or more looking for a house in the Arroyo Grandy - 5 Cities - area, look no further. This house is 'homey' and very well equipped. The kitchen is very well stocked with coffee, spices condiments and all cooking tools you could need!
The owners were kind and extremely responsive! All in all, this is an outstanding VRBO rental!

I am so glad we rented this property. We had 11 people (kids and adults) and the property was beautiful and well maintained. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was large and able to accommodate our needs. There was plenty of rooms for everyone and the kitchen table was a great place for games. Thanks so much! This was a memorable weekend!

Perfect for family gathering
The house is clean, bright, with lots of sleeping options and pleasant places to sit and read or relax. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is great--we walked into town one day for an afternoon of wine-tasting. Overall, lovely and comfortable!

Great location for wine tasting
This house was wonderful. It is very spacious and will accomodate a lot of people without feeling cramped. The back yard was lovely and there are a lot of birds that visited. The kitchen was well appointed. We chose this location so we could easily go wine tasting in Santa Ynez, Arroyo Grande and Paso Robles. All were within an hour's drive. The owner was very responsive to any messages and was very easy to work with. All of us agreed that we would be happy to stay there again.

Family Getaway
The home was beautiful. There was enough space for our entire family to spread out. The table was large enough to accommodate our family. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. Great location. We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely home for large family get together
This is a beautiful home with many nooks and crannies and is well set up for a large family. There was plenty of room at the dining table for a family dinner and many private spaces where younger people could hang-out. My daughter very much appreciated the piano - and that the piano bench contained music. The house is well set up and the kitchen contained plenty of the "extras" (e.g., vinegar, mustard, coffee filters) that one sometimes needs to run out and purchase with a house rental.

Well maintained property apt for big family reunion
We spent Christmas week with my family and it was a great stay. House is ample enough so people don't get in each other's way, and has all the amenities. We loved the location and would definitely go back.

Great House
Our family enjoyed our weekend. The house was spacious, bedrooms were roomy, and the kitchen was large enough for several cooks to prepare a family dinner and two breakfasts. There were 14 of us. My son plays piano, so that was a nice extra touch. Thank you for sharing this lovely property.

staff retreat - 5 stars!!
Beautiful home. 8 beds slept 10 people very comfortably. There is also the worlds most comfy couch in the living room if someone wishes to sleep there. It was a great location, 10 min from Pismo Beach and SLO! Beautiful weather as well. No A/C, however the windows provided great air circulation. Appliances are great as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying here in the future, including myself again!

Beautiful home!
The place was beautiful, plenty of space and room for everyone. Laundry detergent were available, as well as plenty of towels. Room by the laundry room seem to have a bit of an ant issue, but host was very good with communication and exterminators have been called. No other issues besides that. Our stay was pleasant and very comfortable! Would def stay again!

Beautiful home, great place for a group gathering
We came to visit with family that lives locally and needed a place that allowed us to be together comfortably. This house was perfect!
The large kitchen and open living room allowed us to cook and visit. The kitchen was well stocked with tools, plates, and utensils for a group. The living room couches were comfortable, and TV was big enough to satisfy those watching March Madness. There is a large dining room table able to accommodate a big family meal. We enjoyed the patio area outside as well. In fact, the house and yard are very well-cared for.
There are a variety of bedroom options which was great considering we had couples, singles, and kids with different needs. All rooms were large and comfortable, and no one was left fighting for space.
We will definitely consider this home again when we head up that way! Owners were responsive and helpful.

Perfect for a reunion
This home was perfect for our reunion of 5 couples. Each of us had a room. There were plenty of pots and pans, dishes, tableware and kitchen space for us to cook most of our meals. The best part was the family room/dining area. It was so spacious and well-lit. It allowed us to have delightful conversations without the background noise at a restaurant. The home is conveniently located to the beaches and hiking. And there are many wineries surrounding the area. Arroyo Grande is a cute town !

So fresh and so clean!
Loved the remodel and all the amenities with the place. We went in December so it was a bit cold but the heater definitely works that we couldn’t stay in the loft! The stairs were pretty fun for the older toddler and scared off my younger.
LOVE the patio and we wanted to bbq out there but ended just hanging out there instead.
One of the master suites is a garage convert which they did nicely. Small shower, but there are plenty of other bathrooms to use.

Fantastic home for groups!
Such a beautiful home, in a lovely neighborhood and extremely close to the cute Arroyo Grande downtown! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and it was perfect for couples since everyone got their own bedroom and plenty of bathrooms! Would highly recommend

Great Home for a Large Family Reunion
My family is large so we were looking for a home to accommodate all of us for a long weekend. This home was fantastic! The large studio was a perfect space for the teenage boys to stay together. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed watching the World Cup together on the large flat screen in the Great Room. Several family members made the easy walk into Village of Arroyo Grande, which was great to have close by. The owners were very responsive to questions prior to and during our stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

OUTSTANDING TRIP
We came with our extended family to celebrate my brother's wedding in Santa Maria. This house was both cozy and incredibly spacious. We had everything we needed, everyone had their own room. We were able to bike at Pismo Beach, kayak on Lopez Lake, enjoy the antique shops in downtown Arroyo Grande and do some wine tasting at several wineries. My family and friends appreciated having such a beautiful home to share for the week. We did not want to leave! Thank you Joseph for sharing your home!
